Always have issues with their pin pad, can never get inside or if I do I sometimes get trapped, unable to leave cause the gate required a code to exit and it won’t take mine and the app stops working.

Alicia even replaced my lock at no charge to me, which I am very grateful for! I wish I would have gotten the gentleman’s name, but he was helpful and kind as well. Great staff!

Alicia has been very helpful in our storage experience. In early April someone broke into our storage unit, changed the lock, and stole a few things. I reported it to Alicia, and immediately she repaired where the thieves gained access, and replaced the lock. After discussing what we found, the police were summoned and she reviewed egress videos with them. She was instrumental in catching the thieves. Thank you, Alicia, for all your help, and positive attitude!

Can I possibly give more stars??? Alicia was so perfect for this visit! I came with my upbeat Mom and my unpredictable 81 year old Dad. Dad goes by the name Crusty... Let me tell you... Alicia became Dad's best friend that day! He doesn't walk well, she offered her arm to him, she made sure we found a unit close to an entrance and answered all of our questions, even Dad's trivia! The facility was super clean, she made sure to honor the quote, and shared more than most would during such a transaction. If everyone at cube Smart is like Alicia, then I would only ever rent from them!!!

I have had a unit here for 2 years and one of the mgrs has been very helpful in some difficult times. Although it was a good deal initially, they continue to raise the monthly until I pay over $100 more starting next month then someone renting a new unit. Other ppl that rent elsewhere have not seen this trend. I would not recommend based on that.

I rented here for several months and it was a delightful experience: no access/gate issues, theft or issues whatsoever.Move-in and move-put were seamless and the fact that they provide a truck on-site helped me save cost. In summary, the administrative staff here is amazing; specifically, Alicia was super helpful and understanding of my needs and worked with me during my move - thank you so much for waking up super early to make sure the truck was ready for me. Do Not Use This Place!!!! Had multiple units there. Went down to one. Called to make payment last week. No answer. Left voicemail. No call back. Several days later we were contacted and told they had cut our lock and we would have to put our lock it. When we arrived to put our lock on, 90% of our unit has been cleaned out. Do not recommend!

We had paid through June 21st, yet when we showed up to our storage unit, they had placed a lock on our unit that we are unable to get off. We saw this on several random units. Super convenient they have decided they are no longer coming into the office on Sundays. So of course the movers we hired to help us empty the storage unit had to be paid for literally nothing since we were unable to open the unit or get in contact with any staff to resolve the issue. By the way, they placed this lock on our unit WITHOUT ever contacting ANYONE. This is unacceptable and not appropriate business practice, especially since the unit had already been paid for and covered until June 21. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. Very poor business practices.

WE have used this location before but didn't do the advance reserve. We were disappointed that we could match up the date of the reservation which I did a few minutes before the online payment. I don't mind paying in advance but we should have been allowed to match our reservation date preference so the clock would start on our Sunday date rather than being forced to start the clock on yesterday when we paid. Also we were not happy that we had to pay for a lock when we already had one from the last time we used this facility and i think rented a space for around 12 months. We should at least get a credit back if we can show this lock still works which I am confident it still does. An update as someone from Cube Smart contacted me and gave us a credit back on our card since we already had a lock.

Monica De La Rosa, General Manager of Cube Smart at 2375 Arapaho Road in Garland was an absolute delight. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air on a very hot day! I've used storage units all over DFW close to a dozen times over the last 20 years and this was my first experience with CubeSmart and thanks to Monica it will not be my last. Normally dealing with the front desk at a storage place is painful but with Monica I looked forward to coming back in when I found I needed an extra unit. I would recommend her to anyone.

I stopped by this storage place to get an idea of what I might need in the near future for a move I am planning. I was so overcome by the superior service I received from the 2 wonderful woman in the office...Dana and Nancy are so accommodating and know their stuff! I'm still unsure on my end when I will be storing my items (hopefully within the next 6 months) but this place is very well taken care of and I can not wait to move forward with my move. Great women that work in the office. They answered all of my questions, suggested company products for me to use to keep my items fresh and protected while in storage. I will use this location again. Nancy helped me decide what I needed and how long. Great customer service! After falling into financial hardship they refused to help me keep my stuff. Refused to give the buyer of my unit my information so I could at least buy my stuff back. I was baited and switched on! Lost precious items that have no value like my sons first little league homerun baseball. Photos of my family on trips that I cant replace. I WONT EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT

