I wish I could write a good review. The girl who assisted me over the phone walked me through getting the unit online and I had paid for it and wanted to move in that day due to having a lot of stuff in my car, I received an email stating my unit is ready and the gate access code along with instructions were there in the email. It stated someone had prepared the unit for me and it’s all ready to move in. I get there and enter the gate code and it says access denied. I tried a few times and thought maybe it takes 24 hours for it to be in the system so I showed up again today and it’s the same thing. It’s really annoying that they offer the self service for faster service but I can’t even get access to the unit. Getting an additional star just for the girl who helped me because she was so sweet and kind. I would really like to move in my stuff.

Yes, I have a month to month agreement. But after only two months of renting from CubeSmart their jacked my rent up by 21%. Nothing but corporate greed at its finest. That is too much. Please be advised they will do the same with you. Find someplace else to rent from, there are a million of them.

The rent just went up so I took my stuff n left, the lady that works there named Paulina is very friendly n would help me out, but the place sucks kuz the gate NEVER worked n doubt the cameras did either while I was renting there but @ least she would discount me while I was there. I have had many experiences with different storage places but none of those were as pleasant and reassuring as my time at this location. Most of this was due to manager I dealt with that was there, Ashley. I just moved to El Paso, and I heard that the best storage place was cube smart off of James Watt. I gave her a call and she put all my fears to rest. Great customer service on and off the phone. Very informative, warm and kind. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know/meet in the area. If everyone else at cube smart is as helpful as Ashley, I don’t see why anyone would go anywhere else.

Front gate has not worked for months. In fact it stays wide open for days on end. I could not store my car last night, had to leave outside. Gate would not open, read not in service when I entered code .... I've called 5 different numbers today, no one ever answers, same message comes on for every number....... It is now Tuesday 4 days after I left my car outside cuz gate doesn't work, 9 calls later to multiple numbers no one has called me back ...

I've had my personal belongings in many storage units before but this company and location is bar far one of the best and easiest places to keep your things safely stored until your ready to move on. Not to mention the customer service I endured during the time frame I had my belongings there. I work in sales so customer service goes a long way in my book. Paulina, who assisted me with my storage unit, was a great deal of help. Super friendly and professional. I enjoyed my visits everytime. I'm moving at the end of January. Since I'm running on limited time due to my job, I Googled different storage places and decided on this location because of its high rating and positive reviews. First and foremost, Paulina and Chris were very friendly, attentive, informative, and very helpful. The storage facility in itself is in an excellent location, they're very clean and from what I saw, they've taken security measures to make sure my property is well taken care of. Not only do I recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage company but since they're all over the US, I will continue to use them if I move to another state. Thank you Paulina and Chris.

They had a special on 1st month free. I only needed it for a few weeks so I got a 10 x 20 that holds 3 to 4 bedrooms for only $33! (It was $22 administrative fee & $11 insurance fee.) Can't beat that!
