CubeSmart (5505 Maple Ave, Dallas, TX 75235) - Unacceptable and Potentially Criminal Behavior "I strongly advise against renting storage space from CubeSmart, located at 5505 Maple Ave, Dallas, TX 75235. My experience was a complete nightmare. Within the first week of renting, I was wrongfully accused of theft and locked out of my unit by the store manager. The store manager Ms. Iris Blanco yelled at me and directly accused me of theft. On March 5th I was sent a blank email then on the 12th after emailing her got a close out receipt. Why would I have to pay for the storage when I didn’t want to be there but one month and had been locked out. I never received any official notification about closing my account, only a blank email. After numerous inquiries, I finally received an email stating my account was closed. I made 23 attempts to contact the District Manager and the VP's office, with no resolution. I also contacted the police, who confirmed they had no record of any theft reported by CubeSmart related to my unit. Given the circumstances, I strongly suspect that the storage general manager entered my unit without any evidence of wrong doing by me. The general response given by corporate is bs with no-one responding. This is an extremely disturbing experience, and I believe this company's actions are potentially criminal. I would strongly recommend avoiding CubeSmart at all costs." William needs to be General Manager and fire Iris!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting. I came in one night to find that a homeless person was living in the unit a few doors down from mine. Unbelievably disturbing and not to mention, very illegal. I called a manager to discuss this and make them aware, and she told me she would do nothing. I had also noticed that my unit looked rummaged through despite not opening it in months - many items not where I had left them. I blamed it on gravity and items naturally moving, but it all makes sense now that I know there are permanent residents there. Your items are not safe here.

***** WILLIAM MAKES THIS PLACE TOP NOTCH ***** I’ve rented at many different facilities and companies, by far this facility stands out as one of the best and the credit for that has to go to the manager William who, in the short time I was present, not only completely took care of my needs in a professional manner, but he was able to multitask and take care of other customers questions, and assist all who needed it with the same professional manner. Look, a facility can only be so much without a proper staff to run it. This facility could easily be categorized as just another storage place, but because of the personal attention for customers and his obvious care for this company, this facility, and all he comes in contact with, William MAKES this place a facility that is above and beyond the rest. Seriously, just ask for William and you will be taken care of the proper way. Thank you William - keep doing what you do because you make CubeSmart shine!!!!

After a few years here I finally left this dump! It all has gone downhill these last couple of years. First it was the gates always broken and I found the door open several times. Then no one was ever there or answered their phones when you needed to talk to someone about any issues. Then the homeless just chillin in the hallways and leaving the restrooms nasty. Then the rates going up and only one flatbed. But after all that I could tolerate and even stay with it’s what happened over this past freeze. 24 units were broken into and they did not inform anyone. I happened to stop by and you can see people’s possessions all over the hallways. My neighbors unit was broken into and a few down my hall. They tried to break into mine but luckily I had three locks but the fact that they didn’t contact anyone blows my mind. My friend who has his stuff there was there and his got broken into and no one called him. So today I finally got the hell out of there and I am not looking back! STAY AWAY!!!

***IRIS IS AMAZING*** I leased a storage unit online and there was someone’s belongings already there and the system was not updated.. I also asked to upgrade to a larger unit which was next door… Not only did Iris personally handle the past due bal (which included a late fee I shouldn’t have been charged) but she assisted me with getting me into a larger unit and honored the online promo I received with my initial rental… Iris is hardworking, kind, efficient, she follows up with customers and does what she says she will do and resolves any issues. I have piece of mind knowing Iris is here and goes above what’s expected to provide the best customer / resident experience.. If you lease at this location MAKE sure you meet Iris.. you will be happy you did.

