Easy move in and clean facility. Just didn't like rate increase within 3 months of movin date. There is a reason they offer free first month and discount rate, they know they will recoup it quickly with rate increases!

Rented a unit at the Corinth lactation. They have the most helpful staff and they are super friendly. They made everything super easy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs a storage unit. Windi was the one that helped me she was great but Donette was also very helpful.

Best experience I’ve EVER had at any storage facility ANYWHERE and I’ve seen ‘em all!! There just isn’t enough room to list everything GREAT about CubeSmart, so I’m going to gloss over the convenience of the location, which is an A+++, ease of access: another A+++, the safety and security I feel while on the property A+++, and last, but certainly not least, the units themselves are AMAZING….HUGE, clean, easy to get in & out of…..you can drive in one door and out the other….I could go ON & ON A++++!!! Now to address the REAL reason I LOVE ?? CubeSmart: Windi!! She is a HOOT! She is FUN, while still maintaining that ever so important professional atmosphere, and efficient; I would’ve been in & out in no time had I not developed an immediate rapport with Windi. Additionally, having recently moved back to the DFW area after a 19 year absence, l was in need of some unrelated assistance which she was more than happy ?? to provide. She is FABULOUS! I was able to check four items from my six foot tall To-Do List!!! You have a true gem ?? in Windi and, as above ??, I could easily go on and on. Hang on tight to her, because in today’s world Customer Service like that being provided by Windi, is a RARE COMMODITY and, believe you me, your customers definitely notice. Way to go, Windi! Disgusted with Cubesmart. Been with them for 5 years off and on - $75 price increase in ONE MONTH. Americans are hurting right now and corporate has the gaul to hand down that type of increase? The people that work at the location are great, but nothing they could do about the price, corporate basically told me to pound sand, which I am doing. For years I put up with a door that's difficult to open, and an overall ratty location, with weeds and trash, but couple that with big rate increase? No way....I'm out. Already found a better place and price. Everyone check out US Storage....great people and rates. Hasta la Vista CubeSmart...you should treat your customers better.

CONS: The interior climate controlled areas are not ideal. There are no dollies on site either, and when I was checking in the code on the email was wrong and I had to wait for the property manager to come back from lunch. PROS: Convenient location (Right off 35 in Corinth). The property manager was nice too.

Constant rate increases. Our billing cycle ended on the 24th and we vacated the storage on the 26th so we will have to pay another full month of storage. We should have read our contract, is basically what the manager told me. Lesson learned.

Doesn't seem to abide by their own business hours. We needed to not only pay our bill, but access our passcode which we misplaced. it was well within business hours and they were nowhere to be found no note or notification on the door about the absence. then trying to call a corporate or 1-800 line was also a mess. We wound up waiting on hold for a long time before being hung up on. Very frustrating and poor customer service.

I was able to pick one out and sign in less then an hour! Also, I think the pricing is very fair! I've had units in the past that cost way more. Called the reservation people asked for the price of an rv spot at least 26ft long at my local cube smart. I was informed that none were available but I could be put on a waiting list. I then asked for the price I was then informed they could not find a price on unit's not available. I then stated why would I be put on a waiting list for something I don't know the price of. My climate controlled unit leaked water through the roof and the majority of the contents were ruined due to mold and rust. I purchased their mandatory insurance but it is worthless and I have not been reimbursed for my loss. I requested to be refunded for rent that was paid and was denied. The facility declined to file against their own insurance. I moved my storage to US Storage in Corinth and now 40% less than this facility was charging.

Johnny has been great. I am going through an unexpected divorce and have to leave my home with a special needs child and could not figure out how big of a storage building I needed. I ended up changing it 3 times. Johnny was there every time I called or stopped by. I am not normally a scatter brain but these past few months has tested me. I even had to change the day of the move with the movers enroute. I called him and he made sure to have everything set up so the movers could do there job and I could do the paperwork while they unloaded. The female manager lied to me twice when I went there, causing me a lot of headaches and money! When I was renting a second unit, I asked about the space I would need to hold the items I was needing to store, when I opened the unit, I couldn't even fit a couch in it! I went to upgrade my unit and none of the money I put towards the unit was transferable to the new unit and she wasn't able to discount the new unit and couldn't even figure out how to cancel the reservation. I called the General Manager, Art (didn't get his last name), to complain about what was happening and how much money just got thrown in the trash and he never called me back! I have to wait to move my items to another storage facility because this has cost me so much now, but I am going to as soon as I can because of all the lies and hassle this has caused! Do not believe anything they tell you and make sure to see the units because they are not the square footage they claim to be and they do not know what they are doing or how to use their own systems. Also, if they say they are going to combine units into one price or give you a discount for multiple units, get it in writing because when it comes time to do it, they won't honor what they said, especially if it is the female manager, Jennifer, because apparently she doesn't have the authority to do anything, but will make promises anyway just to get your business. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! It will be cheaper and much less hassle in the long run!

The ownership changes a lot and every time it does I have issues. I always have to go fill out the paperwork again and the auto renew does not transfer over. There has been water leaks in several units as well. The people working the counter are always nice, however they are unable to resolve the issues due to them just being employees and not management.

I must say that my husband and I received outstanding customer service from both Johnny and Jessica. They both knew that we were not looking for a storage unit until at least two weeks later but still took their time to explain to us how we could reserve our spot and answered all of our questions. They were so good that we had no intentions on buying anything on the first day but managed to end up buying boxes. We love our wardrobe boxes!!!!

This facility has a number of unbelievable, fraudulent policies that cheat their customers. To name a few: billing, statements, address change and late fees. Specifically, if you need to change your address, there are only two options: at the store or online. They WILL NOT change your address over the phone. Why should I have to create an online account for a storage facility? IT'S A STORAGE FACILITY! They also either don't send you a monthly bill or routinely send the bill after its due and then charge late fees. These are only two of the many examples of CubeSmart's schemes. And, CubeSmart never solved these problems. I will never lease at CubeSmart again!

I forget the tenants name that worked with me, but he hooked me up for sure. The facilities are great, very new looking. Surprisingly this was the cheapest place I could find in the area. Even the other mini-storage close to it, that looks 40 years older was more expensive. I would recommend for sure.

Nice and clean. Wide drive lanes to get a moving truck into all the units. However you are not able to leave before the end of the month and prorate your departure. Once you've paid for the whole month that's it.
