I am compelled to share my troubling experience with Ty at CubeSmart. After vacating my unit the week before, I initially reached out to the storage office on Saturday, October 19, but received no answer. I called back Monday morning, October 21, and when Ty answered, she stated she would call me back regarding my questions about any additional steps I needed to take since I had moved out. However, the conversation quickly deteriorated. During our exchange, Ty harassed me through calls, company texts, and company emails for about an hour. I tried to explain that I had moved out before the 18th and couldn’t reach anyone until speaking with her. Instead of addressing my concerns, Ty became unprofessional and aggressive, referencing my personal and financial information in a threatening manner. On October 21, I received a notification for an overdue payment at 10 AM, followed by a notification at 2:09 PM stating I made a payment—right after Ty's threats. The unauthorized charge occurred on the 21st, using a payment method I had removed from their system. Ty forged a payment and committed fraud, which I will be reporting to the police. This behavior is unacceptable and warrants immediate attention from management.

I came in to the CubeSmart on Eastchase needing to transfer to another unit half the size of my previous one. Kisha was so helpful in helping me decide which unit would be the easiest for me to access and move into. In addition, she gave me a brochure on how I can download the CubeSmart app to be able to open the gate without having to strain in my car punching in the code on the keypad. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience at CubeSmart and would recommend this location.!

Lady at this location is wonderful but the company itself CubeSmart is ridiculous. Yes reserve your storage online for a certain price then come in a view and you’ve changed the price already and won’t honor the reserved price. I just reserved this less than 12 hours ago. Cube Smart is very good storage within itself! It's clean newer prices a bit more expensive but worth it . Kevin was the customer service rep who assisted me. He was wonderful sweet polite and helpful. Although it was his first time working this location. Michelle.. THE MANAGER.. RACIST.. RUDE.. UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE IS WHY I DIDNT RATE IT A 5. MY BROTHER REFERED ME. HE DIDN'T RECEIVE HIS REFERENCE FEE. SHE DOWN PLAYED BY SAYING ITS ONLY 25. DOLLARS And didn't apply it. She then day of my move out. Came outside to tell my 19 year old to put on a shirt and it's 103 today. Outside moving.. then when I asked was everything ok..she stated I just like giving people a hard time. Makes me happy!! I wasn’t going to write a review, however each month my bill due on the 15th, today is the 19th at 3:45 pm, and office closed, every month this happens however your calling 4-7 times a day asking for payment. This forces me to pay over the phone which is 10.00 extra. I’m tired of it. To make matters worse when I pulled up, the person that works there was in there car and left( how I know I pasted back by same car there) could have said something instead of allowing me to walk up to a lock door, not to mention my rental storage has went up. I HATE IT HERE!!!!

Sorry the location is on Eastchase. There was 91 break-ins at the facility. And no one was notified at least I wasn’t. And do to the lack of notification. My storage unit wasn’t one of the 91 units broken into but, I was robbed by the contractors that CubeSmart hired to fix the damage units. When confronted with these allegations one employee stormed out and quit. And the district manager just didn’t respond to any calls from anyone (the police department or myself). Which brought on even more suspicion. Then I was served a notice to vacate because I brought attention to the property. And still no one has bother to reply. So if you’re in the area or market for a storage unit. DONT USE CUBESMART ON EASTCHASE PARKWAY. This unit had over80,00 dollars worth of merchandise in it

I have a storage unit on this property and wasn't able to go retrieve something from my unit. I had a family member, with my permission go get something out of my unit. While trying to get on the property 3 employees were out taking a smoke break, noticed that my family was having a problem getting on the property and instead of offering customer service they chose to ignore my family member and the line of other customers forming a line with horns blowing only to come out with an attitude because there was a line forming and didn't want to do their job and provide customer service which is why I thought they showed up to work that day. Then proceed to make a phone call to say my family is no longer allowed on the property. Sounds like my money should no longer be on the property either, all because their smoke break was interrupted and they failed to provide customer service.

I have never had better customer service anywhere, for anything of any kind. Michelle is the manager and she is the best business snd service person I have ever worked with. Never in history have I ever felt so comfortable doing business with a company or individual. My time is never wasted, always appreciated. Information exchange is never tedious or vague or obscured in any way. I feel that my belongings are very safe and secure. I feel physical safe at this EastChase Pkwy, Fort Worth location. I am never bothered. The phone is always answered or a return call made immediately. The information given is always accurate and precise. It almost makes me sad that I am moving and won't be doing business there any more. I will miss Michelle and the gentleman's kind smile and waves as we exit the property all the time. This is a business and management you can trust and rely on.

