Do not rent a parking space from this facility. Apparently cars have been vandalized regularly at this facility. Beware of the insurance they make you get. I covers nothing. They tell you there are camera servallence but there isn't. Someone in the neighborhood knows this. No apology from the main guy Tom and he was not helpful at all. He actually acted like the vandalusm was my fault but wanted to act concern after iI told him I was moving out. Tom and Cube smart assumes no responsibility for anything. Steven was as helpful as he could be. Thanks Steven. Tom is nice, friendly and helpful when youbare renting. Dont have a problem, that other personality will show up on you. From the call center representative to the gentleman at the front desk of the brick & mortar, Mr. Tom, the service was top tier and excellent. The crews on site are fantastic. The company is not. They bait and jack up the rates per month often with no choice to you. They state you are on a month to month basis. They told me When I took the units that my rates should not increase more than 10 to 25 dollars per year. Try 30 to 40 dollars every 6 months. I’m done with these folks. Will move out soon.

Move in is a smooth transition and customer service was fine as well. RENTER BEWARE OF INTRODUCTORY RATE. Unfortunately, within the first year I've had 2 price mark ups. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you pay for your unit pricing in advance to hold off drastic price jumps. Also in house customers service agents informed me they don't have authority to make any changes and claim that upper management is unwilling to make any adjustments.

Tom OMG! One of the sweetest, most helpful, straight forward and efficient human beings my husband and I have ever met. Tom made our moving transition so smooth. The staff here are really nice. The woman who helped me continued to have a positive and friendly attitude even as a rain storm came down on us. I did an online reservation. It was supposed to be contactless, but the confirmation email doesn't explain which order to enter in the multiple access codes. It wasn't a big issue though, I just walked in the office to get help.

I've used cube smart a few times over the years and the specials at the time were great and the customer service on 2234,/Mahardy Rd was wonderful. I can't think of her name right name but she's always been kind and helpful. The price kept going up every 6 months , I no longer had the special so hot a storage close to me cheaper and a lil more space.
