Spoke to Ben, on the phone and in person at the Garland Tx location on 1st. Great Customer Service ?? the unit was Clean, definitely alot of traffic in & out, Move in price was reasonable to soon to tell if it's a storage place that suckers you in with discounts and half off 1st month rent, then raises prices we will ?? see. The one thing that bothered me was inside the unit was a gift bag for the New Tennant but when I said I didn't use that type of lock it was taken back and not returned! It was a Gift so whether or not I use it doesn't matter they should have let me have my Gift!

Advertised a 30' Parking spot, which was clearly just a small standard parking spot, with almost no access. Property manager on duty had no idea what was going on, and even admitted that he has no idea what's available because nobody is in their assigned spots.

Facility is well maintained, but routine cost increases forced me to look for another facility. I found storage at less than half the cost at a competitor just as convenient and well maintained. The cost savings for one month paid for the move. I moved two units and will save almost $5,000.00 per year at the new location.

I always seem to have some type issue at this facility. Prior to this they put a lien on my truck for an unpaid spot and it turns out my truck was not even in the location that was unpaid. Tried to log in to pay a past to amount but the system would let me in. Contacted the office and no one got back to me. Called the main office and they got me through now they wouldn't accept my past due payment cause according to them The amount has increased by $110 even though I have an invoice showing what i currently owe for 2-14. Just seems as if they are always trying to get something extra and they don't care about the customer. Been at this facility for over 3 years. Hoping to find somewhere else soon. Only positive I have here is the location. SMH

The Manager Tiffany is disrespectful. I made a reservation YESTERDAY 7/17 so Today 7/18 I tried to come in with my reservation but I can’t BECAUSE TIFFANY CANCELLED MY RESERVATION . I well have my confirmation with email to show and she is not respecting the price or spots I reserved. Her explanation for Cancelling my reservation is that my number was incorrect. It was only a couple of hours until I was going up there! And now the spots and prices are gone! That’s wrong on her part for canceling the reservation I made and not fixing it but instead arguing and lying about her mistakes. I tried speaking to a Supervisor and nothing is being done because it’s the weekend!! I have to wait for a call back in 4 days!

Horrible experience with this storage. The reason why we paid a fee to have our valuables in that storage, was because we thought they were safe. Our vehicle was broken into after we gave them notice we no longer needed their services. (What a coincidence) also at the time there were no cameras working to see who was the person. I will be contacting their corporate office to inform them about the horrible staff they have at that location.

Yes I was in there the other day and I got to say The place is a mess and their staff that is there a rude and annoying. Obviously you don’t take customer service in order. I would not store there nor suggest it to anyone . When I went into the office The GM was vaping and her attitude sucked. And for a company that pertains customer service there is none whatsoever. I ended up storing at another storage facility that treated me like family. So that’s why I gave it a one star rating.

I spoke with both Stephanie and Kelly on the phone before stopping by the office and they were both very informative and pleasant to speak with on the phone. When I was ready to rent a unit I stopped by and Stephanie made the process so quick and easy and made it feel like I was renting a space from family!!! This was a great choice in storage!!!

This is a fantastic storage facility!! The grounds are so clean and well-lit and there are cameras for extra security. The units are easy to load and unload with drive-up access. The best part about my visit was the office staff. Stephanie and Miss De La Rosa are so nice and professional. They helped me choose the right size unit for my needs. I would give them six stars if it were possible. If you are looking for easy and affordable storage this is definitely the place!!

The staff (kelly) was friendly and answered all my questions. The location is easy to navigate to. Good prices too I ended up having to go back and change units to a larger size, and they worked with me and made the switch easy and without issue. 9/7/18 Now time.for me.to check out. Everytime I went they knew me by name and always said hello and made small talk. When I rented a penskie for my move they made it easy and hassle free. I've signed up for another cube smart in a other state and so far their staff isnt as good as this local. Keep up the great work guys

First they held a 10x20 storage unit for me because they didn't have the 10x30, but upon the day I went to transfer they got what I wanted and didn't have to rent the current 10x10 unit I have now along with the 10x20. They were fantastic handling my transfer and upheld the previous discounted rate for me. I had to stop by and reset my gate code the next time I went to the facility and Kelly took care of that very promptly. Stephanie, Luis and Kelly handled my account like pro's. Thanks for having a great team at this location!

