What a great crew working at CubeSmart! Both Taneeka and Jason at the White Settlement Road location made problem solving my crazy world a simple walk in the park. One needs that when ones world blows up around them and here they were. Taneeka was amazing looking up the information needed and getting things lined up. She is an amazing problem solver! Jason was on spot with figuring out what I would need to accomplish the pack-up and move-in. This is why a good crew deserves pay raises - they know their stuff! And a shout out to Richard at the Roaring Springs CubeSmart. I stopped there believing it to be the location I made my reservation. He did the honorable and right thing, so rare in businesses these days. He made sure I went to the correct location and called them ahead for me rather than greedily swipe a customer away. They increased my rent 4 times in two years. I had a third floor unit and the elevator was broken 3 times in the last year leading up to my decision to move out. I understand that things break, however the bigger problem was that it remained broken for about a month on one occasion and three weeks another. When you have a three-story storage building, there is absolutely no excuse for allowing the elevator to be broken for a month. I had to move the contents of an entire 3 bedroom house up the stairs in order to put it into my unit. They will also just change the codes to the gates and buildings without telling you, and they NEVER answer their office phone so you have to take off work early in order to even go into their office and talk to them about anything. They do not communicate anything to their customers about code changes, broken elevators, or anything. You have to just find out for yourself and when you show up to get into your unit and find out that you have to carry heavy things up stairs, or the building has locked you out, etc. Maybe all Cubesmarts aren't this way, but this one specifically is atrocious! I had a 10x10 storage here, they tried to increase my rent to $167 per month and that was the final straw. I went to ExtraSpace storage and got the same size climate-controlled unit for $87 a month.

They will increase the rent frequently, & quickly get it up to an outrageous amount, that is not in keeping with the other Storage Unit chains! I have aso had infestation of roaches from adjacent units. There was no consideration for a tenant that has been there for years!! When this was posted, CubeSmart responded suggesting that I get in touch with Customer service. I did so promptly, described a collectible set of books that was destroyed, & suggested they pay to have them rebound. This was a couple of weeks ago, & they never made any attempt to talk to me, or get in touch. When push comes to shove, they just don't care about their tenants or their property !!

Doesn’t feel safe in here to me. The elevators were down for weeks (some folks got credit, but we didn’t). For quite a while the exterior stairway door was unlocked so the security keypads weren’t useful. There aren’t lights in the units (unlike at our other unit), and there’s no cell service in the building. I don’t go alone. Also, every six months or so the rent is increased by large amounts. This current increase is over 24%. When I spoke to management the only option was to move. The company responded that I should email them after this review, but they didn’t respond to my email. The most recent increase is 13%, which I don’t understand since new renter deals are far below my current rate. Why drive older renters out?

The prices keep have doubled in 2 years - well over average storage prices in the area. I negotiated with them to lock in my original pricing, and then one month later it went up anyway. I called and left messages about it and never received a phone call. Don't let these people lock you in and rip you off like me. The place isn't well maintained, there are never carts available, and there's no bathroom to use. DON'T USE THIS PLACE!!! Public Storage on I35W and I20 is literally 67% less for a better unit and better amenities.

No written contract and they tried jacking up the price from 35.00 to 95.00 for a 5 × 5 unit at the end of two months of me having my storage there. Then the associate who was working the front desk lied about lowering the payment due a day prior to us showing up to take care of the fees and after words told me that i will never be allowed to rent from that company ever again. So then i proceeded to let them know i would have my belongings out my unit the same day. I strongly advise to use extreme caution when renting from this organization or you will wind up finding your personal belonging being sold off online.

It took me several weeks to get the White Settlement location to fix the he exterior lighting. The manager originally told me a work order was in place. I found out through the DM that was not correct. Was flat out lied to. Went to get into my unit last night and the elevator wasn't working. No way to get up to the third floor. Called customer service and they said the emergency contact was not answering. Never got into my unit. Called this morning several times and no one answers. Called customer service, they finally reached a manager and he said elevator was working when he came in. I'm still waiting for call back from him and the DM. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I had reserved a unit online, which was very easy, but decided to go look at it and was very pleased with the appearance and the service. I decided on a smaller unit and today I went back to sign the contract and put a lock on the door in preparation for moving tomorrow. Again the staff was very helpful and the place is spotless. Access is easy and they have ample flat carts to help you move stuff in, which is especially nice since I'm on the 3rd floor! I may add more after I actually get moved in tomorrow but so far I feel very comfortable about doing business here. And they have auto pay so I don't have to try to remember the payment.

WARNING: This location WILL arbitrarily increase your price after you move in. Not on an anniversary, or a renewal, just literally as they feel like it. The district manager told me that "it's like when you're buying a plane ticket, the more people on the plane, the higher the price". Except I'm already on the plane with all my stuff. I complained about the price increases, they reduced it down, and then increased it 13% two months later WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. Cubesmart Corporate (the 1-800 customer service) will tell you they're required to give you at least 30 days notice, but they do not. There's a big disconnect between corporate and local, and corporate will tell you while they're sorry, but there's nothing they can do. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! This is an extremely unethical company.