I purchased an abandoned storage unit at an auction from this location. I was overcharged, didn’t get a receipt and no code to enter the building. After being brought to my unit I was going to walk some items to my car and had to find the manager on the 3rd floor to ask for a code to get in and out. When I got home, I saw that my card was overcharged and I never received the receipt she said she emailed. So I called up and let her know what happened, she said she’d call her manager, get the charges refund and call me back. She did not call back. So I called on Monday 5 times, no answer, no vm, called today 3 times no answer. Called customer service and told them the issue and they called the district manager for me and she said yes she did reverse the charges and it will take 5-7 days. So I will wait. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. A cash cleaning deposit is required upon receiving the abandoned unit to ensure you clean everything out. I live 40 minutes north of downtown so I asked my son to swing by to get the deposit since he lives in Addison. He shows up at noon and no one is there and there’s a sign on the door that someone will be there at 3pm. I said call customer service and see what is going one. 6 other people where waiting behind him to hear what support said: “so sorry, we have no one covering that store currently and if it says 3 then someone should be there at 3”. He called at 3, no answer, he drove back down and at 3:45, a person was there, claiming someone was out sick and he had to be pulled from another store. This rant is not about the employees at this facility, they are just doing their job. It’s about corporate and the district manager who can’t keep staff, can’t manage their properties properly and doesn’t care about customer support or customer experience. All these recent reviews clearly show a lack of incompetence and the safety of the people storing their items with your company. The gate is broken, we smelled gasoline in the building that was quickly covered up by air freshener. People moving out told us there are numerous people living in the building harassing and threatening customers and they were moving out because their items got stolen. Someone climbed the walls in the vacant unit next door and went over the top, which is not sealed and got into their unit. This isn’t our first auctioned unit at a CubeSmart. The employee at the one in Plano had multiple complaints about the company he was working for. I would avoid doing business with CubeSmart and find the facility with exemplary reviews so you know you will get the customer experience, safety and support you are paying for.

I don’t even know where to start. I’m seriously left speechless. I seriously did not think my level of disappointed in this establishment could get worse than it got today. While I have attempted to dismiss the uncleanliness and the homeless people living within the units, I have reached my limit. The lack of customer service and unprofessionalism is absurd. Any time I had a question, there was no chance on getting an answer- whether that’s from someone in the office (there was never anyone in the office during “open hours”l) or answering a phone call because no one was ever working there or answering the phones. The homeless people who live probably know more about what’s going on than the people who work there.

I am unable to rate this storage space lower than a one, but I would if I could. This space was covered in trash, bugs, human fecal residue, etc.. I was in constant fear while attempting to place my items in and out of storage. There were homeless people living in the storage unit. The front desk did not ever answer my calls, and there was never anyone in office. I am seriously appalled. I’ve never seen worse customer service. If you have your hours online, I don’t understand why no one was in office during this frame. Seriously, DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you want to live in a storage unit- they’re great for that apparently.

Edit: Their social media team loves to make it look like they will resolve your issue but I never received a response after 3 attempts. Do not use this place or trust them with your belongings. I’ve had a frustrating experience with this storage facility. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone, whether in person, by phone, or email. After recently removing my belongings, I found broken glass with no clear explanation of where it came from. Additionally, I discovered that about $400 worth of tools and a $500 vacuum were missing. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this facility.

This place is so poorly run. I have found urine soaked mattresses laid on the door of my storage. All of the moving carts have all been stolen by people in the area. There’s constantly people trying to live on the premises. The management is unhelpful and absent most of the time. Having them do the smallest of tasks is impossible. As soon as I am able to get my things out of this SmartCube storage, it will be my last time using this company due to their terrible customer service..

This place is run by friendly, well-meaning staff, but it's beset by problems. I'm currently standing in front of the only working elevator in the facility, which I called 15 minutes ago, but someone is holding it open on another floor. There's no other way to access my unit, as the stairs do not provide upward access and the second elevator has been broken for months. Nobody has ever replied to any of my emails, including two sent to the address mentioned in the earlier reply to this review or two sent to the facility-specific email requesting assistance. Each time I visit, there are security problems, likely caused by people living in the facility. The main door was wide open with several young children playing outside on this occasion. I don't begrudge people the right to shelter, but this is not a good setup. I'm cancelling this month, and I cannot recommend this facility to anyone. Previous 3* review below for reference: --- Pros: - clean - well-lit - app and billing systems work well - employees have been friendly and helpful - pricing is competitive Cons: - evidence of people residing in the facility - evidence of attacks on locks on unit - facility systems are unreliable - electronic locks and elevators have both been out in the 1 month I've been renting - theft of carts appears to be endemic despite employee efforts and replacement

Without writing a novel, I will speak only of the one employee (William @ Maple location) who worked very hard to make my situation a bit easier in all aspects. I needed to move units and he accommodated through each and every speed bump along the way. Things weren’t perfect, but all I can really ask for was effort and William definitely delivered.

