I went in there today to complete my reservation, Donyelle was very helpful and informative. She was clear and upfront about everything, made sure I understood the pricing and property rules before completing the transaction. On the other hand the operator that I originally spoke to gave me misleading information and left me with the assumption that I was paying a certain price but Donyelle gave me options and helped me find a solution.

We have been using this storage facility for at least 3 years. I have called the other day and a gentleman named Scott answered. He was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond helping answer some questions I had regarding our unit. He actually went down to the unit and called me back in a timely manner with answers. I have called here and there for things that didn’t require them to get up and look and it was a nightmare but this guy smoothed it over for everyone. Cubesmart is lucky to have Scott.

I have had a storage unit here since 2016 before they were bought out by CubeSmart. And even though the transition was rough bc the rates have gone up a lot and the staff wasn’t nearly as good as it was before. But I will say that for the last 2 years that Donyelle has been there things have increased tremendously! She is always very nice and very perceptive to any of your concerns and will address any issues that arise whether it is needed maintenance, security issues, or some of the new bad tenants. Some people will get upset bc she is not always in the office. But every time I found that she is not in the office I have always been able to find her out in the complex addressing issues and I have even seen her out picking up trash all by herself. Which many people before her never did. Personally I think she needs a promotion but at the same time I don’t want to loose her bc I feel that my unit and some of my prized possessions are much safer with her being there.

I have rented a unit here starting in April. In the last 6 months my rate has gone up twice. Started at $163 now its $214 and all they can say is rates go up!!! You're not reasonable and not worth it!!

Renting from here is an easy choice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Kat did an amazing job of getting me in to 2 units affordable and easily. The units have high ceilings so there is plenty of vertical space and space between units is big enough to easily back a 25ft trailer in to storage. The 120v outlets inside the unit is a nice bonus too.

climate control means the ac is on 80 degrees in a hot metal box, but no outlets for a fan, motion sensors let you work for 10 minutes before it goes pitch black so you have to walk back to the entrance to turn them on. I hate this place. I’m leaving asap.

Ugh .. I have to change my rating again for this cube smart. I am furious this morning. They have locked my unit out when I am completely current on my payments. As a result I have a customer whom I am going to have to refund this morning. This is insulting that after 2 years of having 4 units at this facility they want to play games. Management has changed recently and as a result the customer service has gone way downhill. i will be moving my business out of this facility.

Good - You had help and assistance on the premises. Ease access to the storage unit Bad - our unit was broken into thru the hall attic many small things were taken. The MUST have insurance you charge is worthless and i feel a ripoff to line your pockets. Our home owners insurance covered everything unfortunately you would not accept this when moving in. Recommend - the MUST have insurance optional if individuals have homers owners.

Went here for a friend, several times. No one had been in office any but the last time. She had talked with the manager about it and gave her a copy of her driver's license my name ,.. saying that would suffice. It was a cut off lock into a unit that was in good standing until it sold to cubeSmart. Never sent her any bills or correspondence, but no cc charges. The phone number to the business goes straight to vm. It's ridiculous. Today 6/29... trying to get things done before the 1st another months payment I got there at 3:46. A note saying will return at 4:10 in the window. The tint is so dark the phone camera sees itself..... I waited. I went in, spoke to a lady. She said the auction lock.. red tag.... she sees the bill is paid .. in Full!!! I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with, she's the GM and wont do anything that would get her fired. But my friend is out of town. And will be for some time. The item in the unit is being donated. Personal items as far as identity theft could occur if items are left in the vehicle.

This was a such great facility for so many years with great prices and a even a greater staff that knew you by name and would take care of any of your issues and actually return your calls for the last 10 years until they got bought out by Cube Smart. But now even tho they are very nice in the office they will never follow up on anything they promise to. And to top it off if you try to make a complaint to there upper Management they will not even answer your calls or call you back after multiple calls. Yet they keep increasing there rates.

I was not impressed by the facility. The climate controlled unit's air conditioner went out a few times and it took a while (several days) before it was repaired. The ac unit also leaked into my unit. The management needs to walk the hallways and check the facility more often. When we spoke to the area manager about our climate controlled unit, he was not very helpful. The parking lot is also in disrepair.

Hi, my name is Stacey, my friends call me Ryan. I have been working in my industry, that has brought me to the doorstep of storage facilities…. I have been with ExtraSpace Storage for 2 years, I have 3 lockers in Copperfield, 1 locker in EaDo, at another ExtraSpace location. I was expanding, trying to get out to Katy, for a new market. I went to Loan Star Storage. Those people put me thru so much, beginning with the free truck, that the billed me $2,300 for. Trespassing on private property. Fraudulently trying to charge my credit card, when not authorized. And lastly, posing as me and filing a claim on my insurance, that I knew nothing about. Sheer tyrants. I stumbled upon CubeSmart storage in spring, and I was expecting to be let down. But each and every day I get to see Kats (location general manager) happy and smiling face, I am reminded that there still are beautiful people in world. One of my three storage units flooded often and all of my personal items and documents within the largest unit were unsalvageable at great loss & expense to me. Trash removal bends are not provided. Increase cost in rental agreement came in an untimely manner, once from prior owners, then again from Cubesmart.
