Make sure you stay on top of your rent because they will raise your rent time and again. This place is NOT worth the $200 per month they tried to charge me for the 10x10 unit that they have online for $51. Honestly, I'd say just avoid them anyway.

I supposed to move my stuffs into the storage on 3/9, we went there with the full U-Haul’s truck just to find out the power was out. At the time, there were 2 customers who have been calling and waiting for about 2 hrs, and no one came to their rescue because one them’ car stuck inside the building. Long story short, I waited almost 2 hrs and we had to rent another space because we had to return the U-Haul’s truck. I made several phone calls, left message to the store manager trying to get someone to come, and no one returning my call as of today. Yesterday, after failing to reach their office through phone calls, I went online chatting with their prep. expressing my dissatisfaction and wanted to cancel the contract. Even so, I still haven’t heard anything from the store manager, and I have no clue if the contract will be voided, or what will happen to my deposit. Avoid this business for your own good!!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS THATS WHAT THEY WOULD GET. my unit was entered twice without my knowledge I reported this to the office and was told someone would get back to me. never did. a month later my unit was broken into AND EVERYTHING WAS STOLEN but two containers. i was NEVER contacted the only reason i found out about the break in was because I needed something from my storage. The police stated they have been called to that location over 50 times for break ins! THE GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN ! This facility also made the news for the break in that resulted in all my items being stolen. Someone who works at that facility is very shady because it keeps happening. the police were just there a few weeks ago again and the gates were broken AGAIN just last week. you would be better off storing your things in the middle of the street than this place. If you value your things and work hard for them PLEASE SKIP THIS PLACE! THEY’RE CHEAP FOR A REASON. PAY THE EXTRA 20-30 SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE !

While Customer Service was good in general. Unfortunately, I had a not so great experience when I went to retrieve my belongings! When I went to retrieve my belongings, I realized a black matter was splattered all across my belongings that appears to have rained down from above. It ruined several paintings and my sofa! I was in an inside unit and can’t imagine how this occurred. I was not notified of any issues that may have resulted in this! I’m extremely disappointed and heartbroken!

If I could give this place a zero I would. No air inside refrigerator units. Lights always blowing out. Garage door to exit is closed so u have to back all the way out instead of moving forward. They all are lazy. Plus from.the mouth of a police officer, they always have break ins. But they act surprise like it's brand new. Don't do it

We moved into this facility almost a year ago with two large units. At the time, the manager was friendly and the drive thru indoor storage was a great idea for unloading a large trailer. However, I have been back several times and the drive thru door at one end has not been working each time, so you have to back large trailer back out, instead of being able to drivethru. Yesterday, we added a third unit, and it was as hot inside as it was outside, so its clear the climate control was not working. Upon talking with the property manager, they were unwilling to tell me how long it has been broken, and had no idea how long it would take to fix. So if you are expecting climate controlled space, with easy drive thru access, then this is NOT the place!

not safe, they say you can access units until 10 PM but they won’t help you after 5 PM. Their garage was broken (which you only know AFTER you enter due to a tiny sign) and I had to call the police and wait for someone to buzz me out. First I was able to rent storage place that was available to rent at an affordable price online then the named storage was very cheaper than the one secondly quoted me for. Ghosted storage was not available to rent online at all to rent in the first place. Problem was fixed nearly 2 hours later after calling customer service district office with me renting space double the quoted price. I only took it because of convenience and time.

Secured an ideal space online at a great price for my family’s need. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with two different employees; once upon opening the account and learning the ropes for having a storage unit and the other as I was setting our account and moving out. It was exceptionally easy and a huge relief during a time of transition. They were patient, professional, helpful and willing to give attention as needed. I received a phone call from allen letting me know that my payment was 7 days past due. My credit card had recently been stolen and I just had it replaced. I had forgotten to contact Cubesmart and update it. Well, my rate had also recently increased from $43 a month to $55 a month which I was blown away by. So not only had my rate increased by almost 30% a month after the first year, but I was been charged a late fee for $7 and some change. I was very vocal to Allen about this and I told him that I am never late on bills and payments, I was somewhat short and got off the phone. I called back to pay the fee but was told I couldnt give my credit card over the phone. Allen told me he would help me login to my account to make the payment. However, Allen told me that he was going to give me a $10 credit towards my account. I have to say, Allen and Brenda have been off the charts awesome. Brenda was amazing when I opened my account and extremely helpful. Allen has a lot of patience and shows genuine care with his customers. I may not be happy with my rates going up 30%, but I really do appreciate the customer service that I received from two awesome folks! Thanks again Brenda and Allen!! You both rocked it!!!

