EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Don’t waste your time at any other storage facilities! They had the storage size I needed and then some! I was in the process of moving into a different storage facility & was told they closed early (9:30-6 M-F/SAT & SUN closing at 5) and they could not make an exception just to unload my items. The only option they gave was to leave my items in the lobby area and come back the next morning to complete moving my things! TRASH JUICE! Feeling very overwhelmed and stressed with having to move out of my home, CubeSmart made finding a location with extended hours that was within my price range, reserving, & paying better than easy! I’ll never go back to any other storage place. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK CUBE SMART, YOU SAVED THE DAY!!

On move in day one of the managers kept yelling at me because I was told by the guy at the desk I could use their equipment. The guy didn’t specify that it couldn’t be used to move off the premises too. When I arrived the manager yelled at me from the office not to take equipment off the facility. I was on the phone and addressed her stating I understand and am bringing it. Instead of waiting by the office she proceeded to yell and walk up to me at my car aggressively. She saw I was on the phone with my brother but kept on yelling the same thing. I explained to her the guy at the front told me I could use it for moving and didn’t say I couldn’t take it off the premise. At that point the manager started to say she isn’t a lady, but she never introduced herself by name. She continued to ignore that I was on the phone and trying to remove the equipment. When I told her to stop yelling at me. She began to say I was being aggressive and they have cameras. Which I was talking and responding calmly. I asked her to get away from me and my car and she refused. This place has aggressive employees. On top of that they are dangerous because they try to frame it like the customer is being aggressive. I am glad they do have cameras, I had someone in person witness her aggression and I had someone on the phone that heard everything because she was hostile the entire time. This place needs better managers. What person thinks it is okay to be aggressive with customers and refuse to get out of their space even with COVID and monkeypox? On top of that on move in day I saw two roaches near my storage unit. I hope I don’t end up with roaches when I move

I’ve been with this location since December. It was recommended by my former neighbor. It’s conveniently located to our house. The facility is always clean and the dumpster is never over filled. Chantel & Michael always greet us professionally and with a welcoming smile. The gates and elevator are always working. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Shantel is a great lady and all. Unfortunately my unit was broken into . The insurance doesn’t cover everything that you have lost! I heard other units are being burglarized and The Owner still won’t notify everybody renting from them or to check their units more often. Who ever broke into mine did it very professionally, because it wasn’t until I open my gate that I notice my special needs Daughter s medical emergency equipment been missing and all my husbands working tools gone. Be aware of how much insurance and make sure you keep at home your most valuable items.

It was 5 minutes to close at your location 11325 Westpark Dr. Houston ,Texas 77082 The door was lock do to the COVID-19 when i arrived. i was bumped because I really needed a storage unit., and figured I was late do to closing time. To my surprise this young gentleman Michael Taylor came and unlocked the door asking me if there was something he could assist me with. I said I know your closing is there anyway I can get a storage unit last minute. He smiled and said what size are you looking for. I said I am not sure, knowing he probable wanted to go home and be with his family. We all know those last minute shoppers that hold us up, and I was "that guy." .Michael took his time and explained the different sizes and move in specials. Being in customer service myself, I was very impressed with his style of service. Especially five minute to close. Michael showed me a couple of units do to me being indecisive on what size I actually needed. We did a whole lap of the facility. I went with a 10x15 unit and was very pleased. Michael went over all the guide lines of operations, and explained it thoroughly. To sum up my experience was nothing other than exceptional. My small business is growing and I can only hope to find people like him. I am not sure how many months I will be with Cube smart, but i can tell you this, I will only rent from you guys. I bit more of a drive but worth it. At one point they caught some people who were going around breaking in peoples units and stealing things ... Mine was one that was broke in ...and they had transferred alot of my belongings into a unit they had purchased for theft. If it wasn't for Mike and Chantelle...Chantel...? .. ??????? awareness and diligence ... They would have made off with alot more of people's things. They stopped them immediately after they realized what was going on and contacted me. If Cubesmart had a Justice League ... No, they suck ..if Cubesmart had a All-star Team They would be 1st Picks!

Terminated without talking to us. We called the next day after i received her voicemail but Michael said she was at lunch He will give her the message that we called when she gets back from lunch. Since she did not return our call that day we assumed everthing was ok. Then 3 days later we get an email that they are terminating our storage rental. Her excuse was she called and the number was disconnected but she left a voicemail, which was received by us that is why we returned the call the next day. Then her next excuse was Michael never gave her the message Saturday. Either way she handled it still was not right within those three days to make the decision to terminate us she could have called the number again that she left the voicemail on to speak to someone and say hey because of xyz we have to terminate, not just send a blind email. I am not in a business where i have to check my emails numerous times a day, but thank God i did. We would have lost all of our stuff because she terminated the same day she sent the email. Thank God again we had the money to get a u-haul the next day.

I recommend you to store here is a month to month plan and it has affordable pricing and great costumer service. I would suggest for you to talk to your renters insurance to see if you are covered in outside premises such as a storage unit to save great money, if you need help you can ask staff members. Staff members try to help you answer question adequately and also if they do not know the answer to it they do everything they can to help. Went shopping around for climate controlled storage and out of the 3 that I had gotten quotes for, this place had a special of one month free, saved not only money but stress! The monthly rate is reasonable but of course who WANTS to spend money to store stuff lol! I was greeted by Briana who just started Employment with cube smart 4 days ago and was amazed how well she performed in helping with all our needs within a timely manner! Thank you!

Chantelle was very accommodating and extremely helpful during my move. I called her up on Saturday, she agreed to come in 3 hrs before the location opened on Sunday so I could sign the agreement and get my things in storage on Sunday morning!! That’s excellent customer service!!! I’m so grateful to Chantelle for making a stressful situation go so smoothly.

So far I have had a great experience with CubeSmart. I made a mistake when reserving my unit, and the customer service team called me back promptly and cleared things up at no extra cost to me. Move in was easy and I got tons of space for my money. Definitely recommend!
