The staff was absolutely fantastic at this location although my friend is the account holding I was helping them relocate a few items from home and we were having difficulty getting in. Thankfully the employee on site who may of been the manager I can’t recall was fully able to rectify the situation and keep her calm while my friend was less than kind. Absolutely stellar customer service and I’d like to apologize on behalf of my friend while thanking your staff for being to keep their cool. (I think her name was Briana I can’t be sure)

My father had a unit here when he passed away a few months ago. The previous manager Cindy was amazingly helpful. Then they were bought out by cubesmart. The new manager seems to be incompetent. They're also completely infested with rats. I had to pay about $500 to get into the until just to realize EVERY SINGLE THING had to be throw out because of the rats. Now the new manager wants to keep charging me rent on a unit I "successfully" cancelled because I left a mattress inside and agreed to pay the disposal fee. DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE.

1st off, they called me after I had been on SpareFoot. The lady told me that I could complete everything and the move in online, and said I would have all weekend to move my things in because they were closed on Saturday $ Sunday when I requested 24hour access for my move in. I work an hour and a half out of town plus my job isn’t one where I have a set time to get off, I’m a care provider so my schedule depends on my patients spouse’s schedule, which is long, late hours. She made it sound perfect but it was ALL A LIE!! I never even was able to move in and they will not refund my money.

Only storage where not 24 hour access. M-S 9-6 after them hours you can't get in. After 6 have to pay. On Sundays 10-5 If I know I would not got storage my month over I'm getting new storage

Great customer service! Good price! Good little location. Storages need just a little updates,like maybe fans in the buildings or like little tools to help move you in to storage ?? but it's a decent storage for the price. Your not paying way over priced stuff. Side note: There's also this woman that stays there all day in the heat with her newborn baby it makes me feel really sad.but I see her there every day all day cause I'm there every day getting stuff from storage. I've given her stuff as well even offered my hand out. And I'm not being judgemental I just hope the best for the baby.

This place just came out of bankruptcy with new owners. My "30 day notice" that my rent would go up $75 was printed 21 days before and not even received until 14 days before. This place has my cc on file to charge every month for my unit. They charged me for this month on the 2nd... Then again today (4/15) charged it again! plus saying i was late and charged $95 more! they really need to get it together! First how do you charge a late fee when They are the ones that do the charging?

I had to revise this review due to an encounter with the new 'manager'. She, i wont say her name, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The misunderstanding is about some keys I left in my lock accidentally. Someone, I regret not saving the message, called and told me they had retrieved the keys for me and to pu at the office. I still am missing these very important keys. It was not just keys for my unit. So, its a mystery but check her behavior, awful. She most definitely needs to get something out of the public view. You are in the service industry lady, you picked the job, please do it professionally or find something else.

Absolutely the worst place to store your stuff. My locker got broken into and stole all my tools, coolers, camping gear and neon sign (and others stuff). Way more money than they were trying to give me. No one returns calls, no one is there to open the locker doors now that they decided to put locks on the doors. Been trying to move out now for two months and no one will answer my calls or get back to me or open the locker so I can get my stuff out. If you get a unit here I promise you will be nothing but disappointed! Worst place I have ever been too! It has broke lockers everywhere and this car has been in the same spot for over two months. I wish I could give negative stars!

Never never rent from this place unless you want your stuff stolen I rented from this place for one month. When I went back to put something else in my stuff was gone and who knows for how long they never called me they never did nothing I went in there moved my stuff out to another storage what little pieces that I had left I was absolutely appalled I could not believe it so let she want your stuff stolen do not rent from here even the people will tell you it's a free-for-all. I would not even have left this place a one star but to have to in order to leave a review this place is negative 10 stars

Definitely stay away from this place my stuff was stolen. As today I found out 02/21/2021too bad I can't put negative 5 starts!!! They never bother to notified me by any form. They definitely know about it, because they been installing new locks on outside doors.. and I believe is inside job because fence is cut and everything is seems too weird there... PLEASE IF YOU LIKE TO KEEP YOU STUFF STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!!!!!.... AND the cameras they have.. are from ww2 era most likely don't work.

Follow up a month later. We went in to follow up on the insurance claim. The units are still being broken into a regular basis. Run the other direction! If I could give zero stars I would!!! This is the worst place ever. A number of units were broken into and property stolen including mine. I was never notified by the management that my unit was broken into even though they were fully aware of all the units in our building being broken into. (8 in one corridor broken into.) Security cameras not connected. There was a big whole in the back fence allowing people to come in and out without being noticed. Cameras on the property do not work. One of the cameras was even pointed in a different direction than the property.

Our belongings were stolen as well as other people's stuff. Great value storage does nothing about it, not even call the cops and make a report. Doesn't even care enough to check the videos. They say there's too much footage but they have to know approximately when because several people got broken into. They just put the locks back on and ignore it. They either really are heartless and don't care, or it was an inside job. Be careful they are shady. And the $1000 insurance is nothing.

Great Value Storage is a great place to store your belonging. The front desk clerk was very informative about the construction near by and exactly how to follow the path to get there. Theres no hidden fees and and the units that say free for one month are. Th eres no administrative fee with those units. It was exact what I needed after using all my money to move. The contract was easy to understand and everything was gone over with me. The girl and guy working there were very nice and welcoming. I rented from public storage and extra space for years and I always paid an administrative fee and insurance up front. I found a winner with Great Value Storage.

My experience with the new management SUCKS.i make my payments on the phone when Mike was there. Now no one will answer the phone. I have actually called the other store to make a payment. I have had storage there for maybe total of 8 to 10 years.By the time I get hold of someone I have late charges!!! RIDICULOUS

Great guy to work with. Very Honest and attentive. I was here for around 5 or 6 years and by far it is the best deal in town. It is a little tricky to get to right now, with the interstate expansion, but you will not be sorry. I received a call anytime there was a problem and everybody was very kind. Price is lowest in town, too!
