Laura and shay has been wonderful. They both are super friendly and nice. They both have helped me tremendously. Laura has been amazing helping me get another unit here . This storage facility has been clean every time I go. There is always dolly's by my door entrance which maybe just luck but again I enjoy i don't have to hunt them down. One time there was something leaking from another unit. I told shay and she immediately mop it up for me . So I would not trip carrying in my stuff to my unit. Overall I rate this unit 5 stars and would recommend anyone to this unit. They also have gates around the facility and cameras which is comforting as well. .

If I could leave zero stars I would. This cube smart steals from people who fall behind on payments. Me and my wife got a storage unit and fell behind on payments. Of course, after 2 months of non-payment our things were auctioned off. We had no problem with it being auctioned cause we knew that we should have been making the payments. The day after the auction we called to see how much we owed still or how much we would be reimbursed. We had several thousands of dollars worth of things in the unit. ie: tvs, new washer and dryer sofas a safe salon equipment a new Samsung refrigerator etc. we were told that they couldn’t disclose how much the unit sold for by one of the property managers. We understood and just asked was it more or less than what we owed, so we would know if we should expect a check cause our address had changed. She sad clearly it was more and to expect a check. The property manager then helped us update the mailing info so the check would come to the right address. A couple weeks later we call for an update to be told that we aren’t receiving a check, we now owe them money. So we reach out for understanding and ask how this could be. We owed $600 and there was well over $10,000 worth of things in the unit. I understand that auctions don’t go how we see them on tv all the time but this unit was visibly worth thousands. So we were told to wait until a district manager reached out to us cause the information on their side had “changed”. We got the call and the district manager approached us with a lawyer mindset. Saying they did everything they legally had to and don’t have to tell us anything further. We were told that the unit auctioned for $480. And some how magically we don’t owe them and they don’t owe us anything. This business is very shady. Now I wish we took everything out before the auction date. I do not recommend renting a unit here.

Very unhappy, they power washed the building at the beginning of the year & all that water entered my storage, causing mold. A week later they broke into several storages & supposedly they have no working cameras. If you ask me I think it was an in-house job..

I have been here for 2 years and love the office staff. Mrs Vicky has always gone above and beyond to make sure my rent is correct and the unit is always pest free. She has even brought me a bottle of water on the very hot august days that I was melting inside of my unit working. That’s GREAT customer service. I am happy knowing my property is protected.

The manager (maybe owner) at this facility is the most professional and super friendly! The property is very clean and orderly. Moving in and out was simple. Before you bring a large truck (>15’) call her and she will open a side gate to allow larger truck access in a more convenient way! If you have a larger truck and your unit is not on the main entry row, your truck will NOT FIT down the lanes unless the manager opens the side gate for you. She’s super happy to help, so just make sure you move in/out during her office hours if you have a larger truck.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. HAD 2 UNITS THERE. DM KICKED ME OUT BECAUSE I PUSH MY TRUCK INTO MY OUTSIDE UNIT FOR 1 NIGHT BECAUSE A PART WAS STOLEN OFF OF MY TRUCK WHEN IT WAS OUTSIDE. DM TOOK A PICTURE OF ME OFF FACEBOOK AND SHOWED IT TO HIS MANAGER AND HAD HER WRITE ME UP TO LEAVE WITH NO WARNINGS OR EVEN TALKING TO ME. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. I EVEN HEARD THERE ARE PEOPLE LIVING IN UNITS THERE AND STUFF COMES UP MISSING ALL THE TIME IN ALL UNITS

we went to rent a storage at the branch located at 17635 W little york, houston tx 77084, where we were served by a woman who was the manager, she was very rude and violent to serve us, she yelled at us because we did not understand the operating instructions of the storage storage, unfortunately I had already signed the contract, but next month I will move to another place where they respect their customers, please do not allow them to treat you badly, you are paying for that service

Thoroughly detailed, impressively knowledgeable, and extremely comforting are a few traits, rarely found in today's society. The Climate control storage is not working and its been like that for months thats why im moving out i complained to Don she said that she did her part by reporting to the district manger she is always always helpful.nothing was done so I moved out to another storage company

Got my motorcycle towed awhile back, didn't appreciate how I wasn't really communicated that my time frame was ending even though I gave my phone number an email. I could've been just charged for the space and the facility would've made money instead of towing it.

Excellent Customer service. I utilized their facility for three years. I just. vacated the property on 06-25-2017. After all this time there were no critters or bugs or spider webs. Super friendly office staff, exceptionally clean and maintained grounds. . Absolutely worth the money to protect your possessions. THANK YOU BARKER CYPRESS STORAGE!!
