This is a non climate controlled facility. The warehouse has musky mildew odor, and the unites are locked with a flimsy slide lock clasp. I tightened the screws to the door jam. The managers at this facility are helpful and a pleasure to work with.

My unit has been broken into twice this year. Then they had the nerve to go up on the price of my unit without even notifying me they were going to up the price on my unit. I have nothing bad to say about the staff because they were nice. But the security of the units are not secure at all. They claimed to have changed the code to our doors and somehow I guessed and the door opened?? mind you they didn't email us that they had changed the door codes.

This storage facility is horrible. They have roaches everywhere. They did not properly fumigate the place when asked. When confronted about the issue they were very impolite. There was water leaking into the storage unit that damaged the stuff that was there.

Summary: DO NOT leave your things here if you don’t want mold, roaches, and damaged furniture (see pics below) Details So I just moved out, and safe to say this was the WORST storage experience I have experienced 1. Mold all over boxes 2. Roaches in my Couch and other boxes 3. Wet floors damaging my furniture 4. EXTREMELY RUDE STORE MANAGER and STAFF (She literally screamed at me and locked me in the storage facility because they couldn’t dispose of my roach infested couch) 5. The mental drain I experienced was worse that I could ever imagine

Employees gone for the day and not to be back til Monday. Huge inconvenience that is costing me money and guess what? I’m gonna be out of town on Monday for two weeks. Very unhappy.

Know what you're getting into, because once you're moved in, CubeSmart figures they got you. Got a good starting rate? Good for you, especially if you know you won't need your storage long. However think twice if this is a long term deal because you will be 'bleeding' money after a few years. Just had my 2nd rate increase. This time from $256 increased to $312. That's 22% at once !? I guess you really want me out right?

Customer service 5/5 - Ms. Elisa was very warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices 5/5 - Storage is expensive these days but cube smart has competitive rates. Unit quality 3/5 - kind of dingy with a smell of mildew in the indoor units. Would recommend CubeSmart take steps to dehumidify to prevent issues as most of their indoor walls are wood with no little if any climate control. Overall 4/5 and look forward to using their services.

NO STARS. You can only post if you rate them with a star! Do NOT rent from CubeSmart. They will raise your rent double sometimes triple from when you first rent with them. I was not even with them for a year and my rent was $39 move in no special. Then 2 months later $61 then 3 months later $91. DO NOT RENT unless you have holes in your pocket to pay them.

It's called Good Spot storge now and No one is never there, went there twice finally someone is here. I paid for a storage and couldn't get in b/c they didn't take there lock off the unit and no one was there to let me in, so i was forced to find some where else to put my things.
