I moved out in December the new manager is awful. I think her name is Tammy or something like that. So rude & smart she definitely need to work on her customer service skills. I was so pissed the day I moved out. Even the phone call I made she was rude as hell. To top it off I got a price increase after only renting a couple of months.

When I first moved into my unit it smelled like something died in there and we were able to touch things in another unit next to us. (Wall is collapsing) Items had damage to it (mildew) and they had roaches real bad. Was only there for 2 months.

Devastated ?? is the word. Went to pay ma storage up (because when I try to pay toward the back end of what I owed I was told I couldn't do that but had to come up with the whole amount due) there was no record of me. Found out my stuff was sold at auction on 7th December despite my social worker supposed to be assisting w/the bill. All ma military, health & insurance records along w/furniture & guns gone! Had prepaid look over contract; he said basically like I said they can hold your stuff hostage if your over a month late at 200%! By late, lien fees. Then tell u, u can't pay on ur acct unless u come up with all the funds at once. Then no notice is given, not an email nor phone call.

I want to shout out to two great managers working in this office. James and Keisha. I recently had the opportunity to pick up two auction units that were fairly large. The access times were excellent and I was able to get them emptied . The two managers worked with me and I was able to empty both units and clean them out in a timely manner. They were very gracious and friendly. It is to the manager's discretion how much time you actually have to get stuff out and the two managers I worked with were FANTASTIC! I have had dealings with other Cube smart managers and I had no time to get the items out. They were so busy being strictly to a schedule that it was not conducive for me to do them and I do not choose to buy auctions from those anymore. If the objective is to have the auction units emptied then perhaps other CubeSmart managers should take a page out of James and Keisha's managers playbook. These two managers are some of the best I have had the great fortune to deal with. Thank you very much James and Keisha for your business and I look forward to working with you again

The staff is great, always very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and clean, but the buildings felt very close and the alleys very narrow. If I was at my unit, the truck took up almost the entire alley; definitely could not fit another vehicle past, and walking past with a load would be tight as well. But my biggest issue was the constantly increasing rent. Eventually became too expensive to justify.

It's fair to me. Not excellent but not too bad. They work with ya. The late fees are high but the 1 thing I mostly disagree with is when I first moved in. The guy had me by a lock and when I was shown my storage , there was a gift bag with a lock in it. The manager then reaches in my gift bag and take my lock and says. "Well you already got 1". Didn't understand how you can take back a gift regardless if I bought a lock. Other then that it's cool

I would never recommend storing anything of value at this location on Cockerhill Road. We have had equipment there for years with no problem when it was Assured Storage. Manager lived on site. Cube Smart took it over and we got our trailer along with about $40,000 worth of equipment stolen. It was stolen on Thanksgiving weekend and conveniently none of the cameras were working. Never store anything of value here.

The website was user friendly and the customer service was stellar. The young lady that helped me gave me was very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure I’d have a safe a productive move in. Well well I had a great review but as always wait a minute it has changed when they've decided without notifying me through mail email or phone of the price gouging we've been there for a while look like it should stay at what we initially paid for it now continually going up be it the rate or late fee rate if you dont have to do business with them I wouldn't no where or where the price gouging is going on if we want change we have got to stop supporting bad business practices we have taking a lost here maybe giving this heads up review the next family will not.