They already knew who I was when I gave them my name they already knew I had a reservation. They take me for a drive to look at the unit, it’s actually nice and cool in there. It’s a climate control unit I got I like the way it feels in there specially, no elevators. It’s all in one floor. It’s like a big garage door when you pull up to go into the unit you can drive your car in there , you don’t have to carry things from your car in the heat That was my favorite

Very clean throughout the facility, and very friendly staff. I was in the process of moving, so my schedule was crazy - it took me a couple of days to get a chance to go in and finalize my rental agreement, but Tiffany was super understanding and patient. I've rented a unit in a different CubeSmart and never had a problem (until it was bought out by Public Storage, and then I couldn't get my stuff out of there fast enough to suit me). I think the company on the whole is very well organized and places a high value on customer service.

In these days and times, it’s always challenging to find excellent customer care. I would like to say how fortunate we were to find that in Tiffany. From checking us in with a smile and a welcome; to assuring that we were not in need of any of your other services. I HAD to give four stars instead of five because of the bathroom situation. We spent the whole weekend there organizing our storage room and it would have been nice to not have to walk all the way to the office (although that was probably cleaner then the other would have been).

Water leak that is obviously Cubesmart's fault ruined my nice recliner leather couch and plush rug. I reported the damage and was told, "Hope you have insurance". BEWARE I'm going to escalate this to be reimbursed by Cubesmart for rent and damages that my insurance doesn't cover. If I have a satisfactory outcome the review will be modified. Otherwise don't store anything of value that's not waterproof here.

It will be safer to park your RV in a public street than this storage facility. My catalytic inverter was stolen from my RV in march, and last week someone broke into our RV, and all of my outside storage doors and RV door were busted. The main gate is broken most of the time too. And we have to wait hours for them to send someone to fix it. Do Not Park your vehicle there. Worst storage facility ever.

Our catalytic converter was stolen off our RV a few months ago, the gate on this facility has been broken several times so that we could not get in, and now we just picked up our RV and all the door handles are bent and storage compartment locks are busted from thieves trying to break in. Do not store your vehicle or RV here - it is not secure.

Shae and Nancy provide excellent customer service. I had a number of issues getting my rv stored in there and they worked with me. I would have given a five star but the link in the confirmation email had me going to addresses other than the storage. That cost me an extra hour of u turns hauling an rv that I did not need to do.

I bought a storage unit at auction through storage treasures from this place. Paid and put my lock on the unit. Went and loaded up my other unit I won during auction and got a call that they needed to refund me for the unit that I had already paid for and put my lock on. They stated the owner had paid after I did and the unit wasn’t even suppose to be put up for auction yet. So about 3 hours of my time was wasted driving there, waiting for them to fix their printer. And driving back to get a refund. Auction people beware of buying from this place.

WOW! WHAT A REFRESHING CHANGE & A 5 STAR DIFFERENCE TO THIS OVER-SIZED STORAGE FACILITY. I have been here since 2014 and been disappointed many times and always wanted to leave them a bad review but things have changed. Thank you for first bringing DAWN because she is a constant PRO and always working, doing little things on the property, getting hands dirty. She and LAMAR came and the activity and professionalism as well as friendliness became something new here at CubeSmart. Although I really appreciate DAWN another change was made and congratulations to her she was moved to manage her own location nearby. However it is a pleasure working with the new manager SERGIO who has made renting storages a pleasure as well as LAMAR together. There is no more attitude or disappointment , that has been replaced with smiles, professionalism, cheerfulness and now a five-star rating review. They are constantly on the property tending to big and little matters, even as much as sweeping in the oversized indoor units on weekends. There is so much to do on this property and in such a short time these guys have been able, including Dawn, they are able to maintain a positive attitude with the customers and stay busy with a pretty big mess left behind by the lazy managers before. It's a blessing to have them here and I really appreciate it, I'm glad I did not leave a bad review for them the previous seven years because it is much better to leave a positive review for people deserving recognition. 5 star, I love it so much, I pay for 3 units there. One is outside, & 2 are inside climate control. One of them happens to be the largest inside unit due to its location and unique dimensions. I do this because I love my children. We are suppose to be downsizing, however due to some fabrications of the truth by the jealous, selfish , immature , very greedy and vindictive twin brother... A story was stretched the wrong way because he didn't get his way. Being very clever, cute and cunning, he easily conned the new(at the time, to our property) younger, thinner, good looking property customer services managerial staff, that I spent all day unloading, sorting, organizing , labeling and storing 27 different categories of household goods into serviceable totes. You would be amazed at how much a 3/4ton can hold when packed by a TETIRIES MASTER (LEVEL 23)

