I called this location after calling several other competitor locations in the area. And while their prices were comparable, my deciding factor to go with the Shell Rd store was my phone call was answered. I received the most help from Jordan. She was polite, patient, and very informative. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to store their belongings in a highly maintained property with exceptional, and friendly service, Cubesmart on Shell Rd is the absolute best way to go

RUN!!!! I would definitely go a different route for storage unit places! They say first month free but after all the fees and paying for a lock you are definitely paying first months rent that way. I got at 8 x10 not climate control. BEWARE the units most definitely leak. I had to throw away atleast $500 worth of items and memories because they were molded. I have had many storage units outside and never had the issue. When approached management all they could assist me was with a pamphlet to file a claim. And didn’t seem to care much about lost items. They’re just there to collect a rent payment. Second warning! If you are moving and use a POD Container don’t expect it to be anywhere near your unit or get movers. My unit was half a football field away from where I was allowed to place the POD. That may not seem far, but if you have a lot of heavy items after a few trips, it seems a lot further. Value your customers and their items they trust within your establishment.

The manager and staff at this location are great. They were very helpful, but told me they couldn't do much. I was told someone would call me to discuss. They were not calling to discuss, they were calling to tell why they couldn't do anything. Corporate is ridiculous. Had the unit for less than 6 months and they raised my rate from $137 to $212 with less than 30 days notice. No reason other than they were getting full. Beware! As soon as we can we will be clearing out all of our stuff. Poor business practices!

WAY OVERPRICED!! THERE ARE A DOZEN STORAGE UNIT FACILITIES IN TOWN THAT ARE HALF THE COST OF THIS PLACE. THEY INCREASED MY PRICE FROM 169 TO 349 OVER 2 YEARS AND NEVER NOTIFIED ME. I HAVE SPOKE TO OTHER TENANTS THAT I SEE MOVING OUT AND THEY ARE MOVING FOR THE EXACT SAME REASON.

My biggest problem with this location is the lack of communication via email. I've sent multiple emails to the owner and I've never gotten a response back. I like to pay my bill early and the website would not let me do so this time around. Reached out to the manager via email, nothing. Lost my card with my access info on it, emailed manager nothing. I understand I could always call but sometimes I'm too busy to be on the phone and need to just send a quick email. Glad I finally left. The price doubled in the year I've had my stuff there. Went from 64 dollars to 100. Not climate controlled. Now I've found a permanent place for my stuff and I'm happy about that.

Couldn't be more pleased. Christopher and Salvador are super nice, efficient, and personable. I went from nothing to having a storage unit with a lock in about 15 minutes. Also this facility is first-floor only with both climate-controlled (interior) and regular exterior rooms. MUCH better prices than LifeStorage up the road, with unique keypad combinations. HIGHLY recommended.

I needed a small space close to the house. Called Cube Smart and the CSR was polite and prompt to get a unit reserved for me while I was on the phone. Within a few minutes I received a call from the onsite Mgr confirming the reservation. We scheduled a time to complete the paperwork, once that was completed, I had access to my storage within just a few minutes. The grounds and units are clean.

Nani and Alan are very easy to work with. The storage units are well-maintained and prices are similar to other facilties. Two things to be aware of: they close the office at 5:30 PM and on Sundays, they have no dumpster. I did not take off any stars because the storage units themselves are accessible from 6 AM to 9 PM every day and it is a storage, not waste disposal, business. Nonetheless, many storage places do have a dumpster for convenience in throwing away boxes or other reasonable trash items.
