Rates go up 4-6 months after renting and keep going up every 4-6 months. Promotional rates are not available for current, loyal customers even if you move to a different size unit. So frustrating. Got tired of it so changed to a different company who said this will not happen every 4-6 months. We'll see. Manager is nice and he is not the one making those decisions.

The price kept going up until it was no longer affordable. The lights are motion sensor and keep going out so we had to continually stop and run down the hall to get the lights to come back on so that we could see. Also bathroom is only on first floor and a long walk .Maybe only one restroom so I had to wait my turn. Also there is no wi-fi which is unacceptable, and very little air conditioning if any. Not the ideal place to rent. Also, only one elevator was working. Geez, I was very frustrated.

I have been using this CubeSmart for over a year now, they are so great that when I had moved out a few months ago to get closer to my new apartment complex, however I found out that moving locations was a bad idea. The other places weren't clean storage units, staff made me feel like I was a bother just when inquiring about pricing. The pricing has become much more reasonable over the years. they offer to restructure your rental agreement to retain the business. Overall working with Cubesmart has been a positive experience. My experience with this storage facility exceeded my expectations. Yesenia is extremely helpful and the facility is nice and clean. The carts Cubesmart provide make hauling things in and out a breeze. I feel secure with this facility and would highly recommend.

I have had 2 storage units there for 4 years now and every time I’ve need anything, the staff has been more than accommodating! I had some things I needed to change today and Yesenia and Terry went out of their way to help me get it just right. I would highly recommend this Cube Smart!!

Best price for storage unit. I've been here through 2 managers and they have both been so amazing. The other staff are super helpful and sweet. I feel I am here so much that they have become friends. Safe environment and very convenient locations. Also very clean and secure!

The staff here is great. I have rented a couple of units here including a 10x10 unit a couple of months ago, but after moving I needed to downsize to a smaller storage unit. Renee worked very hard to find the space I needed. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage facility in this area.

Changed onsite manager a couple months ago. I asked for smaller unit and they put in in unit that had a jacked up lock that would not close properly. After shlepping my stuff into this unit, I noticed the issue so went back to office to advice them. They obviously already knew it was an issue and did not offer me any other options even though I saw plenty of open units. That’s cool. I have been here for 6 months but if u prefer to lose a client, I am good with that. I closed out account and won’t be back. Nice people. Just not as good as previous on site manager.

Great staff and location. This is the 2nd time we have stored our things here and Beverly and Tammy are great to work with. They go out of their way to offer great customer service. The facility itself is kept clean and units are easily accessible.

Tammy helped me initially via the website and over the phone before moving into a cube. Terrible experience - there less than a year thousands stolen from unit. Because they picked the lock and there was no visible damage, the forced insurance from Great American wouldn't pay anything. Frisco PD confirmed there were break-ins at this location around the time I noticed things missing. Cubesmart did nothing and paid nothing. The good thing is they were polite.

Beverly and crew are the greatest. I have had multiple spaces at this location for over 10 years. Never an issue. Facility is SECURE with camera's everywhere, Clean, and easy access!

Store Manager is definitely customer service driven. She had to go dig through a bunch of old archive paperwork to find an old receipt of mine. I have found that most employees would have just said that they do not have access to these files and left me hanging. She is a top notch employee in my opinion!!!!

What a great place. I rent a large storage unit there and from the start received great service and help from Beverly and Tammy who run a tight ship! The storage building is extremely clean. The surveillance cameras make sure that everything is monitored and it sure makes you feel safe when you are there. Without a doubt, I would certainly recommend this facility to anyone considering renting a storage unit. It's the best!

Top notch service. I lease two large units here, one for personal use and one for business. The facility is always clean, the maintenance is impeccable and the staff is always friendly. I've referred people to rent storage here, and I get to save on my own rent! Every time that an issue large or small has arisen, it has always been addressed and resolved satisfactorily.
