Vickie the store manager at this location is amazing. I called ahead and asked for a tour for a few storage units options I'm interested in and she toured the entire facility with me. This location is super clean and have all different kinds of options. I was able to reserve a unit online right after I toured the facility. Btw all of them are on 1st floor so very easy to access and the temperature controlled storage units are SOOOOOOO CLEAN. Amazing place!

My son went to Harvard Medical School. He asked me to take care his belongings. Since I didn’t have that much space in my home, I decided to rent the storage at CubeSmart. I had the most pleasant experience in tenting the storage. The facility is kept very clean. It is air conditioned also. I rented the cube for more than a year. Finally when my son came to take his belongings, they were all in perfect clean condition. After almost 7 years here, we're leaving, severely disappointed. We've been happy at this place, and have had up to 3 units at once. With a change of careers, we wanted to downsize at one point, but they could not accommodate us, and set up 2 neighboring units up as 1 unit which was "discounted" to 20$/ish more a month than a single unit we wanted would have been. Fast forward a couple years to COVID. My wife loses her teaching job. My construction job slows. We're trying desperately to downsize so that we don't fall behind on bills. We decide to try and get out of 1 of the 2 units(2 units sold as 1 unit) we were PUT INTO by management in order to drop our bills. We were told, in short: either stay where you're at and pay the(almost doubled in 4 years) current price, or downsize to a different unit on site. The very TLDR version is "rent is going up, so do our prices". Find another storage place. They're only wanting to drum up new customers so they can lock you in and jack up prices later. They will make promises they will not keep just to get you in. Absolutely zero help afterwards, unless they're notifying you about another rent increase due to "local real estate prices going up".

After deciding to put our house on the market I looked around my area for a 10x10 unit with street access that was somewhere in between Frisco and Prosper. It turns out the best option was definitely this CubeSmart location. The others in our neighborhood were almost twice the cost for the same sqft. I've now been using the space for about a month and can say that hours of access, ease and lighting in the area at night are all great. The grounds and spaces are very clean. The only thing additional I could ask for would be a light inside the spaces but it really hasn't been an issue as the outside floods provide plenty of illumination into the unit. At this price, one could certainly purchase a headlamp or 50 with the savings... :-)

I decided on Cubesmart because it was convenient and the prices were very competitive. Vickie showed me around. The property was very clean. Vickie was a breath of fresh air, very professional and such a caring, friendly personality. I would highly recommend this location. There are security cameras and a coded entry. This Cubesmart store should be called VICKIE-SMART, she makes up her rules and ruins the credibility of Cubesmart. She charged us $17 for insurance when $12 was enough and was the going optional fee. We did not even have to pay, if she asked us, our home or car insurance policy. She implied that for the size of the unit we were getting, we had to $17 and was not correct. She would not refund when confronted.

This CubeSmart location is by FAR he best self storage locations in Frisco! Very clean, easily accessible right off of Eldorado (even with larger vehicles), well lit and very safe which is particularly nice for their climate controlled units. On top of all of that, they have a truly amazing staff willing to help you with all of your storage needs! Vickie, my personal favorite down at CubeSmart, is just awesome! Not only did she help me pick out my storage units almost six months ago (I had three) so that they were closer together, she is also always in a great mood and eager to help any customers coming through the door and a joy to work with! HIGHLY Recommend this CubeSmart for all your storage needs!

CubeSmart-Store 6591 is the best? The Manager, Vickie Ricketts has been so helpful since I rented a unit in June 2016. She sets the bar high for customer service. Steffi has also been very responsive whenever I had questions. They respond immediately. They are a great team. Recommend using the Eldorado site in Frisco over others. Facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I had the most amazing experience with Vicki at Cubesmart on Eldorado in Frisco. I was in major crisis last week because the escrow on my house fell through two days before closing. WARNING: DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO for MORTGAGE LENDING - they waited until 2 days before loan closing to advise me that I did not meet their credit guidelines - after signing loan disclosures and assuring me the loan was being approved they suck! But, anyway I had to move out of my apartment because it was already leased, I could not move into my new house because my new mortgage won't close until February 12th. Big shout out to Tom Sherman and Benchmark Mortgage! So, I am frantically trying to find a hotel for 15 days and put all my personal effects in storage. I called Cubesmart 800 number and they reserved a 10x10 which was supposed to accommodate a two bedroom apartment. When I got to Cubesmart, Vicki was there and greeted us at the door. After explaining my situation she immediately arranged for my storage unit and pleasantly and quickly processed my paperwork. She was very accommodating and very nice and I was so pleased with her excellent service. The next day I returned with my movers to find that the unit I rented was to small. It was 5:45 Friday night and the office closes at 6:00, but Vicki was there and I ran into the office and said Vucki I have another crisis - the unit is to small. She quickly found me another unit and we were moving in by 6:15. I really appreciated her excellent service and pleasant and friendly attitude. Thank you Vicki I really appreciate you and I will refer you to all my Toyota family relocating to Texas!

I just have to say this is the best storage experience I've ever had. I reserved a unit on line late Sunday night and received a call Monday morning just as a follow up and to see if I had any questions. Vicky was very friendly on the phone and I told her I wanted to come look at the unit. Although it was raining lightly and a little chilly she was very friendly and professional and showed me a couple of units. I ended up getting a larger one and she walked me through the process and emailed my receipts. While Vicky was doing that, Stephie offered me hot chocolate. Overall a great visit. I wouldn't go anywhere else and will refer this location to my friends and family for their future storage needs. Thanks girls !

Wow!! What an awesome experience!! When I first pulled into the parking lot of the location on Eldorado Pkwy in Frisco, TX I knew right then that this was the place I would store my belongings. The location was clean and has cameras starting when you first pull in. Makes me feel like my things are being constantly watched and protected. I entered the office and wow, what organization and cleanliness. When I talked to Vickie on the phone you could hear her enthusiasm over the phone and how excited she was to help. When I walked in, she immediately stood up, walked around the desk and greeted me with a smile on her face. She is definitely an asset to the company. I was also introduced to Steffi, she is the office manager, it made me feel pretty special to be introduced to the person who is in charge and watching over my belonging. Vickie took the time to drive me over to my building, pointing out the cameras as we went. When we walked into the hall, it was very clean, again, pointing out the cameras. She also showed me how to turn lights on, the proper way to use my lock, etc. All I can say is Wow! What a great Customer Service experience this was!!! Kuddos to both ladies!!!!
