Terrible service and multiple doors and elevators are inoperable for months. They also have only two carts for the entire complex. Contacting better business bureau as the article is absolutely terrible. If not corrected will spend the money to relocate. With all of this they had the audacity to increase rates recently.

Update: I initially gave a 5 star review for Trina and Aj, at the Bellaire Blvd TX location, who said they would resolve my issues promptly and gave an expectation as to when I would hear back from management. It is well over that time frame and although I have called and emailed the one email I could find, I still haven’t heard back, and my issue remains unresolved. The staff was extremely polite when I came in initially so 2 stars remain but the main issue hasn’t been resolved. I will update if and when it finally is.

Absolutely the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to storage. They do not care about their customers, most of the employees are absolutely awful. I’ve been using them for storage for a little over a year now and the prices have almost doubled for no reason. Poor management has cost me hundreds of $$$ in returned packages, flooding in my storage unit, I could go on for days. FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS TO DO BUSINESS WITH BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS NOT IT.

Wow. I am shocked at the price gauging at this location. For four months I rented here at $105 monthly then after my first few months it went up significantly to $179! Such a waste of time trying to move all my items back and forth. I asked them to keep my same rate and told me the regional manager Bryan needed to call me. He did call after over a week of phone tag and he didn’t even help $1. He wasn’t helpful to a customer like myself they referred MANY new customers to this location and have two units within this property. The staff on premise is very nice but the way they use the current cube smart renters and price gauge is unacceptable! I even showed them a photo of the prices online for the same size unit and it showed only a few dollar increase and they refused to match it. I wouldn’t rent here unless you’re going to be here short term. Anything more than the original 4 month agreement you’ll get a huge bill in the mail for renting your storage unit.

When exiting the facility, they refused to prorate the monthly rent, so while we are staying in for 7 more days, we have to pay the full month even though we gave them more than a month notice. Other facilities we’ve rented from always prorated the last month. Disappointing. Won’t use them again, this spoils our experience.

Friendly staff. However, SHADY business practices. ??EDIT in 2023: Beware that they increase rates quarterly (if not sooner). I signed up since it was a good deal as advertised. They treated this as an unspoken intro rate. Not sure if this behavior is isolated to this facility. You have been warned. Don't believe me? Look at the past review patterns. Most positive reviews speak about the initial customer onboarding experience. Several negative reviews mentioning the same thing as I am. They hope you are too lazy to move your stuff out or don't notice the rate changes over time. If I see this behavior change, I will remove negative review.??

Super easy to reserve a unit online, tons of locations with tons of availability. They offered discounted rates when I reserved my unit (significantly cheaper than my pods rental unit). The staff was very friendly and professional. They explained everything thoroughly, Jessica, the manager walked me to my unit, explained how to work the lock and access the facility. The unit itself was impeccably spotless, I was definitely impressed! Also included a fun souvenir with my welcome kit. Received follow up phone call from Ken later that day assuring I had everything I needed. Excellent customer service yall!

I love it!! It is very clean and staff is great. I've had my items here stored for a while already. When I come back to get some random items, I am surprised that I don't see any spiders, bugs, etc. There's always carts available, and staff are very alert and monitor ins and outs at all times. CubeSmart made my 2 day move run as smoothly as possible! Thanks to Donna, I was able to get all moving supplies (all size boxes, tape, and wrapping materials) for around $100– which would have probably cost and been more of a hassle to get at your local Walmart. This was by far the easiest storage rental experience we have ever had! We said over and over throughout the day how easy, clean and impressive everything about this rental was! The lease took 15 minute to complete over the phone. I got to choose our own gate code - so I don’t have to go scrambling to find where it’s written down. I was treated with the utmost respect by Nesha, who also seemed very committed to insuring that I was able to rent the unit that would best fit my needs. I really appreciated the First Month Free and 15% discount that was applied, and I really love the convenience of my unit even though it is not climate-controlled. When I had questions later about my account and paying online, she once again was very helpful. One thing though . . . I could not figure out how to pay online without using a credit card and it was my understanding that I could do that. Anyway, I just went ahead and used a credit card.

The place is new, clean an conveniently located. However, we have had some TERRIBLE customer service - specifically with follow through. We wanted to book 2 years in advance. Something got messed up on their end, not allowing us to take advantage of the extra month (pay ahead 12 and get the 13 month free X2). This was back in April - we moved everything in as they instructed us to and would figure it out. My husband and I had to call, go up there multiple times or call. Every time ended with "we will give you a call." NEVER EVER received a call - we would give it 2 or 3 days, then call or return again SEVEN DIFFERENT TIMES! No manager ever reached out to us, no one ever said they were sorry, no one ever tried to make it right for their error and/or our inconvenience. So just double check the dates you are registering for before signing on the dotted line.

Jasmine Cole was very informative, she went over all the details of the storage unit. She was very cheerful and quick with the set up of my account. She is a great asset to the company. The unit was adequate for what I needed and convenient to access. The plus is it is climate controlled so no more chemicals to use for the humidity like other units.
