Mr Dennis he broke down how much can fit in the storage he also gave great tips on how to play stackables I like this. He gave different tips on how to put the stuff in the storage in a space that is small and condensed that's can save you a lot of money and he was very respectful.

(Sketchy looking location) And cheaper than Public Storage. This unit was even climate control. Public Storage was outside unit and way higher.

No ill intent on manager in office. The gentleman was super helpful!! I give Dennis 100 STARS!! Phenomenal employee!! However, this location has MICE AND RATS!!! I was going to rent a storage here, but when i was going to see the storage space, there was a rat , dead in front of the unit. Immediatly, i turned away the space. I WILL NOT TAKE A CHANCE AT RATS GETTING INTO MY UNIT. if your going to rent at this location, BEWARE!!! This location has AN ONGOING PROBLEM!!! Rent at ur own risk!!! I went elsewhere after seeing the dead rat. Dead OR ALIVE, i dont do rats or mice!! Let alone roaches!! Runnnnnn if i was u!!!

Came to cube smart on rankin rd in search of something quick and fast and I was greeted by a coworker named Micah she was very helpful and efficient she first informed me of the promotion deals that were active during the time and briefly toured my unit while also explaining to me the details/ terms and conditions of the storage unit including the sizing of the unit , monthly fees , and insurance protection plans ... the whole process took 10-15 mins in and out highly recommended .

Customer service definitely needs improvement. The property employees are extremely rude and not very knowledgeable about their job. I was told I had to vacate my unit by 5 oclock but the property stays open until 10pm. Not only that, the rep eluded to not being able to verify what time I vacated the property and there are cameras. Additionally, I vacated the premises on 08/20 with an expected move out date of 08/25 and paid thru 08/25. When I returned 08/22 to sweep clean my unit, it was locked. They also have rats at this location & I have video to prove it!

I've been storing my things here for almost 2 years now and I have never been disappointed with the services they provide. Dennis, in my opinion, has been on top of every problem or question or concern I may have and had always made sure that if there are any changes I was well aware of it. I've also had the pleasure of speaking with Micha a couple of times and I can say, that being fairly new to Cube Smart, she's doing great. She too is on top of her job. She very helpful and attentive and resourceful, so if there's a way she can help you with storage needs she will. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else.

I been at this storage for years. Every year they want to increase your storage by 75.00. When Stor-it manage it there was not this issue. I don't see any fancy improvements. I was told that when they don't have my size they jack up the price to FORCE you to move. They short on 10×30 so they try and go up 75.00 or more a year.Then they proclaim that a 10x30 is $519.00 a month mrkt price.Dont be showing me what they pay in other states this is Houston.Storages in this area for climate control is about $285 to $310 a month. They are not $379. How do you raise someo e $303 to$379. My question is WHAT IS MY 1 STORAGE GONE DO WHEN IT IS FILLED BY SOMEONE IF YOU STILL SHORT? *****Watch out when you rent from them they will get you if they need your size unit!*** In reply I definitely will email you it's not feeling that way it's all fact. I never expected anything for life apartment's also do increase but they donot increase they tenants 70.00 morea year without improvement to there property and there has not been any here as of today's date!

I originally had an appointment with PUBLIC STORAGE on Ella and the doors were locked and no one was there. I waited about 20 mins and even called the customer service line who connected me 3 times to the store managers “direct” number and no answer. Mind you I came 45 mins away plus I’m originally from New York so I’m not familiar with the area. I decided to go to another public storage nearby and same thing, no one was there. So I googled near by storage places and found this location and was more than happy that I did bc the manager Dennis was very funny, polite, professional, descriptive, and efficient. I also noticed he cared about everyone ones safety practicing social distancing allowing only ppl that came together inside at a time. When he showed me the unit there was a small mess but Ellis made sure it was cleaned it up right away! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a pleasant experience. We’ve been renting a unit here at Cube Smart for over a year and our experience has been that this place is always kept very clean and secure. The personnel are very amiable and considerate. We wanted an additional storage space and spoke with Dennis. He worked miracles and got us the unit we wanted. It worked out beautifully because of Cube Smart policies to achieve customer satisfaction and Dennis’ hard work. Was something of a nightmare in getting a unit reserved. Talked with (via telephone) staff member and he said he entered everything in computer, then he sent me verification via phone and email, this was Friday. Called back next Day and talked to same fellow and he said he had tried to call me and could not get an answer so he cancelled. Said that was normal SOP. Then he reinstated request for unit. Told me who would be working Sunday and everything was a go. Arrived Sunday, employee told me the could not find order as they had several different systems. He did discover previous entry and said it was not in right system. By this time I was ready to spit. Both gentlemen seemed ready to assist but were confounded by the system CubeSmart uses to do their business. I was not impressed. I was also dismayed by the $24.00 Admin. fee and the monthly $12.00 insurance charge. It is my understanding that this is policy with most public stge units. I am not interested in insuring contents, if It is destroyed that should be my choice not theirs. Unit was clean but had damage to slide lock latch on pull-up door.

This location is simply AWESOME! Lashanda is AMAZING! I went to this location after being affected by Hurricane Harvey and losing most of my belongings. The items I was able to keep and salvage, I put at this location. She was very patient and attentive with answering all of my questions about the property, contract, and prices. She has also been very empathetic to my circumstances during this difficult time, and has gone above and beyond to ensure I keep my belongings and have a good customer experience. All of their staff have exceptional customer service, and every time I go inside for payments or questions, it is always very clean & they acknowledge you right away. The property is always well kept outside as well. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone seeking to rent a storage unit????

I completely forgot the hours of operation due to Hurricane Harvey and I was moving from my 3 bedroom townhome however the manager of the store reached out to me since she saw my request for a storage unit. The manager went beyond her responsibilities since the storage was closing within 10 mins and she waited for me and was extremely KIND and SO PATIENT. She definitely demonstrated EXCELLENCE CUSTOMER SERVICE and helped me and my 2 kids tremendously by reaching out to me; many people would not have done that and for this I'm forever GRATEFUL for the Manager at store #6175 LuShondra Joseph.

Several months after Cubesmart bought out and took over the previous company, the rate for my storage unit increased 24%. I've never been late on rent and have had unit at that location for years and years. Well, I'm moving. Not a smart business move by Cubesmart: continue to have and keep a long standing conscientious patron, or have a vacancy. I would not recommend anyone there.

It was ok at first, then 3-days later when I change my mind about wanting it, I was told by the manager that they DONT DO REFUNDS. Then he goes on to say that, if he did it would be a time consuming process . Then I ask him, "Why I could not get a refund is it that you Can't give me one or is it that you don't want too!
