Hi, my name is Warren, a 40 year old hard working veteran running my own pool business, recently moved from Louisiana and currently waiting for approval from an apartment complex on my application. Well it was great service until this morning… I purchased the unit yesterday and moved most of my stuff plus business supplies to run my business with into this unit. The general manager Lizz, came over while I was getting stuff into and getting work supplies out of my unit yesterday morning about 930. No it was more like 10 and tell me I couldn’t park where I was parked in front of my unit. She also said that I couldn’t live there, then proceeded to tell me that she is cutting my access from 10 PM down to 6 PM so at 6 AM to 6 PM. My access code still works and everything but I arrive this morning to get work supplies out and go to work and make money, only to find there’s another lock on the my unit. I have no idea why or who put it there…I received no email notification, voicemail, or text message nothing of the sort. However yesterday morning I received a voicemail from the general manager Lizz, complaining about how I am parked in front of my unit as I’m utilizing it and then accusing me of living in it. It is completely full nowhere to live even if that was the case. I’m going to be pressing charges and taking legal action against this specific location and the general manager Lizz. I am in shock as to how I can leave a great review and the very next day I’m experiencing this treatment. The lady that helped me when I purchased the unit got the unit was great, the general manager that her name is Lizz is one very problematic, rude and unprofessional, and is simply causing problems where there is none. they’re not open untill 930 so I have to wait till then to go get in my unit or I go get a pair of bolt cutters and cut the lock that is illegally placed. I’m still debating, I don’t know, can’t believe this how paying veteran customers are treated I’m just in shock right now, I’m taking this as far as legally possible, for now I’m gonna sit here and evaluate my options. No reason or explanation for a random lock on my unit.

I was told my rate would never change. My intial rate was $75. Within a few months they started upping my rate almost every other month. It got up to $160 before I just left to find somewhere else. My lock also disappeared from my unit multiple times. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Would not give a refund for a unit I did not use. Ask to cancel 3 days later. The faculty only has on flat dolly and that one was locked up in a customers unit the day I was suppose to move in. Had to find any other unit somewhere else because we had empty my other storage unit. Advised the manager that I was not informed at the time of rental that they had a no refund policy. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

DO NOT STORE HERE. When I went to remove my items from my unit, we discovered someone had removed my lock, put their own lock on, and stole every valuable item in my unit. When we told management, they were not shocked and said that over 10 units that they know of had been broken into. The hallways have NO cameras. They blamed the issues on previous ownership, but nothing was ever sent out regarding the break-ins that they obviously knew about. This place is not secure, please consider using a different storage location with security cameras & better management.

If I could go no stars I would..I've had my things here at this place in Dickinson for 4yrs now to find out there is no cameras no security on the A&B rolls..My storage was broke in to as well ..The office did nothing the police said with no cameras there was nothing that could be done..I don't know what management does but there is always trash blowing around and a month ago they raised my rent up 40 dollars with out telling me..Also I'm not sure I want to stay that will charge you to throw away your trash..They have a dumpster on site but you can't use it..I almost fell out of my seat when they told me it's 50.00 a month extra to trash your trash..wow time to move and my advise is make sure you have insurance ..Bye Bye Cube Smart..Just another lesson learned by experience..

It's only one way in and one way out so it's has to be on camera. Was told I'd have to go through law enforcement to get to look at surveillance. Currently going through corporate and police to get to the bitten of this. It seems like an inside job. Don't store nothing here. They have several break-ins and don't notify none of their customers or do anything to stop the break in. DON'T USE THIS PLACE AS A STORAGE, YOU'LL REGRET IT. I MUST CERTAINLY DID.

Not a bad place for storing your items they have climate controlled units as well as reg units.I gave them four stars cause I hadn't been there that long and they already raised the rent quite s bit Update went tonight to get a couple of things.They close at 10:00,to make a long story short they locked us in,the guy looked like he had been asleep,when he got to the gate.I have a few choice words for that guy. I will not say them here though He did get on my last nerve we were honking,then that didn't work,we were calling too,that didn't work then my son banged on the door.Finally came out and asked if we needed help?? If this storage unit wasn't a convince to me I would not use it.The people that work there two of them anyways are rude.

First ,it's a 4x8 not a 5x10,for $49.00 a month. Next I was giving an option for 1/2 off first month,or first month free.ofcorse I chose first month free! So once all paper work was done I was still charged $49.00 !!!!! I asked what happened to my first month free? Well sir,after the $24.00 administration fee,the $12.00 insurance that is needed charge for paper work,and taxes. Oh and the lock you bought $16.00. Ok so why you say I get a free first month when I really don't? I should have only been charged for my lock I bought. Sad case of false advertisement,I feel.

This is a great place for storage. I pay $34 for 5x10 storage. They have great customer service. The storage was clean ehen I moved in and they usually open around 9am-6pm mon through Saturday and Sunday 12 noon til 6pm. Thanks girls???

Kim and Molly are wonderful! I have been here for years and I have never had Issues. The facility is always clean. If you are looking for storage; this is the best place and the prices are reasonable as well!

I love this place! The staff is so friendly and always willing to help with anything I’ve ever needed. Facility is nice and clean and I feel super safe going there at night, since it’s right next to a busy arcade! Would highly recommend getting storage here!

I have 2 storage units and absolutely love it here. They are such a wonderful company. Best Storage did not charge for September’s rent due to Hurricane Harvey! Amazing! The company really cares about their tenants! The rates are reasonable & affordable!! I definitely recommend renting a storage unit from them!
