We have never had any issues with rats / bugs getting in our "treasures" and have never had any facility issues with lighting or heating / cooling. The location was my first choice. It was within a mile of my old home. The inside storage that I rented had easy access to the outside doors which made it very convenient in moving. The cleanness of it, was a big deal to us also. Easy access to and from the property.

I was very pleased with the security. I felt very safe when having to go to the facility in the evenings as the gates required a code and it was very well lit. We were able to take advantage of the box truck rental which was a big plus to move items into the unit pending our move. I hope that CubeSmart considers making this service available across all locations as it is a very big plus and saves customers time and money in the end. I would rent from CubeSmart again.

Robert, the manager, has always been very friendly and courteous. The place is always kept VERY clean. Recently I had to downsize to a smaller storage unit and Robert provided us with a 4 wheel cart for moving the heavy stuff. Without this cart, we would have been in a world of hurt. There are lot people in Robert's position who are effiicient but not too friendly. Robert checks the boxes on both efficiency and friendliness.

Rates keep going up like clockwork, nothing improved. Pulling out end of month since I just got hit with another increase. 2nd ridiculous rate change In a year. No additions or anything but greedy corporate business tactics. Forced insurance with a company with water sprinklers that will ruin your contents, yet not cover it all. I'll stick my crates up in my garage.

I won't store anywhere else! The facility is clean, well lit, and has a wide range of units to choose from. Prices are extremely affordable. I love that that this company offers insurance options for my items instead of having to hassle with outside insurance companies. It's a one stop shop! Robert was was knowledgeable. I really did receive excellent service. I never thought i would have needed a storage unit but i'm glad i made it to the right location!
