staff was excellent. location downtown Denton was ok. facilities old ( but kept up) rats in my unit. prices not par for location n age of unit. if this was a new facility could maybe justify but don’t charge new facilities price for old unit.

I was very impressed with how simple the leasing process was. I did the whole thing online in a matter of minutes. I had barely finished the paperwork when the GM (Makenna) called to welcome me and make sure I had everything I needed. She had even gone out to my new storage unit and blew out the dust so it was clean and ready for moving in. Post-covid it seems customer service is hard to come by. CubeSmart is still doing it right, and Makenna's attention to detail left a very positive impression.

This lady is out of her mind! Changed dates and agreements. Harassment to the fullest! Would not stop asking when we are clearing out and then decided to try and change everything she possibly could just so she could squeeze someone for more cash. I wouldn't recommend a roach to rent one of those units!

Literally the worst experience I've ever had to deal with. Rented a space online to find it full of stuff, stinky, and dirty. Called multiple times, drove up to the office on different days, and even though office hours said open, no one was there. Because we were moving that weekend, we had to rent a place elsewhere. Called the following week to ask for a refund, which was denied. The reasoning was that it was our fault the voicemail wasn't clear enough and the employee couldn't hear the phone number to call us back..... even though they failed to check the storage room before listing it as available, it was our fault. Never taking responsibility for not being in the office when it said open, not picking up any of our phone calls, and not replying to my email. Kept going back and forth with the employee and she kept blaiming my husband and I. I asked her to speak to her manager for a full refund, which she allegedly did and he also did not approve a full refund only the deposit, even though we NEVER USED the storage. It's been about 3 weeks and I have yet to get the deposit refund. Literally, don't even bother. The lady who works there is incompetent and will not take responsibility for her mistakes.
