I was told they would get back to me about my rate; They never did. There are other storage solutions that are far cheaper. Look there first and do not believe the competitive price nonsense they may try to feed you. Look elsewhere first.

There is a little woman there named Kristen who gave me cold water and a much better attitude. We used CubeSmart when we sold our house. They were great to work with, in the end, we had 3 different cubes to store everything from our old home. We were able to unload all of them at our leisure. All in all, we had at least one of our cubes for 8 months. The facility is very clean, well managed, and you can be sure your belongings are safe and secure. We never even had spiders! Which is a huge relief! No bugs, no spiders, no smelly odors, and no trash laying around. An excellent storage facility with a friendly staff! I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

I just recently rent the Storage yesterday. My truck shipment had came earlier than my expectation without notice me. Dixie is there and help me with everything. She is very nice , helpful and great customer service skill. I’m very happy with this place. The storage also very clean and great Sercurity system. You will be happy here ???? Storage facility is in a good location and has good security and good rates. Staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that even though I already have a renters insurance and emailed the policy info when I rented, they made me pay $12 for their insurance for the first month, so now I am double insured. ?

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received. Dixie made the entire experience easy for me, and even made suggestions on how to manage my move and what size storage unit I might need. She was patient and offered to show me multiple units. If I need storage in the future, I'll be going back to Cubesmart. James

Wow what a wonderful experience at cube smart. I have been customer for years and needed to get into a unit after hours which normally is absolutely not allowed. It was an emergency and after calling the 24 hour phone line I got in contact with the general manager Dixie! She was the sweetest and most helpful person I've talked to in a long time. She helped me get into my unit in a time of need and was very kind. These days it's rare to receive good customer service and even the places that you spend thousands of dollars at for years but Dixie definitely made my day and I wish more places had general managers like her

This is my first time renting a storage unit. I really had no idea what size I needed. Sherry was so helpful and courteous. I called and made a reservation with the call center and within ten minutes I received a call back from Sherry at the actual Frisco location. I was very impressed with the appearance and professional atmosphere when I arrived. Sherry was on it from the minute I walked through the door. She already had the three sizes picked out to show me. The entire process was fast and easy. I would recommend CubeSmart Self Storage to anyone and if your anywhere in the Frisco area make sure you go see Sherry she will take very good care of your storage needs. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!

This is by far the best storage company and location ever!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a storage facility. Good Customer Service is really hard to find anymore as most people look at it as just a job.. The staff at this location is so helpful and friendly you can expect a smile and welcome when you walk in the door.. Well I went to get another unit exept of what we have for the office and we have more than 15 storage units all over DFW for business purposes. This time I went to get the second unit and the girl was telling me it's going to be X2 than the price we are paying of the same exact size unit and when I asked why she said "the prices going by the capacity" which not making any sense.. She was trying to sell more and more till I told her that on the wall next to her had it says I can get a free unit for a month if we sign up and also online it says half month for free.. Well she didn't evens care and was very rude even after I told her I will write a review so I went to a different location of the same company just to ask something and the guy on the second location told me that they are working on % of sales from everything they sale including boxes and units which is not right because that's how things like that happens you are not "Best Buy" selling tvs you are a STORAGR PLACE no need sale men's. Anyway I will never use this storage or recommend anyone to use them.