We arrived at CubeSmart about 10 minutes before closing time. (We did not know they were closing so soon for the day). However, the manager and her assistant were so very very helpful and took the time to show us their available units and then set us with a lease. They were not in a hurry to rush us out the door. Manager is a older lady she is very unprofessional and rude when I had my trailer on her property She was very rude and handling the situation in regards to my partner who stole $34,000 off from me in a business deal gone bad. She hide inside the storage Facility like I was trying to rob her She made comments about me to my partner & others that were standing around I heard her call me out my name to a relative that was picking her up when he shift was ending She ignored me in regards to my money for the spot I pay for they need to be refunded to She immediately taking my partner is side in regards to the property even though we had a contract The police were called however my partner was able to take the property but but due to it being a civil matter it was nothing I or the police can do this manager took one side of the story and ran with it she refused to talk to me she yelled at me she tried locking my vehicle in her gate which eventually she had to open it and let me out she acted with biase The police help me out with my law suit case along with information to pursue a lawsuit this person tried to extort me for money as well as taking money from me and my family in the property actually belong to me but because he had the title it was nothing that I can do until our lawsuit is heard in court Even though I had my bill of sale & receipts Even the police didn’t fully believe my partner story and knew that something didn’t sound right if I was breaking the law how come I didn’t get arrested I didn’t get arrested because I had just as much his rights to the property as he did and it was a civil matter please beware do not put your property in Her facility she is very rude she’s not a easy woman to talk to she rolls her eyes at you with disrespect she does not acknowledge you when you’re speaking to her and she will threaten to call the police on you which didn’t scare me for once she can refund my account now because I will be contacting her district manager She’s very judge mental old lady he didn’t even have a clue of what was going on all she knows is that she wanted to leave is because her shift is over with I felt like she was completely out of line one thing you don’t do is take sides with any civil situation and that’s what she did she call my partner my husband name & he is deceased Which is a big no-no because this person try stealing money from me and my family I have an autistic child I would like someone from the corporate office contact me because I will be file a Grievance against this manager at the store location

I was told my storage unit was discounted because the construction going on around the facility. After 6 month during Covid19 they increase my storage price. They didn’t care that I’m having finacial hardship and that we all are being impacted negatively during this pandemic. Why increase my storage bill when we are going through a crisis. They gave no sympathy for me. These people don’t care. It’s already hard to get to because 290 and 1960 traffic but the construction makes it so much worst. They was all I could afford because of the reduced price but of course they’re jacking up the price regardless of the construction.

Service getting signed up was excellent. A small hiccup in that the unit was not opened when the truck arrived with the storage items. But the onsite folks opened the unit posthaste. Yes, I would recommend. Said they offered existing tenants a month's free rental if someone is referred. Hope this is the case as we were referred to this location by a relative.

Third time that a Vehicle to be broken in and vandalized or contents stolen. I have two vehicles and a storage POD at this location. I have lost over $3000 in tools and electronics. My company delivery van has to be towed to a shop because the ignition and steering column is destroyed. $1000 Deductible. Cubesmart is yet to produce any video footage despite cameras being posted all over the property. Sherriff's office confirmed that Cubesmart had not filed a report as of this writing. Very disappointing and suspicious. Police Report Case Number 2011-03677; check it out, this is real. Company losing money not being able to make deliveries due to vandalized vehicle. I will be moving out as soon as possible!!!!! If you want to get property stolen this is a perfect location to rent space. Cubesmart pushes clients to purchase Disc Locks for the lockers knowing that the insurance will not pay a claim on a locker that has a Disc Lock on the door. Back gate is not working and is likely the pathway for the thieves to enter....if they are coming from the outside.....

I have nothing but good things to say about the GM Amy Perez. Amy made sure I walked out of her office very happy. The facility is always so clean and well lit. I would recommend anyone to this location. Amy and her staff treat everyone that comes into the office LIKE family. We need more Customer Service people like Amy and her staff. Thank You very much

I didn't get a cube but when I went in to check the prices and look at a couple storages the was place so clean and Amy was very helpful and her customer service was out of this world. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The address is very missleading, I live in the area and had trouble finding it. I think you should be specific when giving directions, 1960 is usually north of 290. Even the lady in the office said everyone has problems finding the location. So why not note "south of 290"

Couldnt have gone any smoother. I walked in and out within15 min. Ran me through how everything works my fees which they have the best price in town and i couldn't feel more comfortable storing there. Great setup and easy access!!! Dont waste you time calling around, just give them a call.

Staff is awesome to work with! The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because there aren't carts readily available. When we moved in, we had to make several trips to walk heavy stuff to our unit. Could have been a deal-breaker had we not had our own cart. Hopefully their carts will be found and available in the future.

We stored our stuff here for several years, but we did not notice the real damage until we moved out. Mildew and mold had covered our antique hutch. I had thought the place was climate controlled, but that clearly is not the case. On the day we made our final trip, the A/C was obviously not working. It was 98 degrees outside, yet the air conditioners inside the building never once came on. No wonder out stuff got all moldy. I had thought this was a great place, but after this, on top of raising prices (again), we are just happy to get out of this place and never look back.

We needed space to store a bunch of boxes that had taken over the garage. I met with Diane and described what I needed and she recommended a 5x10. She drove me in a golf cart to the space to look it over. The rental process was easy, I bought a lock there. Entry to the storage area is by coded access, so you set up your own access code at rental time. Access hours are 6am to 10pm. The office area is clean and pleasant and the staff is great.