Rented a storage here yesterday and I was very surprised at the excellent customer service. We had rented here in the past but yesterday's customer service blew my mind so I wanted to make sure that I recognized and recommend this place to others. The storage is very clean and has a welcoming environment from the second you walk in the door. Went in to to see how much a unit would be yesterday and this was my 3rd place to visit ...I must say it was a little more pricey compared to the offer locations but well worth it...it is so much more cleaner, it even smells better. I want to thank the lady in the office she was so nice and helped answer ask my questions, she even brought to my attention things i didn't think of, I didn't even think about putting plastic on my couches or shrink wrapping my dresser so the drawers wouldn't come open. When we carry it. By far this is the best place to rent a storage

Great facility. Refik was friendly and cheerful. He answered every question we had. Took the time to show us the unit we were interested in and we never felt rushed while we were there. Is CubeSmart a little pricier than other storage facilities? Slightly. But honestly, you get what you pay for and we are happy to pay a little extra for the piece of mind. The facilities are spotless. It looks brand new. Highly recommended!

Just started, great experience so far, but know that the biggest problems happen during and at the end of a storage lease. I expect good things and will keep you posted! I'll rate it at that time as it makes more sense. Three stars only because Google won't let me simply comment and if the experience ends poorly, I want the opportunity to let you know. The guy was great and very helpful, facility clean and spacious, and I got a great deal. Truly, reviews should be requested a little further down the road or Google should let you review without a star rating.

My husband and I just rented today and this is a top of the notch storage place. The lady manager in the office is the absolute nicest person I have met in a long time. I will recommend this place to any one who needs a storage just see Tasha and she will take good care of you. The property is clean and not as nast as the other place we seen on Shiloh. I want thank the staff, so much for all the love and care they provided me and my family. I was under, so much stress n pressure once I got there n was about 2 cry. Tasha the store saw the frustration on my face and took the time 2 ask what's wrong. I told her all the run around I got from another moving company as I got lied too each time and told as they do not provide anything they say r promise my price went up higher. Tasha shared with me the name of their staff they have on property who has his own moving company who was very nice, kind when she called him for me to see if he could help n he could whiched saved me so much more money n valued what he says n still got me on the same moving day plus time. Refik the other staff member when going n 2 sign the paper work was awesome and very friendly and he makes sure you see what you're paying for along with making sure you fully understands your agreement. I would refer this company to everyone. Keep up the good work Tasha n Refik we need more people like you two!!!!!!

Went with my dad to look at a storage unit to keep some of extra stuff we had in our house. This happens to be one the closest in our area. Upon arrival a staff member by the name of Refik helped us out get settled. We were properly walk through the units and explained everything about the different storage units. We were happy with our service and I would recommend anyone to come and stop by if you need a storage unit. Overall a good experience, which was very informative and helpful.

Nickeled and dimed at every turn. ~150$ (5'x7' unit) for first month. Only had unit for less than one month. Went in to terminate lease prior to next month, and had a balance due (only $1, but it's absurd on principle...) just because the company had mailed me an invoice. When a company feels the need to bill its customers - in order to send them a bill, stay clear.

On-site staff did not pressure me to rent like many others. She escorted me over to see my unit instead of simply pointing in the general direction. The entire property was clean anywhere I looked and electrical outlets are conveniently located I've never had to rent a storage unit before. I felt as if Maribel (i hope that's right) helped me out.

I'm a recent, new customer and loved the fact that their website allowed me to determine their inventory of available units, and to reserve one. I was also impressed that the transaction itself was paperless, a reflection of their 21st Century investment in technology. Mayra was a pleasure to meet and do business with, and Gerardo has been very responsive via e-mail. The location itself is convenient, clean and well-maintained, and secure. I look forward to working with them going forward (5 Stars) Update in January 2018 after two years: I really liked CubeSmart, but in two years, my rental price has gone up 44%, with the most recent increase at 19%. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart for a SHORT TERM rental but if you are a hoarder, you had better have lots of cash cause they will be milking it out of you. (now down to 3 Stars)

Pretty frustrating to have the gate and door codes changed without being notified. Office staff left 30 minutes early. Been a customer for 2 years, price kept going up and when I complained they said I could show my homeowners insurance for $10 off. Would have been nice to know when I started.
