Just moved to Katy less than a year ago and we found the perfect storage place. We have leased several storage places in the pass, however, Jonathan and Brandon made us feel very welcome. They to go out of their way to make their customers happy. They have helped me unload sometimes outside so the wife won't get hurt. Also, sometimes I honk and they know its me and they open the gate for me. Just super great customer service and because of Jonathan and Brandon we always try to pay ahead of time. We actually booked a storage at IStorage and drove to CubeSmart on accident. We walked in and Jonathan was so polite and nice, gave us directions to the other storage place. Jonathan and Brandon greeted me from the beginning with a great attitude and willing to help me. Brandon had to handle another previous customer, so Jonathan took care of me. I had an on-line reservation for a 5x10 climate controlled unit. I was scared that the unit may be a little bit small. Jonathan spent the time to walk me to each unit explaining the benefits and answering all my concerns / questions. I ended up with a 10x7.5 climate controlled unit which I feel will handle my needs. And if it doesn't, Jonathan stated just to let him know and he'll do his best to get me into a storage unit that will! Jonathan really went above and beyond to satisfy and I really appreciate it! Nice to get great customer service this day and age. I haven't rented or needed a storage unit for many years, nice to feel welcomed. Thanks Jonathan!

After some research, I found this Cubesmart location to be in the best location and by far in the best condition of anywhere in the Cinco Ranch vicinity. I had a great experience the other day at CubeSmart on Katy-Gaston Rd. My family and I were moving so we were moving a lot of our stuff to a new storage unit closer to our new apartment. I had a reservation at CubeSmart for a unit that once my wife and I ended up actually seeing, was too small. Brandon Gozalo was excellent. He was laid back, not pushy, and presented us with a couple different options. He clearly seemed like he had our best interests in mind with the different options. We ended up switching to a bigger unit and Brandon gave us what I think is an excellent deal. The facility is very nice, and he said that the GM lives on site so that is nice also. I am glad that I chose this CubeSmart location and dealt with Brandon.

I rented this storage to store my appliance and other stuff but the purpose was defeated because I could not get my appliance through the doors in the middle of the hallway. I wonder why they put those small doors in the middle of the hallway that reduces the width of the hallway. If you most rent please check to make sure that your property can fit through the doors in the hallway. I called the manager and sent him text messages on the day of my move in to inform him of the problem I was having but up till today I didn't get a call back.

Brandon was very professional and very personable. The whole process took less than an hour. The facility is very clean. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Excellent well run facility and we were especially impressed with the manager Jonathan which is why we chose to do business there. He is efficient and knows his business. If you need storage in the Cinco Ranch/Katy area this is a strong recommend. Clean, easy in and out and great management.
