Yvonne is the best. She looks out for the people who rent storage units at this location. From the 1st time we spoke to her until the day we get moved in, this woman is the perfect person as a professional property manager. She was able to get a unit that supports our needs and time to get things situated without causing a problem. Location is not far so it's good to be within 5 minutes to get things needed for our business and on the road to a job site. Yes we recommend this on-site manager as well as location . Please avoid this place. They have a pest control issue and they do not get rid of the rats. Rats will pee, poop and you will have to throw away your stuff. Not worth it. You rather throw your stuff for once instead of paying for a storage because you are going to end up throwing the items any way. All they do to remediate the issue is putting those rats bait stations, which do not seem to be working. They got big big rats. Also the gate was broken into a few weeks ago and it is still open to every who want to come in. They have not fixed it

I am 7 year long renter and with the price going up which is very disappointing I was getting ready to close my account and move to another location that was right at my price that I had here but with the years of getting to know Yvonne and with all her help in regard to any questions, issues or concerns she has always been there answering and helping and genuinely caring about her customers. Not just me but i have witness these with other customers that she has had in her office. Can't find a lot of people who care about others like her. Her willingness to always go above and beyond to always make us feel we are important is the only reason I am willing to pay the extra money to continue to rent here. Not the case here, we were treated like new neighbors and she wanted to make us feel welcome. I rented a 10' truck to haul away items after a move on Memorial Day. This was the easiest, most efficient transaction. I appreciate the fact that I was able to chat with someone readily on a holiday. She was polite, and patient. I also like the fact that even though I stated more milage that I actually used, I was only charged the miles on the odometer. I would definitely recommend this location, and would gladly use them again without hesitation.

I took the truck and it was not full of gas. But when I fill it up after using it for 28.7 miles the gauge was not working and I end up filling up the truck without knowing how much I need to put in. So the lady at the front office said that they can not refund the money. Bad Experience
