I sent several phone calls over a span of six weeks stating that I needed to give up the storage building. I never put anything in it to begin with. I had it on auto pay. Then the rates went up to $146 a month and I sent messages again, I need to give up the building and what do I need to do next if I could do this over the phone and auto also sent messages by email. When I first signed up for the storage building. The representative told me that if I’m ready to give up the building, just don’t make a payment and they will know that I have vacated. I just couldn’t get there to takeoff the lock. But I had made numerous messages to them. I go there today and I am charged $171 for late payment. At first, I couldn’t go to take the lock off then I told the lady there that I’ll take the lock off and I made sure to take videos of the empty storage shed, So I would not be blamed for any damages. I do not trust this establishment they say Another they do not answer their calls. I shake the dust off my feet from them and their Business. Good luck to those of you who rent there the room was clean, If Anything go in person because they will not return your calls. If I need a Sturge building again, I’ll go somewhere else when the need comes..

When I rented a storage here, the first day I noticed the gate wasn't closed and was told it was undergoing maintenance and that it's was just going to be open like that for just that day. Turns out it stayed like that for a week and resulted in my storage getting broken into and had a couple thousand dollars worth of things stolen, then one of the ladies in the office was very standoff-ish as if it was my fault when I told them. The other lady was very nice and apologetic though. Anyways, at the end i was only compensated $400 dollars. Wouldn't recommend

Be careful of storing your items here, things go missing! I just recently cleaned out my storage and noticed things were missing. After filing a police report and filing a claim, I was told they would not reimburse me for missing items. Apparently in order for your things to go missing, there needs to be physical evidence of a break in. But when your lock is cut by CubeSmart for being "improperly installed" and they replace the lock, chances are they will wait 6 months to tell you that they cut it. (Yes, this happened to me.) Who knows how long it was left unsecured? Who knows if the people who cut the lock took stuff while it was open? It won't matter, it's your fault that your stuff is missing. I knew what was in my storage, and somehow it just disappeared with a known time where it was unsecured by CubeSmart personnel. Renters beware! This improperly resolved issue gives this place a 1 star review.

At Cubesmart the staff are very courteous and kind. The premises are well-lit, very clean and spacious (allowing easy access even for larger vehicles). There is reassurance for one’s property due to 24/7 surveillance in conjunction with night patrols that occur at various times. Overall my experience has been superb.

Let me start by saying the facilities are fine. I'll then say that when there is confusion or a disagreement between a customer and staff that the staff should not try and dominate the conversation by speaking over and ignoring what the customer is trying to convey. If your organization requires something specific for documentation that needs to be relayed by the employees. Neither I or my wife have been spoken to with such disregard in years. I'm not sure if Anita was having a bad day today, or if this is how she treats all the people that she interacts with on the reg but that is all it took to lose our business.

I would just like to Thank you both Julia & Anita your location is very clean, I just moved in today because I had to move out of the location on 10642 Montana Ave today as I went to move in at the location on Montana I quickly moved out. Horrible on-site manager, rude. However, I come to your location an entire different atmosphere, clean, adding LED lights in order for the customers to feel safe.....Thank you I look forward to staying here for several month. A base investigation is underway for this location. They’ve raised my and other military members rent several times knowing we are deployed and unable to move our stuff when they raise the prices. $35 to nearly $75. I called the office several times and the manager refuses to return my calls. A young man answered one day and when I requested to speak to the manager, he told me that their policy allows them to raise the rent every 3-6 months without cause. I filed BBB complaints and they were unanswered by the business. JAG will be investigating. I finally was able to fly back to El Paso and remove my things. This location is garbage, dishonest and treat their customers terribly. Hopefully it turns into a class action lawsuit. The unit was clean but there is 1 air conditioner for a dozen units. It’s a horrible setup if you need air conditioned temperature controlled units. Go somewhere else. Cubesmart otherwise has excellent phone customer support from their corporate customer service. Stay away from this location.

