NEGATIVE STARTS! TOO MANY ISSUES….!! When I first got here this place use to be neat and clean no issues. Mrs Deborah made sure things went smoothly. You could tell that she had mop and cleaned up. I’m not sure what happened to Mrs.Deborah but this place has went down! My nephew got stuck in the elevator and the manger didn’t even want to call me or take a month’s rent off. I have two lil girls and they can NEVER use the restrooms because they are always locked and or out of order. There’s trash everywhere in the building even in the elevator. The elevator smells bad. I’m not sure when the people work inside because you hardly see them and they don’t answer the phones. In August I was trying to get my stuff out and the elevators were not working, so I go up front no one is there. I leave a note. I get a call from someone that’s filling in for someone so he doesn’t know anything. I ask for someone to call me back no call back. I keep going up there and calling nothing I left another note and got a call. By this time it’s September is rolling around. I get told by Robin that I didn’t schedule a move out. Well how can I Robin when no one is there and no one answers the phone. So I call We care as she told me to do. They took my information and said someone would be contacting me back in 24 hours. It’s been about 4 days now! I’m not sure what the problem is but all I want is my stuff with no issues. I should’ve to pay a balance because I’ve been trying to move my stuff. There is no way that I was going to move a 10X10 and a 5X8 down the stairs! I had two people from the company that mentioned the stairway. THATS VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE OF YOU ALL TO USE THAT AS A REBUTTAL! I pay you all over $200 for storage space to be treated like I’m a squatter or something. I’ve yet to get a call back from a manager so I can get my stuff out.

I just want to say that Robin is Johnny on the spot every time I go there and she’s there I never have to worry about my storage she’s very helpful and very detailed about the place she can really work a crowd and she’s always cleaning the ground’s making sure that place stay presentable I’ve been there since October of 2023 and no one ever been so helpful like that little lady was with me and my fiancé she deserves a golden medal so less pretend we’re in Paris and give her a 2024 GOLDEN MEDAL …. I used to think this was 5 stars mostly bc of the location and climate control. However since the cold has started they no longer open the main gate and make you walk inside the building to access your unit. Super inconvenient to load in and out and isn’t going to change until the end of January. No public trash can for residents. Restrooms are always locked. The manager is really rude and not warm at all anytime you enter the office. She seems to know this because she excused it as “up north” behavior to being grumpy and attitude filled anytime a question is asked. If the location of this storage wasn’t 5mins away from my house I would not rent here.

Today I took off from work twice. Each time there was a sign saying to come back. The first time was 10:45 and the other time was 1:45. I saw other customers trying to get into the property for assistance as well. As a result of not being able to speak with anyone, I was not able to unload my U-haul; therefore, I have an additional day of fees and I have time taken off from work. The storage should be open during operating hours. How can a customer get the things they need if staff is not available-Ever?

When I first rented my storage I had a good experience with Channa and she took out her time to make sure my gate code and everything worked. Now today, 10/17, I come here and the new manager is very, very rude. I really didn’t want to rent here from the beginning, but I really didn’t have a choice at the time. It was 9:10am and the manager was out putting up a sign in the front she was rude because I said excuse me, excuse me very nice and she never answered not one time. I said excuse me again and she still didn’t say anything and looked right at me and just went the other way. I do understand that they are not open yet, but especially being a manager she could have at least said sorry ma’am we are not open yet. I finally got her to say something, but she barely wanted to say something then, but said in a ugly way we are not open yet with no smile?or anything. I will never come back to this storage under no circumstance. They don’t even have a moving cart and the one they had was very raggedy and could only use it when the office is open. Don’t rent a storage here stay away they have bad attitudes and don’t want to work.

After a year or more of renting here RUN!!! DON'T POST A REVIEW UNTIL YOU HAVE A REAL REVIEW. MICE HIGH TRAFFIC GATE CODE - EVERYONE HAS IT I have more photos!!! I Gave a proper notice and asked what was needed and the lady made not mention of removing the lock. When I noticed the funds withdrawn she lied and said she spoke to someone. I never received a call no one went the extra mile so now I'm told on the 3rd because the lock was on the unit I responsible for full month when I can just go remove it!!! I've paid on time for months this is horrible management. All I needed was a call!!! Very greatful for Joe T. 1st timer here with WAY too much stuff! Last minute size change and he made it happen. On the day of my move in (before I put anything in) there was a roach in my unit. There was one in the hallway and by the elevator. 3 Roach sightings SMH I was nervous that they would get in my belongings & I didn’t want to leave my things there, but it was Sunday & I was out of options because the office was closed. When I brought it to the attention of the facility they acted like it was common place.. My things were only there for 3 weeks and thankfully it doesn’t look like any bugs got in. The 2nd star is for the customer service I received at move in. They were really nice, but they for sure have roaches there.
