2 times broken into different units , 6 months apart. One belonged to me, and it was inside. The second was my brother's, and it was outside. On mine, they kicked in the part where the lock goes and took 2 bicycles, I was told by the person in charge,there are no cameras, I just called the insurance and I got paid for the stolen items. My brother's unit was broken into by the neighbors' unit, the laminate was bent, and they jumped over to take whatever they could. So what I can say is, if you have things you want to get rid of, just store them there, and it'll be taken care of.

Over the last 13 (2011) or more years since we (my wife & I) had been at your 15707 Bellaire Blvd. facility (Houston, Texas), there have been a great relationship between you and I. Never had a problem with the facility or your staff. The other tenants were very respectful of each other and the grounds were always clean & well kept. We were reluctant to leave, but after retiring, our income could no longer support a remote storage rental facility.

Final update: CubeSmart Self Storage is the worst storage company you could possibly use if you decide to store things. This A/C operated storage hasn't had a/c in the past couple of months atleast the last 3. I will be moving my items out by the end of this month. Horrible General Manager aswell. Literally wasted my time calling me to give me no answer or resolution. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB aswell and any other channels I can think of. Maybe the news station is slow enough to cover this story if there is any there to cover. UPDATE : I received a phone call saying they had a technician looking at the issue. It is now a week later and they still haven't fixed the issue at all. I really hope that no one stores anything in there that is sensitive to heat cause it's being exposed to 100 degree temperature currently for the past couple of weeks. Currently looking into a new storage location. ORIGINAL POST Went on a random day to pick up a few items. When I walked in it was sweltering heat. I had to rush and hopefully save the wines I had stored. I pray they are okay. Be cautious if you use this place specifically for the air conditioning.

I was able to find this location to store my goods thanks to Gladys who assisted me at another location after inquiring about indoor storage for my goods (clothes and most electronics might not weather Houston heat and humidity so well). Upon arrival at this location, the cheerful and attentive Cyan gave me the information and showed me around the complex regarding possible places to store my items on the premises. After being advised and upon further inspection I realized the locks here are the same price as most other locations (a bonus is not having to drive to that location to purchase a more expensive lock only to discover it's the wrong size....not that I did that). The premises are well guarded, with good hours, and drainage management which is a real concern in Houston. Would definitely recommend

Gladys went above and beyond in helping me when I was in a very desperate situation. I come from an abusive household and I needed my car to be safe from my family's sabotage of it, so I could sell it and finally move out after years of being debilitated mentally and just stuck in bed. She did a great deal to make sure that my property was safe, and that any of my other concerns were also completely addressed. I'm pleased to say I have indeed finally left that awful house and am moving on with my life, and in a very good position to start over. Had a very informative and helpful visit to this location. The manager Luis was very polite, patient and considerate. He helped me set up everything for my unit and took the time to show me how to use the facility and secure my belongings. Heather the general manager was also present and very helpful, and gave me information about the company policies. I’m grateful to have such a reliable team looking after the units in my area.

The fascilities are very clean and seem adequate, although a large segment of the controlled environment storage units have thin gauze wire across the top. I was frustrated that the call to the main office number did not net us all the information we needed. For example, they could have ask us to bring certificate of insurance. I suspect this is a way to get you to purchase a policy from them (along with a lock). Finally, had I not immediately entered the fascility to place a lock on the door, there would have been a storage company lock on it when I return that night at 9pm. This would had impacted my ability to offload and return my rental truck. One the bright side, the manager was upbeat and helpful throughout.

Prices are good. Staff is excellent. Jasmine was especially helpful and accomodating. We really appreciate her professionalism and ability to put us at ease and help us find what we needed. The facility is clean and air conditioned. We would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Prices are reasonable, but but even better is the staff. Absolute best customer service I have come across in any establishment in perhaps my entire life. If those same people would come manage my apartment community, the restaurants I frequent, the company I work for...etc, life would be perfect! Lol. Seriously, thanks guys!

Luis Robles is AMAAAAZING! We just got our first storage as an engaged couple and he was so nice and patient! He explained everything with detail and made sure all of our questions were answered!
