I freaking love Brandon. This dude has saved my butt so many times. Today I couldn’t figure out that I needed to press down on the gate to close the latch successfully. As a result, Brandon had to come out to my storage unit at 8:10 PM. But Brandon, with his incredible sense of humor and Excellent Customer Service was able to come out and accurately assess the problem and help me out without scolding me for missing such an easy thing to mess up on. I’ve known Brandon for the past five years and I can honestly say that he’s the best manager or whatever his position is. Brandon is so cool and he’s so good with customers. please promote him immediately come on people. What are we even talking about at this point.

Do not give your business to this company. After being a loyal customer for over 3 years. I showed up to my storage unit. All my items were sold without being properly informed. I contacted the office and even corporate with over 15 emails. Being promised to contact by a supervisor and even the vise president of the department. All I wanted from day one is to find out whom purchased my unit items. To ask them from all heart to please, let me have my dog’s ashes. Which was the most important item, that couldn’t ever be replaced. This company only cares about making money from community. Not having any compassion to at least give me their time and nor an apology for their company’s actions. Stay away from CubeSmart. This company just doesn’t care about you as a human being with feelings. They just care about is your money. Heartless Company!!

This cube smart location is not well maintained at all. I came here to inquire about a storage upon arriving died bugs everywhere. It's so dusty in there. They do not swipe the halls at all.Theres people working on cars throughout the facility not to mention they're driving really fast down the street in there. I wouldn't rent here I'm sure they have a pest problem because they do not maintain the property. Two stars because of the price

Brandon, in the front office, was great. We came in looking for an easy access storage unit (climate controlled, inside, and close to the front). He was very nice and quick getting us processed. We had Public Storage which was a nightmare. Multiple insane rate hikes in less than one year and the gates were often open to the public. In addition, there are no customer service reps in person there. If you need onsite help you have to call a hotline! No thanks lol. Never thought I’d be excited about a storage unit, but glad I went with this place!

Brandon was friendly and explained everything in detail. He also showed me the unit to make sure it was large enough to store my belongings. Update: After being there less than a week I found my storage broken into and nothing being done except we’re sorry and you can purchase another lock. Beware of this location, and whoever did this left their cigarette butts on the ground.

CubeSmart's negligence caused multiple thefts on the property and they have not remedied the problem. Three months into renting a unit the motor on the entry gate broke and within a week of that occurring around 7 units (including mine) had their locks cut and were burglarized. CubeSmart has not fixed the gate even though it is pretty clear these thefts occurred as a direct result of this security issue. The gate is still wide open 24/7 facing Coit for anyone driving past to see (nearly a month after the break in). The insurance is third party and a pretty hands off process which only partially covered the loss caused by CubeSmart's negligence. I'd advise choosing a location that values security.

The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because of the property manager, Brandon. He is kind, honest and works hard. He's always working and still manages to have us feel valuable. What I don't like, is out of his control. Like most all storage facilities, they raise the rent 2-3 months after your completing the hard work of moving everything in. What i thought I could afford, I no longer could. BTW. This is the cleanest storage facility I've seen. I'm convinced that's Brandon.

Great prices, cheaper than a competitor. I gave 4 stars as no one was never available in the office. The notice would indicate the person would be back at a certain time however we waited and it would be 20- 30 minutes past time to be back. They do have a lock for u to use once u initially open the storage unit.

The attendant was a young man who's name I think was Brandon? I've already forgotten but he was sooo nice and patient. He was absolutely professional and kind and quick. Great storage unit and friendly staff! The only reason that its 4/5 stars is because I had some problems actually getting a hold of the store when I was trying to end my lease. The phone number on the receipts would dial a number that asked for an "online code" then hang up. Then the overall "cube smart" phone number dialed a customer service agent that said they would cancel my lease, but then did not actually do it. Thankfully I was able to get in touch with the manager Kiki who was more than happy to help me. Overall, this storage unit was fairly priced and easy to work with, if I need to, I would definitely get one here again!

I recently reserved a storage unit at this location. This was my first time ever getting a storage unit and Cube Smart made it a great experience. It’s a nice location tucked away off Coit Rd. I initially reserved the until online and when arrived I was explained more about about that specific Cube Smart location and was also shown my unit in advance to make sure it’s location and size would work for me. I had an appoint scheduled at Public Storage. I waited two hours after my scheduled time for the property manager to arrive and they didn't. No one answered my phone calls or even called me back after I left numerous messages. I found this place by chance and I'm so glad that I did. It's much cleaner and the staff is extremely nice. Jerry helped me when I initially got my unit and then when I moved my things out. He was very nice and I had no issues at all. If I ever need a storage unit again I'll come back to this location.