Just moved in. Facility seems fine. Some customers checking out complained about security. There is a CubeSmart Guest WiFi network that doesn’t work. Workers acknowledged that it doesn’t work and they don’t know how to make it work but they don’t offer WiFi to guests regardless of what signal shows up. Cell phone reception is not good in the facility (it’s not good in any storage facility though). A working guest WiFi signal would be appreciated and it’s not like it even costs anything.

Absolutely the worst service ever. I bought a 10x10 unit but they gave us two 10x5 units (which obviously is not the same). I was unable to store everything I needed to. No one will ever answer the phone. I have tried calling the district manager, and they don’t answer the phone either. There was water damage in our unit and they knew about it but did not contact us about it at all. It damaged a bunch of wedding gifts that we had just gotten. WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This is one of the worst storage units you'll ever find between the security, accessibility and customer service. We've had 5 different units in this facility and all of them have been broken into. All of our units have been on the second and third floor, and half the time you come in you can expect the elevator to be out of service which you have to carry your items up and down stairs outside. At times, the keypad won't unlock the doors for you to get into the building so you simply don't even have the ability to get indoors. They have zero carts at the moment so you're physically carrying whatever you need to move. Customer service is awful. You can't get them on the phone, the employees are never in the office working so you can't catch them in person, and when you finally do, they're rude and partially incompetent. Look for a different storage unit.

Sadly, do NOT recommend as this place is poorly maintained and you will eventually feel unsafe. I was a long-time renter and it was a great place but I moved out after the front security gate and ALL the security doors in my building didn't work for ~2 months. Homeless people wandered outside and inside the building everyday during this time. In addition, at least three people had rented and were living in units on my floor. I contacted Corporate and no response on these topics. They finally fixed the security issues but it is still not well maintained (one elevator has been broken for >6 months). Homeless people are still an issue inside the security gate, especially outside of office hours. I moved out in late June 2024 and there was still a homeless guy sleeping at the top of one of the stairwells at 9:30 a.m. Avoid and, if you cannot avoid, never visit alone.

Do not rent here! My belongings were stolen , identify theft, and place completely ransacked. It was someone who knew exactly what they were doing and looking for, because they’ve been doing all sorts of criminal activities online. It wasn’t just about robbing my storage unit for theft of my items. I’ve been dealing with the problems now for months. They were helpful in putting on a new lock , but this could have been prevented easily with the other reviews I’m seeing online about gates open, lights broken and homeless people running around

This is definitely a home for homeless people. On several occasions I’ve walked in and seen them in the building one was half naked. It’s scary. I no longer take my daughter with me to the unit. I got the unit to store additional items but wouldn’t recommend it. The access gates and doors have been wide open atleast 4 to 6 weeks. I assume this happens frequently. When we moved in there was no lights on the 2nd floor where my unit was located for atleast 2 weeks.

I reserved a unit online the night prior to going up to the facility at Maple Avenue in Dallas Texas. WILLIAM is perfect, he went above and beyond, he was kind he was helpful, He overwhelmingly met all of my needs, and it could not have been a better experience in the process super smooth, easy and quick! he told me everything I needed to know he he showed me everything Basically, he made the experience flawless. He cares about his job. He has high standards for his facility. It was clean, organized, user-friendly, and very functional every step of the way. William is truly one of a kind employee he’s exceptional, professional, and genuinely kind which you cannot find very often these days. On top of it he was honest and thoughtful and I couldn’t say any more positive things about him as a person he deserves an award a bonus, a promotion recognition all of those things he truly is an exceptional employee and person all around. He definitely makes the company look very good and presents it well also. William is amazing on Maple Avenue in Dallas Texas! Highly recommend him and the company.

Do not store here if you want to keep your belongings. My unit was broken into Dec 28th along with many others. CubeSmart has not been helpful in anyway on working with the police or myself to get the issue resolved. The door to the facility is still broken after over a month of being broken into. Please note the police department told me they have had 22 robberies since November '23.

