There for a few days -Metal latch was cut and lock slipped off. -Camera at my door and they wouldn’t let me look at it and Police can’t make them. -75% of the locks on the doors have been replaced and some still visibly cut. _ I personally feel like the only employee there was in on it and sure all footage was erased or camera was left off on purpose. -Claims to drive the lot as soon as they arrive at 8 am,I wasn’t notified till 11:am and door wide open. ( Word to the wise ,leave if you are renting! -Take photos of valuables -Serial Numbers -Specific details for Police report its the only way you might get items back ( if ) they pawn them. _Pawn Shops on intake keep items in the back for 21 days before the hit the floor so if your go looking the above things hopefully help. PISSED OFF RENTER

Kelly who runs this place is amazing - exactly the opposite of what I encountered at almost every other local storage facility. Seriously whatever she gets paid it is not enough. I cannot speak more highly of how thorough and accommodating she was.

I am a current tenant (until i find another storage) CUBESMART has bought this place roughly last winter and im estimating. Since then they have raised the rent and or made you purchase their insurance THREE TIMES. It has went from 180 now to a minimum of 230 AND even more if you have their “insurance”. All they have done is relocate the gate, paint, and build a new?fancy office building all for them. Yet, for the tenants, there are pot holes that hold water so i hope you dont mind splahing gravel Water all over the side of your boat, driving through the gate about knocks your teeth out. One pothole in front of my unit is about 18” deep. They cant even get the grass mowed, its 2’ tall. Ive call, emailed management with no avail. Would rate lower if i could. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will add photos later.

Absolutely terrible experience, I guess they had their doors painted red a couple of months ago . I had one of my trucks parked inside. Coming back to it paint all over my truck. At first, they acted like they were interested in helping me out. Asked me to get a couple estimates. After sending them all the information. They won’t answer any of my calls text messages or emails! Never dealt with anything like this before, almost $2000 in damage to my truck.

Process takes to long. Couldn’t get in the gate because it didn’t send a code and cars were backed up behind me. Finally got in and got a gate code. There was no lock at the storage so they gave me one with a lock combination already. Had to get another lock so I could hide my lock combination. Need to look at improving the system.

Unit was broken into and 1,000 dollars worth of damage was done. I bought the insurance for the unit. Had the police come and do a report even got a case number and filed my claim with the insurance company Cube smart uses. It’s been 7 months and haven’t heard about it and every time I call no one answers. I called Cube Smarts main office a week ago and no one will come up with a solution or return my phone call. It’s getting to a point to getting a lawyer involved. Store at your own risk.

No camera system in place for thefts. Also no system to record gate codes entered to gain access to facility. Would not work with law enforcement regarding providing video recordings of thefts.

Good price for the area. No running water the power in my unit only worked for about a month but there are outlets to run a cord and no dumpster on site. rob at the site is pretty good guy available size units with concrete pads.

If you have your belongings here you should come check on them for water damage. I was fortunate to only have my things here for a couple weeks but i am really concerned for folks that have things here long term and think it's all dry and secure. I have 2 units here and both were leaking water in several places

Initially Had a great experience with Rob getting a storage space large enough for our boat. Great location, excellent communication with Rob the manager. He went out of his way to get us situated into our unit. During my time storing my boat The gate was broken, and stuck open for most of the time I rented there. I was forced to pay for their “required” insurance which was and is a total cash grab scam. I proved to them I had insurance 3 times and they still enrolled me without my permission and charged my card. I have requested a refund 5 times at this point and have not received my money back. Also my unit was broken into, and no one from the property bothered to tell me about it until I went up there to move out. When I asked them about it they just replied “ we noticed it a few weeks ago, and just put one of our locks on it”. I have since moved out. I would not trust this place with your boat.

We moved from out of state and found Rob to be very helpful. He was able to facilitate the maneuvering, parking, drop off and pick up of our large moving vans by a freight company. The spaces between the buildings is what sold us!! Rob was on site to assist us and even helped with some unloading and 3 months later loading. Reasonable rates, secure and friendly.

Rob was amazing!!! He was very helpful as we were in the middle of moving two families to Texas!! We had to have our moving company drop off the shipping containers in his lot over night so that we could get it all moved into his units! Most other places would not do this for us! I just wanted to take a minute and tell Free Up Storage how pleased I am storing by boat at the Boat Club Road Facility. I couldn’t be happier. Rob has been great, very accommodating. When ever I have had an issue with my unit, which has been rare, he is on it ASAP!! I’ve even been allowed to changed location a couple of times and Rob has been very instrumental in helping to accommodate me.The location is safe and secure. I have not given one thought about anything happing to my boat. Thanks Free Up Storage.
