??Burglary Break in my storage Worse experience ever someone has taken my Sony 85 Inch Tv and clothes and my expensive shoes and my wife Dyson hair hair blower and straightener and her shoes as well. This cost me around 15K The Frisco Cubesmart store manager does not care every time i ask him how can someone put cubesmart lock after break in his only answer is i don't know ????? i asked him have you watched any video or anything you know that could lead us he say i don’t know ?????. Frisco police has try to investigate but saying we cannot find any lead who is responsible. I called multiple times to corporate office and no one has contacted me yet. Try to teach out regional manager but still having no luck. So please make sure you try to find a safe place for your goods.

REVIEW UPDATE: We took out an insurance policy through Progressive to protect our belongings further than Cubesmarts insurance would. However, Cubesmart Corporate is not willing to share any documentation or information that is needed for us to close our claim with Progressive. We have received NOTHING from Cubesmart as a company, not even an apology for what happened. We paid $200.00 per month for our items to end up with mold damage and Cubesmart gets to get away with it and our insurance won’t cover anything because they have no explanation of where the water came from, from Cubesmart. PLEASE do not leave your stuff here. There are so many other storage unit facilities. Cubesmart will not help you if this happens to you. I would also like to note I did email the email they included in their response and did not hear back. Don’t be fooled. Do not store your belongings here. We kept our stuff here in a climate controlled unit for 1 year and came back to find mold all over our belongings. The manager isn’t helpful at all and says she sees no signs of water damage and that corporate will handle it. If you care about your stuff, do NOT leave it here.

CubeSmart just raised my monthly rate by 18% and said it was the economy!! Really - 18% inflation is clearly excessive. Be careful of a rate that dramatically increases on your first anniversary. This is a review for the facility at 8680 Stonebrook Parkway managed by Sherry and Cricket. I give them five stars for the way they supported my move plan while I was out of the country. I appreciated how my storage and payments were smooth for the initial 2 years I used the facility. What was outstanding was how Sherry and Cricket went out of their way to let me park the U-Pack Cube on their facility for a small time. They co-operated with my friend and the UPack driver for the drop-off and was considerate all the way through while also letting me know that this is not something that they commonly permit. I was already under stress due to being out of the country and having to ask my friends to load my stuff for me into the Cube. Having the cube parked close to the storage helped a lot with the loading and made the move smoother. To Sherry, Cricket: Thank you again for your help with my move. Your willingness to go beyond just the text-book policies confirms the high rating you already have! I wish you and the business well.

Effortless and friction-free! The ladies at store 672 (next to the post office) made my storage and logistics experience with CubeSmart one to remember, I will always recommend this store and CubeSmart to any friends or family. I wish the rest of my move went as seamless as my entire rental experience at 8680 Stonebrook. Gidget and Kristen’s expert advice on packing and storing gave me complete peace of mind and confidence in this property’s safety, security and cleanliness. I know, I know, it’s just boxes in storage, right? No! My entire home was in storage for months while transitioning military and civilian careers and these ladies took a huge burden off my shoulders. Thank you, Gidget and Kristen!

I went in and they had everything all ready, it took less than 10 minutes to sign up. The ladies in there are so nice and helpful, and the price is excellent. I would highly recommend this place to store your stuff. Awesome location and even better customer service!!!

I have used CubeSmart on many occasions at this specific location. This last time was for 4.5 consecutive yrs. My experience with them has been nothing less than positive & top notch! Gidget is very professional & friendly. Kristen has to be one of the most positive individuals I have ever dealt with. Kristen makes paying a bill a pleasurable experience . My business has stored with CubeSmart for many years and we have nothing but positive things to say. Over the past 3 years, all of our deliveries have been received and put safely into our unit. Any maintenance requests, such as replacing a door spring, have always been handled in a timely manner. Oh, and we have never had any issues with rodents...ever. I hate to be the Debbie Downer of the review group, but I think people should know about my experience, so they can prepare themselves mentally that it might happen to them too (but I hope not!). We are new customers and have been moving things into our unit over the last week or so. Today, there was an either large mouse or small rat laying on its side in our unit. Figuring that it ate some of the visible poison packets in the doorway, my husband kicked it out of the unit gently with his shoe. A few minutes later I noticed it wasn't quite dead yet. Seeing a dying animal is much worse than seeing an already dead one. This really bummed us out since we're huge animal lovers. We've had storage units in multiple states, even one high in the Rocky Mountains in the forest, and never had this happen to us. It's something neither of us can unsee, unfortunately. I agree with everyone else that the ladies in charge are wonderful and their customer service is exemplary. We felt bad for them after telling them about the rodent. They were very apologetic, and I could tell Kristen was not at all comfortable with whatever she was doing to have to do with the poor little thing. I don't know if other places use a service that puts down those black boxes they can't get out of, and come and take care of them regularly. That might be an option. Also, it's safer for wildlife and people's pets that otherwise might get a hold of one of these critters and get poisoned themselves. We have no plans to remove our items because of this, but we're going to be dreading opening that door each time now, especially after we haven't visited in possibly several months in the future. I hope no one else has this problem. It's a no-win situation for all involved.

From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome! They were so polite and even held the door open for us before we walked in! It took maybe 15 minutes to pick our storage and sign the papers and get on our way. The ladies up front were so kind and so friendly and very informative. Gidget and CubeSmart bailed us out when we moved from Houston to Dallas. Our moving company told us to reserve the wrong size unit. Of course, we didn't know this until 8:00 at night when not all of our household goods would fit. Even worse, the moving company left stating they needed to get home... So, there we were in a strange town, late at night and the temperature dropping into the 30s with a good deal of our belongings sitting on the ground with no where to put them. Out of desperation we called Gidget, the manager, and she left her nice warm home to come out into the cold and open another storage unit for us to put the remaining goods into. This was not something she had to do, but it is the kind of thing someone does when they are exemplifying TRUE customer service. Kudos to Gidget and CubeSmart for how you treat even brand new customers. E Nichols