Do know that the price of the warehouse increases every six months and the increase is different after every six months. Also, at this particular location not all “exit keypads” work. The front entrance keypad works but the back exit keypad has been disabled. This started after new management takeover. Also, the two bathrooms located in this location are always locked "even during business hours". Which makes it a hassle when you need to use the restroom asap and you must hope someone is actually in the office so that they can find the keys and walk outside to unlock the restroom door. One elevator is usually always broken. If it's not the front elevator that is not working, then it will be the back elevator that is not working. They no longer have large grey trash cans at each entrance. It seems to me they don't wish to clean bathrooms, empty out trash cans, nor repair their elevators in a timely manner. I would read reviews of other CubeSmart locations before making your choice on which one to give your business to

I feel like 3 stars is generous. I had difficulty reaching anyone at the store, especially when moving out of my unit. I'd usually say it was an isolated incident but it happened both times I moved out of a unit. I was charged an extra month after giving advance notice and moving out of the unit completely. They attempted to charge me the same way when I moved out of my second unit 6 months later. Had units there for over a year. Gates and door often malfunctioned. The building where my unit was often reeked of Marijuana.

Never have any carts have to walk to the last building which the doors are all ways open and no carts there today what do they do in the office I wonder??? have to get key to use the bathroom and bathroom all ways out of soap this place is a joke! I'm going on vacation for a week i would rather see how things will be when I get back if things improve I will give a better review July 7 2022 back from vacation improvements the cart was at our door and the bathroom had hand soap and paper towels bathroom was clean only one problem we were not greeted when I got the key to the bathroom the lady clearly saw me and when I bought back the key again no greeting so at least they earned 3 stars 11:22am Thursday July 7th 2022

Somebody on the second floor decided to just break the elevators again so no one can go up to the 3rd floor units. Absolutely no possible way to get up there. Elevators keep going out of order. Instead of leaving try going in and resetting the elevators!

Carts stay locked in the office. That's not good service at all, because the office isn't open in the early mornings or in the evenings whenever you may want to bring items. They didn't used to be locked away in the office. It's time they stop assuming the worst in their customers and quit locking up the carts. They need to invest in more carts and have them freely available. Also, they keep hiking the rent up but not providing any new value by offering new or upgraded services or amenities. That's not fair or good business. I would not recommend them at all.

EDIT: I would like to say that the management reached out to address my concerns about the problems I have had. They assured me that these issues will be resolved and that should I have any further concerns to contact them immediately. This gives me faith that they will keep their word and the problems at this location will be corrected. In my experience companies who do this genuinely care and will follow through with any and all resolutions. I am very pleased that they reached out to me promptly as well. That being said I can confidently change my original 2 star rating to a 5 as I am already seeing improvements at this facility. Thank you! I have rented at this cubesmart for about a year now. I make frequent trips to my unit for seasonal items and decor. Let me explain the reason for the 2 star review. Firstly, the staff is friendly and the grounds are clean which is the most positive thing I can say for this location. However, several times we have tried to get into our unit and gates have been broken. In my opinion they have stayed broken too long. Not sure of the reason. Cubesmart has no problem emailing me my bill but associates cant send email about maintenance issues out to inform their paying customers? Additionally, keypad entries frequently malfunction as well, so getting to your stuff on your time frame is very unlikely. This is not to mention hauling things to and from storage units is much more difficult when you have to traverse a whole maze of broken obstacles to get there. Good luck finding any flatbed carts to assist moving your items. The most I've ever seen on site is three carts which seem to be nowhere to be found when needed. I wouldn't be opposed to turning in a license to borrow a cart from the office... I've done the same to rack a pool game at a bar in my younger days. My final and biggest complain, in the one year I've had the unit there have been 3 separate price hikes. I am of course notified by postcard via snail mail when they occur. So the unit I got one year ago which at the time cost me 76 dollars a month plus a processing fee is now 106 dollars a month... ridiculous! Look around at other places near this cubesmart. The facilities look comparable and the prices aren't so high. As soon as I'm able I will move my stuff out of this overpriced busted storage site. Do no recommend this location save for the friendly staff.

Getting a storage unit here is hassle free. They make the process quick and easy. Only downfall of this place is that you have to be in and out before 9 PM. So if you work nights or are unable to go during the day this probably won’t be suitable.

Prices are reasonable, online monthly payment is really easy, and no prior move out notice required. My things do smell a bit like mildew after being in the unit for 8 months and the metal details on my couch are rusty in places despite having an indoor climate-controlled unit. It was on the first floor so some moisture must be coming up from the ground. Overall good experience though.