Tiny rooms for storing stuff are really expensive in my area. CubeSmart was the cheapest, though, and it helped that the first month was free (admin. fee+insurance are extra). Facility is clean and the manager was very friendly and helpful. Our 5x10' is indoors and the only light is in the hall, so you might want to bring a flash light.

Hello my name is Ray Guzman I've had CubeSmart service with you guys for a little over a year in about three months and I've had some seriously good customer service with these people have treated me very very friendly and very very well for I was comfortable that my stuff was protected I'm finally having to move out of town to go into West Texas and because of circumstances and and rain and all that it was a one day thing that I was going to have to delay the next day and your general manager over here Stephanie she is just taking all the stress and the chaos away from me by allowing me to to do one more day just go ahead and do it tomorrow instead of today and to me this is a relief I'm retired I'm 60 something years old I'm in and I don't have really any buddy to help me load it and stuff but what bothered what was bothering me was the rain so and it started to sprinkle a lot but at this time I just want to say thank you to Stephanie thank you to CubeSmart I think this is one of the best decisions I made to get with them I was fortunate that I was never ever have to be late on my payment or anything so I'm going to assume that because I took care of my responsibilities you guys are going to take a little bit of extra for me and one day extra is is a godsend it's a blessing I even prayed today that that that things would work out or if I couldn't do it today that they would allow me to come back in the morning to get all this done so that I wouldn't and I offered to pay the difference you know and because of her customer service skills she just says no this is something I can do one day is not going to hurt and it's not going to hurt me but I just want you to know that I appreciate that so much and I will know I will let my friends know Major League let him know that if they ever need anything like this to go to CubeSmart because they have taken care of everything for me my truck is here that I'm supposed to load up tomorrow with everything is ready to go but just the kindness that this young lady has shown me today is just something that is just awesome and I will definitely let people know that CubeSmart is one of the places as a matter of fact my brother his wife were looking for storage unit and playing on you just open a new one and I'm going to tell him to make sure to get their storage unit there in Plano I just wanted you to know that this this this store here in specific store has been very very kind to me especially the day that like I said they took the worries in the stress away from me it's such a major way that you can't even begin to imagine and she's been so friendly from the moment that I talk to her and everything she just really really alleviated my fears my concerns my worries everything so now I feel more comfortable that tomorrow I'll be able to come in that the weather will cooperate a lot better and then I'll be able to to get my stuff and get out of here and let them know where you can have the storage unit open for someone else again will make sure that I let people know I will let in whatever media things that social media is that I do I will definitely make sure that I let them know my friends and all those cuz I have lots of them that are still young when they're moving to choose CubeSmart it was a good decision I think I might part that day maybe it was desperation or what but just today Stephanie and her staff made me feel like I was important and that all this time that I've been paying that I really was important to your company that offer that I want to say thank you so

I recently had my vehicle broken into back in March 2016 and I was skeptical about keeping my wife's car at the same place where my vehicle was vandalized as we temporarily reside there as well. I called like 10 minutes before Cubesmart closed. Mike and Greg went out of the way to stay after hours until I arrived at the office. They were friendly and set us up in a matter of minutes. Their customer service was superb and exceeded our expectations by far. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone.

My family and I had to relocate from New Mexico last summer and move in with family due to the addition of twin boys. We ended up having to store all of our belongings. Our family of 5 shared one bedroom together for 9 months. During this time we would make weekly or bi weekly visits to the unit to get items we needed or put back items we used. Ruben was great. He was always friendly, patient, and kind. My 6 year old notoriously would wait until the last minuet to tell me she needed to go potty, and he was always available to unlock the restroom in a rush and turn the light on for us so she could get in quick. He become our friend while we were there. We got our own place at the end of February, but I still think about Ruben and what a nice man he is. Thanks Ruben!
