Rented online, which was easy enough but chose this spot for location and that they have an elevator. I wear a brace on my ankle and climbing stairs over and over aggravates the hell out of it. Unit wasn’t ready when I got here, no lock and elevator wasn’t working. Came back next day when office was open to get a lock and inquire about elevator. They were having to fix a few things, elevator should be working in a day or 2. Well it’s been a month now and still NO elevator. God forbid I get a lower unit, I did ask. So looks like I will be moving to a different place. Sigh!

We love the place but it seems the trash can is not anyways accessible and is a pain to walk all the way to the office for someone to unlock it especially when your on a tight time frame. Nor was it very pleasant to get a call and threaten to be charged because you threw a trash bag on top of the dumpster because it was locked. Staff is pleasant most time. Very covid friendly. More than i want to pay but i feel my stuff is secure for now.

Had such a great experience! I am a first time "renter" of storage units and things could not have gone smoothly. The website was very informative on what to bring (insurance and i.d.) in order to sign the lease. Making a free reservation was super easy too. Once I arrived for my reservation. Christopher was very sweet and funny making sure I was taken care of. He acknowledged my presence when I entered even though he was on the phone. During the tour of my unit he cracked some jokes. Over all I am very happy with the service I received!

Best customer service! My experience with them was more than excellent! They took my request a few minutes before I close, they went the extra mile and got me all what I needed since I had an emergency and accommodated my needs. They ensured that I am very happy with the service, which I was and still extremely happy with it. Half an hour before I decided to go to cubeSmart, I went to another vendor and they made a huge deal because i was literally 2 min late to our appointment which by no means was close to their closing time. On the other hand when I went to cubeSmart they understood my emergency and were very understanding and accepting of the situation even though it was very close to their end of working day!!! Was at the Public Storage at Marsh and Rosemeade pkwy renting a 10’ X 20’, the June 1st 2018 increase would put my rent from $238.20mo. up to $268.20mo.......Way over the top! Went 5min. down the street to CubeSmart at Rosemeade and Midway and got a 10’ X 20’ move in special for $151.00 mo. for 6mo. ($702.00 savings) and $171.00 per month thereafter, that’s a $1166.40 yearly savings not counting the $702.00 6 month savings from Public Storage. Public Storage did offer to hold the rent increase for 3 months, until September 1 2018... probably the Lamest attempt to keep my business ever! UPDATE 10.19.2022 Did the same thing Public storage did, kept raising the rent in quick succession, went from $151.00mo. to $255.00mo. and we're outa here! Built my self a shed and moved out yesterday. At $255.00mo the shed will pay for itself in 3 months and has room to spare. dropped 3 stars because of rent increases.

Nancy Gomez is the highlight of this location.She cares about the property I see her cleaning almost everytime I come to pay or check on my unit. I looked at this location first because it is only a few miles from where I live. After taking a tour and talking to Bill Bradley, I felt that my belongings would be very secure here and kept clean and protected from the weather elements. I also felt I could trust the employess, which I found out was more important than I thought. A co-worker of mine told me how she needed to put some of her belongings into storage. She used a different storage company and all of her belongings ended up being stolen or damaged. Following an investigation, it was discovered that the crime was an inside job committed by employees. Whenever I need access to my storage locker, I don't ever feel uneasy about coming to this location to either get anything I might need or put things back into my storage locker. Yes, the monthly storage bill is another monthly expense that I have to pay, but it's worth every penny knowing my belongings are safe and protected.

Lost some items to rodents living in neighboring unit. They charge a "convenience fee" to pay online. Rent keeps creeping up faster and higher than market rent. When I first rented unit it was inexpensive and 24 hour access. It is not anymore. I keep the unit for a convenience, not a necessity. I will probably moved next time the rent goes up. On site managers have been very nice. Megan and Paul (both gone). They were the best feature of this facility.

The manager, Paul, is very personable and friendly. Renting the unit was very quick and easy. All questions were answered promptly. The location is clean and well maintained. Made our storage and moving experience much less stressful. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in this area.

I picked a storage unit and paid the admin fee. Before I moved in, I realized that the unit I picked was a little too small. When I called back to get it switched to a larger unit, the lady on the phone said I will lose the promotion offer, and I will have to pay an admin fee AGAIN! It was less than 24 hours later when I asked for a larger unit, and I haven't even moved in yet! When I told her that I will just go to another CubeSmart, she didn't care. She said "either way it goes, you will have to pay the admin fee again". That may be true, but another CubeSmart will be getting my $215/month, and the unit I paid for will sit empty for a month before I cancel! So trying to collect and additional $22 admin fee was more important to her than collecting $215/month.

The service was out of this world! After trying multiple storage facilities that failed, I came to this CubeSmart without a reservation and got exactly what I needed. Melinda was extremely helpful and the price is great!

Paul was great teaching and letting Chris (in training) work his way through our application/sign up procedure. VERY courteous guys to me and my husband. Best service we have received from any rental storage facility. The man & I needed a storage unit that was close to home & reasonably priced... Normally we test a few places out and then make a decision but after walking into CubeSmart & meeting Paul, we knew we would be happy choosing them. From the speedy process and awesome customer service to all the choices of storage units, the experience was incredibly painless. We received a great deal & had no issues from the time we signed up until the time we locked the door on our belongings. I would def recommend CubeSmart & for everyone to ask for Paul. I have to say that the "toys for tots" box & the incredible passion Melinda has for helping others in the community really did play a HUGE part in us feeling so good about choosing this place.

I have been with this storage facility for over 3 years. When we started we were paying 150.00 per month when it was owned by another company. when cube smart took over our rent went up. They are currently charging me 266.00 per month. talk about a rip off. We were thinking about moving and our rent was two months behind. We went down to pay the bill and they informed us that we had to pay an extra 120.00 because they had to cut our lock off. Now we have to go buy another lock or we can purchase one from them for another 40.00 dollars. I will be moving as soon as I can. Would not even consider using this place.
