Customer service is horrible at this storage unit. I called to ask why did I get a rent increase on my unit and the manger tells me that if the want they can increase rent every 30 day if they want to. It’s mighty funny they fail to tell you this when your making a purchase. Time is hard and for them to decide to go up on my rental space right before Christmas is terrible. I would not recommend this Cubesmart to anyone. The manger needs training on customer service ASAP.

Every part of the process was simple and straightforward. Not very well climate controlled. At least at the time I went. Ordered a 10 by 20 but it’s just two 10 by 10 units side by side. Would like that information up front. And immediately the next day I get a RUDE voicemail from the property manager about leaving things on property of which she checked the video. But obviously didn’t go back far enough to see it was already there when I showed up. All in all I would shop somewhere else. And when my 60 day lease is up I’ll be out of there. Krickett asked me to leave a review. She was very friendly. The website was easy to navigate. Prices and everything are very straight forward. Place is clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the lighting at night. It's not very well lit in some areas. Overall would reccomend to friends and family.

My girlfriend and I rented a space from them a few months ago. We were unable to pay the small fee for a couple of months. The way they worked with us was outstanding. The customer courtesy, was second to none. I think it is important to be comfortable with the people that you are leaving your property with. If you share that value, go to this location. Special thanks to the manager, Jennifer, of CubeSmart @ their Frisco, TX location. We are relocating to Frisco and have rented a storage unit at CubeSmart. Jennifer was very patient and accommodating from the moment we called to inquire on pricing for a storage unit, to reserving a space. The process was seamless, as she made everything convenient for us. Last weekend, we were traveling hours away from Frisco and unfortunately, was stuck in heavy traffic due to sever rainy weather and an accident on the freeway, an hour away from the storage location. She waited a little past closing hours, until we finally arrived. The unit we initially reserved seemed small when we saw it in person. Jennifer went above and beyond by recommending a larger unit and making sure we were taken cared of, before she left for the day. In the process, she showed no signs of frustration or made us feel that we were an inconvenience, since we arrived right at closing time. THANK YOU, Jennifer, for being courteous, professional and friendly throughout the whole move-in process. We are very grateful for all her help and for being very accommodating. We appreciate her customer service and definitely recommend CubeSmart in Frisco, TX to anyone with storage needs.

This location used to be a good storage option, when it was privately owned. Then a big company bought it and it started going downhill, then a different large company bought it and now the management is letting it go. The gates are constantly broken and are either always open or stuck in a semi open state like today that won't let my van in. The prices keep going up and you have no access to the trash bin.

Horrible! Had my belongings for two years with this Cubesmart in a climate controlled unit and when it was time to move items there was MOLD all over my couches and bed posts. Spoke to Zac about the incident and he said they could pay to have it cleaned. I gave him quotes even after some professional cleaners told me to trash everything. He said mold wasn't something insurance covered even after offering to have it cleaned. I left messages and sent emails and never received a response! Not the kind of treatment I would have expected after two years of business. Extremely disappointed. Would never use them again or refer them.

I actually reserved my unit from another location because 7749 Stonebrook had better pricing for that particular space on that day. To my surprise, Zach called to welcome me about ten minutes later. A couple of days later, I visited the facility to view the space on one of the hottest days of the summer. I was so thankful for the cold water that Zach offered. When I went back again the following day to put my lock on the unit, I discovered that the latch was very difficult to open. Brandon came to help me and realized that latch needed to be replaced. I told him that I was having something delivered the next morning, so he assured me that it would be replaced by 8 .a.m., and he kept his word. The delivery company was to have called me 30 minutes prior to arrival, so my plan was to meet the drivers at the storage facility so they could place my merchandise in my unit. Well, the drivers never called me and the dispatcher eventually advised me they had taken it to Cube Smart and the office manager had signed for it. At this point, I'm freaking out because I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to get my heavy delivery into my unit. After making a beeline to Cube Smart, I discover that Brandon was able to have the delivery placed in my unit because there was no lock on it. After it was placed in the unit, Brandon was thoughtful enough to put one of their locks on it temporarily. These days, it is so refreshing and rare to see people who go the extra mile with a smile of their faces. I can't recommend this location enough!

It's asking me to describe my experience, that is not easy, to describe an outstanding by far very awesome one. They treat me better every time I need storage, it's been five years. This time, was just awesome. They really made life easier for me to move. I will always go back. Aside from just great customer service, their rates and deals are the best. We have used other storage facilities in the past, but the CubeSmart facility at 7749 Stonebrook Parkway in Frisco, Texas is top-notch. Cindy and Katie went above and beyond with our needs, and on move day, they offered water for our thirsty crew and came by often to see if there was anything we needed. We ended up requiring another unit, and they scrambled to set us up with one. Our belongings came in an over-sized moving truck, and Cindy and Katie worked with the driver to accommodate it. The facilities are clean, well-lit, secure and easily accessible. The first month free rent made this a win-win decision. We highly recommend this storage facility.

We were moving from San Antonio and needed a storage unit with little time to plan. Mike, the owner and manager, found us a unit and got us settled in within a few days. The rate was lower than most other facilities in the Frisco area and the place is always quiet and well kept. We never had problems with accessing the facility, never had billing issues and Mike was always available. Would highly recommend Frisco EZ Storage.