They over charged me on my first month rent. After I pointed out to Tammy right away, she promised me she will issue a refund on my next month rent. The second month she not only did not issue me the refund, but over charged me again. Again, I pointed out to them and asked for refund right away. She told me the system will not allow that. She will issue refund on my third month. I told her I would move out if she do not keep her promise. She swear up and down that she will do. And asked me to give them a Five star rating. Third month came and still no refund. I decided to move out. She insisted on charging me for Feb because 'I did not give them notice early enough' . She either deliberately over charged me or do not know what she is doing. BTW, I did receive my refund of $24 IN CASH!, which means she could have refunded me all along but choose not to. Then she told me I had to pay for Feb rent that I did not use. I left. There are a couple other storage places in the neighborhood. I do not need this kind of aggravation.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Rats RUINED almost everything we stored here in 3 different storage facilities, and the manager didn’t care at all. I have dozens of disgusting pictures where rats chewed through and nested and peed and pooped on everything. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE. It’s disgusting. When we were moving out, a massive rat ran right by us. Avoid this place. Edit: the district manager got involved. He’s been great. If he does what he said he would do (and he seems 100% like he will), I’ll change the rating.

Perfect for my storage needs. The location is very clean and well maintained and they provide or sell everything you need to make storage easy. The manager I worked with, Jason, was personable and knowledgeable; he took me on a full tour and made the process very simple. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a low hassle, high quality, and reasonably priced storage option.

We have 3 large air conditioned units and 2 of them have RAT droppings and there was damage done to our furniture and seats of bikes eaten by rats. Management was not helpful at all. Basically, we were left to pay someone to move the stuff out to clean up the mess, needless to say, we have decided to move out.

This is one of the best places that I have used for storage. The customer service is great! The facility is beautiful and cool. Lots of options for unit sizes. Prices are not too high. A very fair warning though. They do have bathrooms accessible in the storage facility, but it look looks like it is locked when the main office/lobby is closed. I am guessing possibly for security, but still a con IMO. Still work using this place for storage anyway.

I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews however this one I feel pretty passionate about and am very upset with the customer service at this location. I was really excited to use this facility to store my stuff over the summer while I was in between apartments. It was air conditioned, the manager I signed my agreement with (management changed mid way through my use of the unit) was nice and willing to work with me, and the price was affordable for the couple of months I thought I'd be using it. However, this has turned into one of the worst experiences I've had. My apartment lease doesn't begin until a few days after my payment for the storage unit is renewed for the month. I knew this going into the agreement however the manager at the time, Ron, told me he'd work with me on this problem so that I wouldn't have to pay a full months charge when only using the storage unit for 4 days after the payment was due. Well after the management changed in June or July. I tried to go by there around lunch time one day and no one was there...during business hours when they were supposed to be open. Then when I called to talk to them they would not follow through on what I was told. Not only that, they were not willing to offer any sort of assistance. I believe this is horrible customer service! Good customer service would be willing to work with you to find a solution. It is absolutely ridiculous to charge some $120+ to use a storage unit for 4 days. On top of this, I called to cancel my automatic payments in preparation for my move out date. Well I just checked my email and the lady I spoke to at the store cancelled the automatic payment prior to my move out date, which I specifically asked for them to be cancelled after I was charged for August. This required me to call in for my payment and incur the convenience fee of paying over the phone. Plus my payment could've been late! Luckily they sent an email warning... I will never use a CubeSmart again. I will never recommend a CubeSmart to anyone. It is ridiculous to me that they wouldn't care about their customers to work with them. Without customers you have no business. I work in a customer service department for a large company and our first rule is to always accommodate and work with the customer to find a solution that works for both the company and them. This did not happen here and I am not happy with this service. Once I get my stuff out, I will not be back.

I went in on a last minute deal stressed out and just the kindness and Victoria express was calming. I have been to many other storage units in the past but will make this place my permanent storage facility. Also all the other places say you get a certain deal like dollar move in and by the time you are done that 1$ always seems to have a couple of hero's on it not the case here. Don't waste your time with other places this should be the place you use.

Tammie Thomas at the CubeSmart on White Settlement in Ft Worth is amazing! She made my move in SO much easier than I thought possible after a 9 hour road trip! The place is amazingly clean and Tammie is so helpful and professional (and I might add, fun!). I'm sure glad I chose this storage place!

Don't trust them with your belongings. They have a rodent problem and the insurance you pay for will NOT cover it nor will they do anything about it!!!! Totally unacceptable. LOST ALL of our furniture/bedding to rodents!

New storage facility that is very clean and convenient. The temperature controlled units are kept cool, even in July. They have a flat bed dolly to use I had some trouble with the automatic door. There's no way to walk to the front office.
