Not to happy with cube smart, I had I contract with public storage which cube smart just took over. 2 unauthorized payments have been charged to my account before my storage due date now mind you I have never signed up for autopay I am truly frustrated because now my account is negative and I am getting overdraft fees. This is ridiculous. Do better cube smart!! No one gave you authorization! Will be talking to a lawyer

Our first stop while looking at storage units and we decided to stop here. We were desperately looking for one at the moment, and here comes Chris, the person who helped us with everything. It was a great experience overall, just by the explanation of the first storage, we decided to get it right then and there. Chris was very good at explaining things and when it was time to pay we were shocked it was less than $60 dollars that we had to pay in person today. I would recommend going here if you need a storage unit. They have a friendly staff, nice units, and just a great experience overall as first time storage user.

I called the competitor down the street to inquire about a unit and they were rude and lacked hospitality. When I called US Storage in Duncanville, Elton was more than helpful and informative and even told me additional information I didn’t know. Needless to say I immediately got my climate controlled unit (which was way cheaper than the competitor down the street). The following Saturday I went in to get my gate code from the manager Chris and her customer service was equally as great as Elton’s. She was so personable and knowledgeable as soon as I walked through the door. For me, customer service goes a long way. I want to spend my money where I’m treated good and US storage did just that. The grounds are immaculate and everything is easily accessible. I 20 out of 10 recommended!!

Moving from out of state, we chose Assured from the good reviews online. My husband called to reserve a unit, when we arrived they had the one we chose plus the next size up, Chris let us look at both and pick the one we thought was best, which I though was really nice, she spent her time walking us through everything and was friendly and welcoming....which you don't get often anymore. They are clean and no problem coming and going when you need to get into your unit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing storage. Chris is not only professional, but nice to visit with.

This place is really awesome!! The lady’s in the office are so nice and very welcoming and friendly, they make you feel like family and you know your stuff is safe here. They have great prices and even online specials, it’s really easy to rent here no hassles, they tell you everything up front cost wise and rules and walk you to your unit and even help you with your locks. I would definitely recommend them for all your storage needs whether it’s a storage unit you need or I’ve also noticed a lot of people rent spaces to park there vehicles and boats there. And they also have an on-site security officer that roams the property to make sure your stuff is safe, I see him as I drive by this place every night on my way home.

Great place to lease storage from. I lease a space for my 40 ft flatbed trailer. Great location off I20 , safe and gated, well maintained, and secure. No problems here. Christine is the best. Tell her P90 sent you. ??

Chris has always been above and beyond to help her to make certain that all is well and taken care of. She and Travis also have been known she and Travis also have been known to give us a reminder call a few days before rent just to remind us a Trent is coming up don't miss it. What other place does that. Security is fantastic all bases are covered. Exceptional storage facility.

Very helpful staff! We arrived to rent a space and got here right when they were closing. They offered to stay and help us after hours. That was amazing! The facility is very clean, inside and out! Happy that we found such a great place to store our belongings.
