I just got my storage unit this weekend. The space was clean, it felt very safe, and the pricing cannot be beat! The manager is also phenomenal. He saw my mother & I struggling to lift an item and offered to help. I would definitely recommend renting storage spaces here!

I forget the young lady's name who works at your Kitty Hawk location (shorter Latina with glasses), but she's the perfect example of the efficiency, clarity, and kindness I love in customer service. Pay that woman more to travel and train people in your organization. She's fantastic. The unit was clean. The facility was easy to access and navigate. No issues. Would absolutely recommend.

Worst storage unit I've ever had. Horrible customer service. Corporate customer service couldn't help me either. My storage unit was broken into, and now visiting today it appears several others have been broken into, and no one seems to be repairing them, including mine. I do not recommend this storage facility, and would advise you to look elsewhere.

We just rented a unit and last night we were excited to finally declutter our house. When we came back this morning 6-7 units were broken into. Tried calling the office 6 times and no answer. They claim to open at 9:30am...HA. The office was locked up and no one was there @ 10am. I thought "maybe they are running late", but i tried again at 10:45 and 11am. NO ONE! I don't like knowing that if something were to happen no one will be there to assist. I feel bad for the people that their units are broken into. I just wanted to alert them asap so they can be aware.

They advertise secure location with cameras but someone went in there and stole stuff right off of my dads boat, stereo , speakers, amps and even the gas! I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want things stolen ??

It's very expensive. I started out in 2003 paying less then 50$ for a 10 X 10 storage non AC. Now I'm paying 122$ a month. Ridiculous. The AC unit I pay for is 144$ a month. It's all Ridiculous. They go up on rate every yr. 10$ to 15$ for a storage unit.

I have never given someone a bad review before. My husband and I are small business owners here in the area. We have had a storage building in a parking spot for a year with this company. Everything was great until about a month ago when they switched managers and hired new employees. For the last year, my dog has been riding with me to go pick up his dad every day from the truck after work. This is the highlight of his day. He doesn’t hurt anybody all he does is jump out of the car into the truck to go see his dad and then comes right back into the car and we leave. A couple of weeks ago when he jumped out to greet his dad a lady pulled up on a golf cart jumps off the cart and proceeds to yell at my husband about our dog being on the property. She did not speak calmly she did not explain anything she just yelled. I raise my voice back telling her to back off and come meet us in a different respectful way. We have been customers of the storage unit for a year and there’s been no problem! So we got in the car and we’re about to leave when we decided we were going to park at the office go in and settle this matter with the employee. When we went to go in there was somebody already in there and we saw a sign that said only one person can go in at a time. So we waited in the car for about 15 minutes. Then two police cars pull up. The employee called the police on us! ??????? The police go in and talk to her and then come out and ask us what the situation is. He said he can’t do anything about our dog. Then he says that the lady felt threatened by me and told me I needed to go sit in the car while they finish talking this out. Number one I did not cuss at her or threaten her in ANY WAY! The whole thing ended with her apologizing for coming upon us and yelling without introducing herself and speaking to us like the respectable customers we are. So we thought everything was over until we went to go get our truck and the gate would not open when we put our code in. We looked it up and we were late on our payment so we went to the online payment center to make our payment so that we can get in a few minutes to get our truck. We pay our payments every month but there have been a couple of times that we were late just from being busy or from struggling to make ends meet at the beginning. They Deactivated our online access to where we could not get online and pay our payment. The only way we would be able to get our truck is by calling them when business hours are open. (which was hours away) Does this sound like a way to treat your CUSTOMERS?!? RIDICULOUS!!! This business DOES NOT SUPPORT SMALL LOCAL BUSINESS! Instead, they HARASS them!

This place changes ownership quite often. I've been a customer since it was American Mini-Storage (like 5 owners ago). My 10'x10' started at $80 monthly and is now above $120 a month. The only reason I'm sticking around is the fact that they're 24/hr open access for folks like me who work late and need to do some late night moving...

I researched and visited several storage places before choosing RightSpace Storage. The RightSpace Storage in Converse, located on Kitty Hawk is clean, well organized, easy to access, and overall in a great location. What stood out the most, though, was the professionalism, patience, courtesy, and communication throughout the process by Salina. She went out of her way to ensure that I, as a customer, was well informed, taken care of, until I had made my decision to rent a unit at their place. Most importantly though, she provided great customer care by ensuring my family and my safety came first by continuing to follow the CDC guidelines for wearing our masks, social distancing, and having hand sanitizer readily available. I highly recommend RightSpace storage!!!

Prices seem high for small non-climate controlled storage unit. Not 24/7 access? That is strange considering it is all gate access. You can get in but not out. And, what good is an emergency after hours number when no one answers it? I had to leave 2 messages and then still ended up having to call a friend to come put in my entry code to open the gate so I could get out! Ridiculous!

I live behind this storage unit and the trees are completely overgrown. I reached out to them and asked if they could trim them. That was over 4 weeks ago. Today I check in with them and was totally mistreated on the phone and then the “manager” hung up on me. She should not be in charge of anything with such horrible customer service skills. With management having such a large amount of bad reviews, I am surprised she is still there.

I currently have a storage unit at this facility. I came to take some stuff out at night. People where hanging out as if living on the property. I saw the manager out there drinking playing loud music. When I first moved in she asked me if I would be “ moving kilos” never understood what that meant until I saw her partying with Tenants in the isles.

I have used AMS for over 3 years now. I have found them to be the best storage company ever. The customer service is excellent. They are always very helpful when I forget my gate code, which I seem to do a lot, and have kept up with modern billing methods. I really love the emailed receipts for my payments, it helps me keep track of expenses. I can always count on the staff to be cheerful and they always wish me a great day. I would recommend them without question.
