Rates too high. Rates climb very often. Storage unit accumulated a lot of dirt from construction on road near by. No more construction but unit is not sealed and protected from outside debris. I was with this storage location for nearly five years, began when it was flato storage. As soon as cubesmart took over, rates skyrocketed.

Been here 4 years going on 5 years now... the previous owners did a way better upkeep then cube smart... my 2 units are so full of rats infested every thing in my storage is covered in rat poop & pee... my doors are hard to open now... and now I'm paying over $350 a month for both units and the place is falling apart... no security or system, no updates or upkeep to the property but keeps raising rent. Will update with pics...

Ridiculously expensive falling down property. I have two units there and have been a tenant for over 5 years. Since CubeSmart took over rent has tripled, property is falling apart, there is almost no security and I see 3-4 people a week moving out. They are roughly twice the cost of comparable units in other local storage facilities.

I won these 2 units at auction. I was told that they normally charge $200.00 clean-up deposit per unit. Kayla, the employee on flato, said that she was leaving at 2 p.m., and then the following day, nobody showed up to work at that location. Kayla charged me $300.00 deposit now she claiming she charged me $100.00 deposit per unit. What a thief! Very shady area to do business at. They kept all my $300.00 owner should review cameras. It will show i placed 3 stacks of $20.00 bills in front of Kayla while she was eating a whataburger meal.

After a long history with the original owner CubeSmart bought out the system and race prices to where it was not affordable when I tried to remove my vehicle I was not allowed unless I paid what they were asking and they sold my vehicle

I never had any issues when I would go by and visit my storage unit. Plus the Staff was always friendly on the few occasions I went inside and made a payment in person. I would say the only issue I had was the price increases every other month or so, but that’s just the way the economy is. But overall, I did enjoy the time there, and when the need arises for me to need a storage unit, I would definitely consider you guys once more. Thank you!

Manager hung up on me because she thought I was trying to sell her an apartment - then hung up on me again after telling me they didn't have any units available. Owner followed up, but I'd still be extremely wary of storing my stuff at any place without reliable customer support. You're at their mercy at any storage place, so responsive service is paramount.