Take your things and leave this place Started paying 30 and slowly been going up over and over again, up to over 130… My storage was broken into more than 2 times. Good luck getting the police to show, called in multiple times and they never show up, they don’t even call you back. Because you need a police report you can’t even file a claim for the loss of your belongings. So you end up wasting your time every single day. Chances of getting a claim processed are slim to none. Don’t even bother with this place , the security is garbage , the cameras and and pins are useless because homeless people live inside. I gonna have to get a lawyer since this is just a huge waste of time

Greeted me at the door. Both ladies were busy but I was acknowledged. Once it was my turn, She was super accommodating to meet my immediate storage needs. The facility is very clean and I feel safe going there at any hour of the day. Hand sanitizers everywhere too. Loitering around the area is not allowed and the access codes are customer specific so only people who belong there- are there. The price was fair and I didn’t feel overcommitted with a lengthy contract. In and out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend!!!

When I called the phone #on your website, I spoke to a guy named Fabrizzio. I told him I wanted to know what the total cost would be to rent a 5x5 space. I also mentioned that I do not have renters insurance and I didn’t want to purchase any. He said that was fine. I could simply sign a waiver at the rental office and I wouldn’t be required to purchase any. He said when I sign the waiver, it would put the responsibility on me, not CubeSmart. He said the total to rent the space out the door would be $46.10. When I got to the office the person helping me said that I had to purchase or show proof of insurance. She said it was required. So I had to purchase insurance for an additional $12.00. I think it is totally irresponsible and bad business to give potential customers inaccurate information. These phone operators represent YOU. Very disappointed with the unprofessional and dishonest service your company provides just to try to get customers.

The cards are never available they're always locked up especially after hours don't expect to get a cart. The bathroom is locked makes it difficult to use and after hours you can't use the bathroom either makes it very difficult people pay and expect these things to be available. I went in to rent a small storage for an online business. I made my original reservation online for the promotion - 35% off or 1 month free. I spoke with Lori and (Trainer) Michael H. They were both very helpful and nice. The office, building space, and my unit were all very clean. My unit is on the 3rd floor, but it is climate controlled. The elevator is pretty large and they have water fountains and bathrooms (bathrooms were locked due to covid i assume???) carts are available in the office. The manager Shurtruel came in and she was very nice as well. I did not READ the contract properly online (i was rushing) so I did not notice the admin/set up fee. They very graciously waived the admin fee, set me up with insurance for my unit, and showed me how to use the cylinder lock they sell. They also advised me that i could add some shelving to my unit so it is more "small-business" friendly. The location is also very good for me. Minutes away from my home, and a central location to base my shipping from. I would definitely refer someone else to this CubeSmart. My parents actually referred me!!

When I came to CubeSmart, I was in a really bad place. I had a very short notice to leave and not a lot of support. I rented a unit online and showed up to the location minutes after closing. HOWEVER - by the grace of God - (and an awesome staff in general) Shurtruel Black (Manager) not only waited on me because I had called ahead, but she really treated me with warmth and kindness and made me feel like if i needed her for anything I could reach out. Fast forward months later, after months of being late on my bill, she still hooked me up with helping me get into my unit on a day that I needed to go to court. I sincerely thank her and God for putting her in my path. Choose this location!

NO CARTS!!! THEY LOCKED THEM UP IN THEIR OFFICE WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED. Wish he had read some of these reviews before moving our things here. They lock the moving carts up after their hours like OUR lives revolve around them. Went there yesterday at 11 am, DURING office hours, and NO ONE was there AND the moving carts were locked up in the office. When we came back down to leave, after having to CARRY our things up, we find that the two males had come back and had a bunch of kids with them in the office. WE WERE LIVID!! They have a bunch of immature CHILDREN running this location. I wouldn't suggest ANYONE who will NEED a cart to move their things in to rent here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE.

I called this place and I was very disappointing. First they told me the first month was free. Then they told me the first month is free after I pay 24.00 initial fee, 15.95 for the lock and tax. The the second month is 50.99 plus tax so What is free??? Very confusing place. After my review the manager Michael a very nice guy called me to apologized for the confusion with the first person and he offered me a tour to his facility and a first month free including the lock. I was very surprised to receive his call, and I am thankful for the service.