CubeSmart! Its been my second experience with those guys and I can only say that the Facility on Diana Dr is one of the best facilities there is. Thomas welcomed me to the facility, showed me around and showed me the many different Storage Units these guys are offering and measured everything out with me, allowing me to store what I came for. After that he always did his little tours and was always friendly and said Hello. I was a lot of times at my storage unit and Julia was always available and helpful. They even took several packages (about 20) for me without any problems. They were always very friendly and always informed me that I had yet another package. This facility is kept very clean and includes bathrooms, which are always very clean as well. Great Customer Service! Great Management! I will move around in the United States, but I will always look for a CubeSmart, when I need a Storage Unit. Thank you for this very positive experience! - Dylan

I've been a customer for decades. The prices continue to rise with no real reason that I can see. Having hit some difficult times because of medical expenses, I stopped in to see if we could negotiate a different rate. The DM had to be involved so I got a notice in the mail letting me know that my rate was bumped UP another $30! When I recover fully from my surgery and PT, I will vacate this place and never do business with them again. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!

I stored my belongings here for a year and a half. I toured it and really liked the lady who helped me start the storage. I recently came back to El paso to retrieve some of my items. To my dismay my boxes had water damage, they were infested with roaches and I also had several items missing. The pain and sadness i felt throwing away things of sentimental value to me was just unreal. I literally couldn't do much but cry. I feel lied to deceived and most of all disrespected because i truly felt i spent close to 2500 for a total of a year and 6 months of storage for my belonging to be destroyed. I would NEVER suggest this place to people. Go with anyone other than them all of ny fellow military families cubesmart on Diana is not the place for you!! They will NOT make sure your items are cared for.

I will say the staff was very friendly. And the rates are great. The problem is that I wanted and was told I'd get a temperature-controlled 8x8 space. I get there, in a U-Haul packed to the brim, and am told it's actually 2 4x8 spaces. WHAT?!? And the doors to get in are ridiculous. Like a bedroom door. In a narrow hall. And the doors open toward you. So to paint a picture, imagine moving a large couch. You have to get it through the first door, down the hall, put down the couch, then open the unit door, then pick the couch up again, then try to back it in, getting pinned in the back of the unit (if you can even get it in), and to add insult to injury, the florescent lights were hanging so low we had to remove the bulbs just to get the couch high enough to angle it enough to get into the space. and the unit, supposedly 8 feet high, had a large beam running lengthwise, so we couldn't use the top of the space. It was completely frustrating, and I'm devastated that I'll have to do it again in 6 months when I'm no longer in need of storage.

Julia helped us to secure a storage unit just over a week ago. We were coming from new mexico, and when we got there i got a little mixed up where i was, so i callled and julia talked me through the directions and got us there! She was very helpful. She showed us how to open and close the gate, and let us know our vehicle would not be harmed by the automatic gate opening or closing. Spacious storage and very friendly and helpful staff. The location offers consistent hours and competitive prices. They do sell boxes and locks, as well as Autopay options. This storage location is my favorite and the security is enforced, with CCTV cameras with night vision, infrared and 24 hour monitoring, as well as storage units that are a few inches higher than the path leading to them, which is great for peace of mind in the event of a flood or very dusty Summer's here in El Paso. Insurance coverage is offered as an optional component to your rent. My only concern is that there are no blind spot mirrors at each corner, to allow drivers to see around the bend of the adjacent units.

Just would like to say what a great experience I had at the CubeSmart on Diana Drive on 10 April 2017. Both of the ladies that work there, Julia and Emily, are great! They are both the industry Gold Standard in Customer Service! My storage area was clean and well maintained. Plus the store has locks and boxes and stuff at good prices. I highly recommend it.

I went in Yesterday to secure storage for my items. Julia and Emily assisted me. Having a background in Sales Mgmt., I was very impressed by how quickly and courtesly they took care of my needs. I was shown all the ammentities and noticed how clean everything was.