Michelle had a bit of a negative attitude and demeanor towards me. I was willing to make purchases of more items that would be helpful to me during this moving time but due to her negativity I did not purchase anything else. In like manner, one thing I didn’t appreciate was the way she opened the storage space doors each time she would show me one. She would step on the handle and kick it instead of reaching down with her hand to do so. I feel that’s disgusting because the sole of her shoe are dirty due to everyday walking the floor surfaces then she does this to every unit’s handle and other people don’t know this and they will grab these handles with their bare hands and contract all those germs Michelle’s placed on them with her dirty shoes. That is unprofessional. She lacks professionalism and common sense.

When it comes to the facility itself, its great. Easy to get in and out, and there's plenty of dollies to help you move things. For the price, its a good deal. HOWEVER, the rep that my wife spoke with was very unprofessional. He was very lackadaisical about opening the doors for my wife, he completely stopped working with her like mid transaction to help another customer. My wife was there FIRST. This man said you wait, I'm going to help this other person. He tried to make it seem like it would be a one and done thing. He made her wait about half an hour for that transaction to be done. The next day, I confronted him, although a bit heated, it was like pulling teeth getting this man to apologize. I've worked retail since the age of 16. When in any kind of retail, when a CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPY, you apologize. Thats just what you do. Honestly, had he just been professional and apologized before we started yelling at each other, I wouldnt be going this far. So there you go. Good facility, unprofessional rep.

Staff is really nice. This place is clean. Prices aren't bad at all, especially if your late. There were no late fees, but you cant get in to your storage unless your paid up. Keep your balance paid and you will have no problem.

Had a 5x10 unit here for about a year, and loved the whole experience. The property is clean, the climate controlled floors are cool and comfortable even in the middle of summer, the access is simple and secure. We will definitely be coming back the next time we need to store something.

The service by the management of this location is stellar. Both of the gentlemen I worked with where helpful and knowledgeable. However, the quality of the paper stock used to manufacture your boxes is poor at best. One of my boxes tore when being lifted by the built in handle slot. Also, the lids tore. I resorted to going to Home Depot and purchasing boxes. The packing tape you sell is inferior as well. I changed to Scotch brand after a while. You are a top notch company. It seems to me that you would want to provide top notch products for your customers. After all, I was willing to pay for the products because it was so convenient! Thank you! Your service people are absolutely wonderful!!

It was Sunday and there was only one person behind the desk. Outside of having to wait and service being a little slow, the manager was helpful and informative. I just thought that since I had reserved and put all my information online I would not have to provide it all again. However, I did which was not bad, but did not understand the process. Matt and James couldn't be better to work with. Kept everything very clean. The corp.policy of raising the rent evey year even when you've been there for years make it expensive over time. Would like to see reward for longevity and timely payments. Make raises every other year for folks that have been with them 5 or more years.

My husband and I checked around with some other storage places before settling on CubeSmart. What a difference! After seeing some dilapidated, water damaged units at other places (that were being presented as okay to rent!), we were SO impressed by how clean, safe, and well-kept everything is at CubeSmart. We rented a climate controlled unit, which was legitimately cool, clean and dry. Matt and James were both awesome to deal with too--super friendly and helpful. We're really glad to be able to trust our things to this facility. Even though their prices are a little higher than their competitors, the quality and care is leaps and bounds ahead...the peace of mind is absolutely worth the price difference.

Accessing the unit was easy even if you don't access it for a long time (I only did once between the time of packing it and unpacking it). Went in yesterday to find out about storage unit. Matt was a big help. Explained that I had just gotten out of the military and finally got the rest of my household goods delivered and that my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment was overflowing with boxes I and other things I didn't have room for. When I explained he said a 5x15 would most likely work. He showed it to me and sure enough it looked big enough to hold what I have. I took it and he said he was glad I came in cause that was the last one he had. He was very friendly and put me at ease as he explained the security and gate procedures. I'd definately recommend them.

I have used Cubesmart for a year and have been very pleased. Recently I realized that after my kids had graduated and moved out on their own, half of the furniture I had in storage went with them. I no longer needed as large a storage unit as I had. Cubesmart did not have any units available in the size I wanted but Matt Asplund said he would call me as quickly as one became available. Sure enough, he did. Within 24 hours I had the unit I wanted and everything turned out great.
