The Management Team never reimbursed me for my personal lock, I was charged for a lock that was placed In the storage unit. I ask them to remove the loke and bag prior to getting to the storage unit, it was removed, yet the fee was not placed back on my charged card of the Lock. First things first I was paying $72 for my unit per month and then it went up to 180 that's a lot more than a $20 increase per year we weren't notified or anything and then we're treated like crap when we called them on it and again Laura from corporate said that we have a really good legal team so go ahead and try whatever you want to try very shady individuals Had two units and unfortunately one of them got behind so I agreed to have them auction it off then after a month or two after we obviously paid our other bill for unit number two they decided to tell us that we could not access it does not specify that both units when I called on why it was not in the paperwork we signed they said it was internal paperwork we can pretty much do what we want when we want they do not care about tssaa policy they will go in your unit at any time that they feel necessary and that is their facility they can do whatever they want after taking payment that's when they told us that we could not access our unit very shady very unprofessional corporate and office and going in somebody's unit is against the law and I was informed that they will do what they want then they went up on rent with no warning 3*original price would not recommend this place

We have used this storage for 6yrs, yes, 6yrs!?? It is hard to manage military life w/ frequent moving so storage is kinda must-have for military family. This storage, for 6yrs, never gave us any problem include payment or safety issue. Staffs are always nice and helpful. I highly recommend this storage to make your moving easier!

DONT GO TO THIS STORAGE UNIT!! I am a single mother of 2 and I went the extra mile to get the climate controlled unit; and I paid for the insurance- it was a month I had not checked on my things and I go to move my stuff out and my Ashely 4 piece sectional; leather bookcase headboard; electric fire place; 5 piece table set and clothing have all been destroyed with Mold growing on them!!! I am told by the insurance claims adjuster they don’t cover mold- I am told by Travis to call the District manager- Laura calls me but to no avail I AM NOT BEING COMPENSATED at all for my ruined furniture. I’m sad; hurt and feel like I’m being punished for their failed climate controlled unit!! I stand corrected- climate controlled does not and I repeat DOES NOT CONTROL THE HUMIDITY. All military personnel and single moms be ware!!! This storage unit is complete garbage and I’m very disappointed.

I've been storing here for over a year and never had an issue. Property is kept very clean and there are cameras all over. The fence is very secure. I would say the only issue is crickets but there are traps outside the units. I have not experienced rodents or any insects inside my unit.

Please check their F rating with Better Business Bureau. Their is no way a lot of these reviews are real. Please don’t risk your valuables. We went and checked on our unit after a few short months and our furniture was torn up by mice including a sentimental gift from my husband that cannot be replaced. Make sure you have good insurance with a low deductible. We thought we researched well. The damage is not worth what they charge. Also, they don’t do anything but tell you to contact your insurance and most insurance does NOT cover rodents. We moved over to All Storage and are MUCH happier. We also pay less with military discount.

THEY WHERE INFORMED that units had mice and still didn’t feel the need to inform OCCUPANTS they had a mice problem. Nor was there any thing done about covering my furniture that was damaged. No one could help but the insurance company who NEVER reached out to me after numerous attempts. The manager of the location was supposed to try and contact insurance and let me know if he had any luck. He NEVER reached out to me to let me know if he had heard back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Stay away from CubeSmart Self Storage! We stored our household in 2014, paid extra for the insurance even though we had renter's insurance, only to come back to find the entire unit infested and destroyed by rats. The rats destroyed everything family photos, heirloom bedding, clothing, an entire library of books and precious documents. Management was notified and we were informed rodent infestation is not their responsibility and is NOT covered by the EXTRA insurance we've been paying for. We have to wear gloves and filter masks to work in the huge unit. And I'm afraid 80% of it is unsalvageable. And for all that... CubeSmart just raised our rent to $150 a month. Go somewhere else. Make sure they include rodent damage BETTER YET make sure they include rodent & pest prevention/extermination. And get it in writing. Seriously, Go somewhere else.

Mice ate through everything that had a plastic hose on it. Washer, dryer, vacuum, carpet cleaner, etc. I just put my stuff in storage when my husband deployed in May, and the amount of damage for such a short amount of time is ridiculous. I have used multiple storage units before, and never had a problem. Great people, just horrible vermin problem.

