Wow is all I can say. Wow! Had to change storage units last minute. CubeSmart staff was nice and willing to accommodate us. We were getting ready for a High School Parade and had people in and out all day. The staff at CubeSmart were absolutely phenomenal. We had trouble getting in and the staff walked out and helped my husband (74 year old) with the key pad. So polite and so accommodating. We needed to plug in a piece of equipment and the staff loaned us her personal charger to use in our unit. I am sorry I didn’t get names but I can highly recommend this CubeSmart. I also want to mention the place was very clean and the unit was too! But a place is only as good as it’s staff and they were top notch.

The entire storage facility was so clean, always. There was always someone sweeping the halls and checking to make sure nothing was amiss. Any time we had a question or concern we were listened to and our questions addressed. We really loved this unit, but it’s too far from our current home to continue.

Does not take Penske truck returns. Even though was scheduled to do so. Even (permanent) sign on front of building says so. Had to drive 23 minutes away to return at Home Depot in the colony. Wish cubesmart location would correct the problem even though they won’t take initiative to do so, obviously. They told me happens all the time.

After 5 years of storage in 2 units, we spent 2 days with 2 people donating, junking and trashing all of the contents. Star, the onsite manager, was very helpful in the process and at some times even pitched in a bit. She definitely shinned a light on our challenging process, which was extremely helpful. If, we need storage in the future, we would definitely return. The place is clean, well lit and the property is walked regularly to keep the integrity of the property.

This is a unique location that offers not only personal storage but office suites as well. We have been renting from Cube Smart for almost 8 years now. I love working with Cindy and Starcia I rented over 2 years and they always undersatnd the needs of their customers. I rented storage space and outside parking space. Their customers seems for LIFE since they accommadate to the needs of their customers. The are reasonable and understanding when it come to money issues as well. I am going to miss them, if I need to rent a truck or need space they will be my first CHOICE....to CALL.. Cal them now if you need space . You cannot go wrong..... with service for sure 100% satisfied with both of the ladies working there..... In the middle of Summer, I was working on unloading my truck, they were very nice to bring and offer water.....

3 stars because I like the price of the storage but I am annoyed about a few things. For one when I got there it had rained all day and the storage unit they were trying to give me had a large pool of water in it and still I was asked “is this okay?”...umm do I really need to say no? Also we weren’t told that we would need to pay for storage insurance. Okay. Fine. Its $12. Whatever. EXCEPT for the fact that if you have homeowners insurance you do not need to pay their $12, which we were not informed of. ALSO we only have my SUV so we had to make a few drives to get our things into the storage. Again. Its fine. EXCEPT they offer a $10 truck rental when you get a storage unit with them!! Were we mentioned this at all?! No, we were not ????.

Years ago, I rented a storage unit from this store and I RECENTLY rented a Penske truck from them to move a family member 500 miles across Texas. The manager of this location (Cindy) and her team are top-notch! Although they were quite busy with multiple customers, when it was my turn for service, they were professional, prompt, courteous and thorough. I was very impressed with their level of customer service! This is the 2nd time I rent a truck from them (Penske has always been cheapest for us) and Cindy and her team made sure (again) that the rental was stress-free from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Cindy and her team's service. Without a doubt- they will be my go-to for future storage or truck rentals.

Staff is very helpful. Buildings are clean and kept up well. Great lighting. Customer friendliness stops with corporate rates unless you're a new customer. Either they are blind to fair market value pricing or they are very confident of North Texas storage space, like roads, staying behind demand and/or established customers unwilling to move their storage a second time.

I am looking to possibly move into the area. Have been calling around for storage building and by far my cubesmart experience was the best. Friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Not to mention great pricing. Really excited at the possibility of service with this company.

Wanted to consolidate the billing date of my four units at another location. After six months I was contacted by Cindy. She was able to work through the new billing system and management to allow me to pay for all my units at the same time. Cindy was a great help in navigating through the red tape. She made herself available and kept me posted on the progress. Wish all the other site managers were as helpful.

Thanks to Matthew, I had a wonderful experience here from the moment I walked in the door. With Matthew’s judgement, I was able to select a unit that would fit all of my things better than my original reservation would have. He kindly took me to the space to give me a visual. I was surprised to see it was exactly what I needed. Once I was sold on that one we started the paperwork. He thoroughly explained anything and everything I would want to know. Do not store here - horrible mouse infestation! I mean horrible - ended up getting in all my stuff (sealed bins and all) and ruining A LOT of stuff! Office did nothing and said the insurance didn't cover rodents. My movers said they had never seen so many mice and we even ended moving done and getting a mouse infestation at new house which cost me hundreds to deal with. 0 stars.

I like the owners and staff! When Uhaul storage folks acted up with me and my movers... by adding charges and reneging on deals AND canceling my reservation while I was standing there debating the issues over the counter... I was in distress and my movers had another commitment. Uhaul wouldn't budge. My mover contacted a friend who owned this CubeSmart facility in Frisco.. An hour or so later, she called back. It was after closing time.. They had a vacancy and allowed me to move into it on the spot... No paperwork or money to exchange that night. Wow. Now.. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My stuff is safe AND insured, which is included in the rent. No matter where I live in DFW.. I will always use and refer others to these guys! Perfect!

The customer service is top notch. The facility is clean and well maintained. Very busy in the mornings, but people are generally polite to eachother and accommodate each other. The staff is super helpful and diligent. All around a great choice.

Have rented here 3 times under 3 owners - this is by far the most pleasant experience. Reserved an RV slot on line...got a call within minutes from the manager; set it up, moved in within 15 minutes. Can't beat that! Great team.

We relocated to Frisco, TX from central Florida and due to the closings of both homes, we found a double move was necessary. We moved into one unit and soon learned we needed more space. The staff, especially, Cindy, at CubeSmart was so very helpful and accommodating. Our units were close to one another and as we did finally move out of one unit and combined the rest into one, we were offered dollies to move things. The units and grounds are kept orderly and clean. Security is maintained at all times, at one point a lock had been put on our door incorrectly and we were notified so it could be corrected. We would highly recommend this facility.