I had a great experience with this Cube Smart. I stored the stuff from my apartment over the summer here. After the summer, I lost my keys, but they were very helpful. One of the managers cut off my lock using an angle grinder. Then I could replace the lock. It is very safe and has good access times (from 6am-10pm. The staff is friendly and helpful. I rented a medium unit (10’x15’x8’) and had more than enough space for a full size bed, 10 boxes, a table and a few chairs.

HIGHLY recommend. Melinda (the general manager) is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I've used this Cubesmart several times and they always go above and beyond with respect to customer service. For example, I had my monthly billing set up on autopay with my bank. When I moved my stuff out, I forgot to cancel my storage unit and thus received a charge. I contacted Melinda to see if anything could be done about that and she gladly contacted corporate to see if that charge could be removed even though the billing period had already started. Because of her I saved almost $150. Most companies would say "sorry, we can't return your charge since you didn't cancel on time". I applaud the willingness of this location to put customer service before money-hunger!

Some of the best service I have ever received. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The manager Melinda did an amazing job getting me taken care of quick and smoothly and they really do care about their customers. Additionally, the location is right next to the University which makes it infinitely easier to move things into the apartments. Overall, would gladly recommend this place to anyone

I do not rent a storage here, but as I was driving by I noticed a young lady outside cleaning as it was pouring rain. I just had to turn around and speak with this young lady. So.. I turned around pulled up to the gate and honked to catch her attention. The young lady came to me and asked how she could help me. I asked this young lady her name she said her name was "may". I asked her why she was outside cleaning while it was raining. Her statement back to me was That the wind caught some trash yesterday and she likes her property clean for her customers. I was in complete shock most employees would leave the trash because it was raining and come back to it the next day. Her dedication to her job is admirable.

Ms. Shoemate runs an excellent storage facility. We have used that particular facility on and off for over 20+ years and the current management is certainly the best. The administrative services and contract were very easy and customer friendly. The ground and units are well maintained and her assistants seem well trained. Very good, friendly, and effective management with reasonable prices and good access.

Fantastic location! Right next to utd- prices are a bit higher than other spots but if you’re moving things in and out frequently you’re sure to save on gas alone. Location is clean and staff is wonderful, would recommend to any student in the area.

The employees on site were great. However, my reservation was made online, and their 10x10 unit stated that it would hold a 2bedroom apt. When we got there...we realized that there was no way it would hold a 2 bedroom. We went back into the office and they changed my reservation no problem. The issue was that their manager would not let them transfer my 1 month free promotion to my new unit. There were signs everywhere that said one month free...but they wouldn’t honor it. The employees there were great...it’s management that’s my concern.

Such a great experience! The facility is neat and clean and well managed. The entire process of reserving the unit, buying the lock and moving in was very easy and made even better by the advice and helpfulness of Melinda, the manager. The facility is on a major street and is gated. I feel very safe and comfortable here. CubeSmart has a great deal on renting their moving truck to help with move-in. $10 for 4 hours!! Melinda keeps the truck in great condition and was very helpful with some of the snafus we encountered on our end of the move. I am such a big fan of Melinda and May. Melinda really knows her business and goes above and beyond to help you. I’ll say it again, such a great experience!

I was here helping my mother find a place to store her items while we downsize and I couldn't be more happy with the way everything went. May was very knowledgeable, kind, and had great customer service! I will definitely use this storage location when it comes time for me to move around again! 5 stars!!! Go somewhere else. My first time renting a storage unit and I just chose based on convenience of location. I reserved online and no where did they say I needed to bring my own lock or insurance proof, so conveniently they could sell me their overpriced options since I was in a hurry. I also emailed twice proof of insurance and have yet to get a response. Then I came back today to drop some furniture and the elevators don’t work. My unit is on the third floor. The elevator doesn’t have a map of where the stairs are (as required by code) and when I went to the office where 3 people were working, they didn’t seem to care at all for the inconvenience or offer a discount of my monthly rent considering I’m having to haul up 2 flights of stairs. These places are a dime a dozen. Go somewhere else.

I was about to keep my stuff at Public Storage. But to be honest, that place was sketchy as hell. And they didn't have a climate controlled unit when I specified that's what I needed when I reserved it. So I called up Cubesmart and they were awesome. Randell is both professional and personable. The Coit facility is secure, clean, provides easy vehicle access with wide driving lanes, the gate access pads are accessible and in good working order and the stoage units look to be well maintained both inside and out. Every aspect of individual and business storage needs seems to have been thought of in advance and supplies are readily available in the office for things people often overlook in protecting their valuables while placing them in storage. In my opinion, this is as close to perfection as you'll find anywhere. Highly recommended!