I'm active duty Army, to my fortune I lived across CubeSmart self storage. With visible experience, I know how safe and well maintained the property is uphold. When my orders were changed, I needed to secure items that I had to hand carry, CubeSmart had exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, my plans changed again and I didn't needed the storage after all. Paula, the manager left me a message (missed her call) to remind me about the storage reservation. I informed her that regretfully, I didn't need it after all. Not to my surprise since other reviewers stated the friendliness of the staff; she was understanding, friendly, and compassionate about my situation. I highly recommend CubeSmart, a good size property with great staff. Might cost more than other storage facilities, but there is no price for the piece of mind knowing your items are saved.

In Copperas Cove vicinity? Need a storage unit? Look no Further—head strait for CubeSmart. I am not sure how my husband initially picked CubeSmart as an option for storage—perhaps it was the high marks and well deserved reviews. Winning! I’m so glad he did. Upon our initial visit we were greeted professionally by Manager, Jordany Brown and treated like family during our time with Cube Smart. Jordany is so personable. Upon our initial visit with Cube Smart—we immediately knew we were at the right place to entrust our goods for storage. Over our time with CubeSmart we received prompt care and attention from Jordany (Manager) and Mareshah Pettorini (also a Manager). We were provided with personalized options and great rates. No questions were left unanswered. These two managers are approachable and everything that managers should be. The buildings are clean and our unit was perfect. We stored our items and never had any issues. I’m actually sad our time with CubeSmart ended. Upon giving advance notice that we would be moving our items out of storage, we were treated like family just as the first day we entered CubeSmart. Upon arriving to move out our items, Jordany and Mareshah greeted us with a cart. We exchanged some laughs and they wished us well. Copperas Cove CubeSmart has two human assets inside. They are doing all the right things to create a great experience. Jordany is definitely ready for the next level—to manage or oversee multiple locations. I see Regional Manager in his future. The staff was really fantastic. CubeSmart of Copperas Cove gave me the piece of mind that my belongings would be safe and secure while I was serving overseas. The prices were great, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone with storage needs.

They continuously raise my rates each year, normally $5-$7 which is ok. This year they are raising my rate by 25%. I went to the location, talked to manager Jordany Brown who told me to talk to a person at 1-844-248-3104. The people at that number said that they had no idea why but would send a number to their regional office because they don't have anything to do with rates. (Date on notification was 8/12/17 and I received it on 8/21/17 and it is supposed to go into effect 9/14/17) Nobody seems to be able to give me an answer for the extreme hike in rates. Currently waiting for regional to give me a call. Edit: Regional called and resolved the problem.

Employees were good. Prices are decent. The problem I had is when I went to empty my storage, two rats were living with my things. Chewed up some of my furniture and used crapped all over my things. The insurance alliant that is suppose to cover damage said they don't cover done by rodents and it's suppose to be taking care of by come smart. Cube smart said that they don't cover that, that it's just a risk you take putting your things in a storage. So I was disappointed with that response cause they make it seem like your stuff will be safe with their facility, then something goes wrong and they say it's a risk that I chose to take. So I wouldn't feel safe using them again.

This place is great. The price you pay is by far cheaper then many storage facilities around. They run good deals. The customer service was excellent.

Mareshah was very helpful. She is very pleasant and found us the perfect size storage unit based upon our needs. The price for renting the unit was incredible and they offer multiple discounts, including a military discount. I would definitely recommend doing business with them if you are looking for storage units. They also offer a full selection of packing and moving items.

First of all - best prices in a 45 mile radius of Copperas Cove. Secondly, great staff - incredibly helpful! I was running late and wasn't going to make it with my trailer full of stuff to rent my unit before they closed. I talked to Mareshah (one of the managers) on the phone and she said "no problem - I'd be happy to wait for you". So rare to have the lowest prices and best customer service!

Watch out for hidden fees!! They charge you to make payments online on their webpage!! This is something that is not expressed at the time of rental.

Best Customer Service I could have ever asked for. Thank you Mrs. Paula for all your support A++++. Prices are very reasonable and the first month cost us $33 which included an Admin Fee and $11 Insurance which was a promotional offer at the time we signed up. We got lucky to find that deal, I would always keep checking Online to see which offers they got available. We had the 10x20 Carnex and were almost able to fit our 5 bedroom home into it. With our Military discount we paid under $80 with their Insurance included every month. We do have USAA Renter's Insurance that covers everything, so you do have the option to OPT out if you have your own Home Renters Insurance. I felt comfortable storing my belongings here because of the Security Systems they had to offer and the price was so much cheaper than anywhere else we looked at. We didn't need a climate controlled Unit and none of our belongings got damaged. I would definitely recommend this Company. We have now moved to AZ and are using Cubesmart in Green Valley.
