Communication is key. Nothing but 2 faced liars running this place. When management tells you we'll follow up with you and let you know we have more units to inspection. And fails to "follow up" it causes a problem next month we got a termination letter for not complying to remove certain items when no follow up was done to be told to remove items..... if you say something follow through with it and notify the customer of the decision made so it can be corrected instead i got illegally terminated with 0 chance to correct a smell issue due to lack of communication. When I fought this and was 5 days past due they then locked my access to remove my items even tho I had over a month to remove my items according to the termination paper I was locked out so... yeah also illegal will never recommend this company to anyone 0 star

I would give 5 stars except just this month after being a customer for a bit over a year, well they decided to shock me with not the fact that they are raising my monthly fee...but its the amount that i cannot believe. This isn't the first time they have raised the prices but it is the first time they decided to be money mongerers and hike up my monthly rent for one of my storages by $76 bucks per month so from $300 to $376.00 . I don't understand that. I cannot think of anything good from this. And I'm just blown away. SMH. This is So not cool for them to do this to me. Like moving isn't already plenty expensive as is. Is this some way of telling me I'm not a valued customer. I'm taking this really personally. I truly am. I'll be out asap. Thanks anyway. I'm so tired of being taking advantage.

Really good pricing and specials. They explained the price breakdown better than most do during their call after my reservation. Your billing date is dependent on when you sign up, instead of just being on the first of the month, so you don’t have to worry about paying for half a month and then full price again in less than 30 days.

Bryan was fantastic. We showed up about 15 minutes before closing and needed to use a cart. Since the carts are stored in the office I only had about 15 minutes before I had to bring the cart back. Bryan came around at that time and said that if we needed a little more time he had some paperwork to accomplish. We were able to finish our loading into the storage unit, which was made so much easier with the cart. Then returned it to the office. Bryan went above the job description to help us out.

Made a reservation online, and wasn't sure if I could keep it due to moving complications. A man called the next day, and I said I better not keep it since I was having difficulty finding someone to help me move during the week. His response was, "Well thanks for letting us know." I found that to be rude and unprofessional. I will not reschedule a reservation in the future. If you don't want to hold a reservation after the move in date...don't.

Great experience this weekend at CubeSmart in Conroe for several reasons: - First the facility is brand new, very clean with lot's of capacity right now. It even smells new! - Second, the staff that helped me (Chelsea and Lauren) were both very accommodating, efficient and friendly. It was a great experience - Third, the location is very convenient. It is right off the freeway, easy in and easy out. Very happy with the facility and team that got us in so quick. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The facilitator was friendly. It appeared to be a very big location. Somewhat hidden and clear of busy traffic. However it is by a movie theater and apartment. The place is new but has a urine smell, the insulation is done sloppily, and the pricing is way too high for a grand opening. There does not seem to be any real privacy of your belongings because the ceiling is open. That means increased risk for bugs and rodents. Additionally, anyone can see inside or get in the unit. Cameras don't make it any safer because if something happens they own the footage, not the renter.