I use cube smart in a regular basis. The great thing about cube smart is they have locations everywhere but more importantly is there excellent customer service. I happen to use the one on maple ave in Dallas for a big job I was working on the there units were clean and there staff was excellent. They went above and beyond on being friendly and went out if there way to make my stay care free.

I just moved my stuff in today and the facility is SO clean and nice. They clean it everyday, vacuum and sweep all the hallways. Also it’s really safe they have cameras in every hallway and will watch the video footage everyday from the night before to make sure there wasn’t any suspicious activity. Alyssa was super friendly and helpful. She also didn’t try to sell me a more expensive unit. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely top notch facility. Very clean and well maintained. The competition in the area thinks they have a captive audience and are priced accordingly. I now paying only half of what I did previously and am getting a far better value. Ask for Michael or Joshua- they will treat you right before and after signing the lease. I can't praise this company enough,, especially Michael Hartgraves, first, I was getting a little desperate because I needed to find a storage unit for my apartment because my lease was up and complex was not going to renew any of the leases. As of that time I had not found a place to live so I had to find a place for my stuff and these guys stepped up and one made it pleasurable in my worrisome State and made the whole move to storage better than I could possibly have imagined. Michael first made me a cup of coffee and just sat and talked for a minute then realizing that I was a disabled vet made sure that I got a discount for veterans. I actually was in a rush one afternoon and called this location off Maple AVE. I spoke with Tonya Jackson and she was very eager to help me and showed concern towards my situation. Even though I was running behind she stayed after hours to assist me with my things and signing up. Not one time did she rush me and explain everything to me and actually got me a great deal. I came in Friday and met with the General Manager Micheal HeartGraves and helped with me with all my concerns and Was very patient and kind. They have wonderful customer service, actually the best I’ve received in a long time. It’s great to know that a company like them (Cube Smart) have great customer service and go above an beyond customer satisfaction.

I highly recommend this storage facility. The facility is incredibly maintained and has fantastic free dollies that make moving a breeze. Michael (the General Manager) was greatly helpful with getting us setup and making sure our code worked. Was great chatting with him and definitely made me a continued lifelong fan of CubeSmart. I will definitely highly recommend CubeSmart (and this location specifically) to my network in Dallas and outside of Dallas and I will certainly be back to CubeSmart the next time my storage needs arise for such a need! While it's fairly new, it's clear the management is intent on keeping the facility in its pristine condition. Security feels up to par for a storage unit and staff can view surveillance remotely 24/7. I worked with the manager, Michael, to tour/find a unit and fill out the initial paperwork; he couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, or efficient. His associate even noticed that I was in my convertible with the top down and offered me a cold bottle of water on my way out. This business already earned its 5 stars, but the fact that I got my first month free and a 6 month discount was the icing on the cake. If you're looking for storage in the area, don't think twice about this Cubesmart location.

Hello, I called many storage company's before making a decision. Cube Smart on maple avenue Dallas Texas quoted me $ 130 for the size I needed. When I went to sign the agreement the agent told me there were no more $130 available, only $160. I had already scheduled my move and did not have time to look furthers. I signed the $160 a month. Kim is the manager and has been great. The agent I talked to is no longer working. I would recommend getting a quote in writing or e-mail before signing. Poor business practices. Thanks, Scott

Great experience at CubeSmart. We reserved everything online for our unit (very easy). We viewed the unit and once we saw the actual size, we realized that it wasn't quite big enough for our needs. Went back to Kino and Kimberly and they were able to get us into a larger unit on the same floor immediately. Nice and cool in the inside climate controlled units. Would recommend to anyone to use CubeSmart!

The ease of reserving online, walking in with the agents ready to go was ideal. The guys were attentive and knowledgeable. A few things not mentioned... *Promotional offer of 15% is not discussed online, only the free months. Agent informed me that it's only for 6 months. *While there is a $24 set up fee, there is also the requirement of their personal locks to be used and purchased at the time of booking ($15). *Insurance is required and he was going to be assumptively add it on without questioning my own coverage ($3 a month). I was able to inform him that I had coverage and him removing it from the total was done without issue. Overall, the experience was smooth. Nice, new facility, climate controlled and close to my apartment. I look forward to using them for a while to come.
