DO NOT KEEP YOUR THINGS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO BE RUINED BY RATS. Also, the monthly fees were ok when I started but quickly grew to be completely unbearable and unreasonable. $200 per month for a 10ft storage unit? Give me a break. This is a scam, not a business. Also the unit was full of rat feces and rat urine and it STANK. My mattress and many boxes had to be thrown out because they were full of rat urine. It was a health hazard.

BE AWARE! If you enter the facility close to closing time you MUST exit before 10pm or you will be LOCKED INSIDE! 10:10pm I go to enter my code to exit the property and the gate will not open. I called every number I could find for cube smart and there were no options for after hours assistance. I had to call the non emergency police number to send someone to come unlock the gate using the emergency key.

I have been able to contact the person inchargd with this storage in Katy. Fm . I have traveled to get into my unit several times and have not been able to get in it. The lock I bought from them only worked a couple of times. It has been 3 times I gone here and no one is there. I called main number they tried helping me ‘ called to get someone to come out ‘ and the lady says she cannot go anything. That they close the place at 1 and it is her from another location going back and forth. She still did not help me cut the lock because she needed a witness to cut it off. Witness. What am I. ?? I could had signed a form and done. I want my storage opened. I pay every month and I should be respected on this. I need a confirmation ASAP about it had been dine and cut with another lock in it.

The 2 stars is for the nice amazing busy staff and the ease it was to get my things out of there before the second month. The AC in the units was off, we are having to switch units and the staff made it clear that when it is on- it’s set at 80 degrees F. In Texas! What’s the fricken point of “climate control”?!?! You pay extra for 80! 80! The deal they have advertised states "free" BUT they tack on fees SO it's like you pay every single month with an increasing price. F that- I only had my things in there for one month- way to not get long term or repeating business. Nevermind- 1 star for the lame response about getting help like my review wasn't read at all. They "fixed" the AC in the unit back to 80, but can't fix their company policies.

She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job, and paid attention to every little detail we need to know about the rental process. My experience of 10 years in CubeSmart was ongoingly extremely upsetting. The staff was annoyingly unprofessional frim regional on down. Rental rates continually increased with no notification. I have just moved out and am thinking of suing. Some of the items I put into storage are unfortunately missing.

Fantastic experience! We had an indoor unit and the temperature remained balanced. The AC wasn't working properly one time and it was fixed within a day. Horrible ethics at this place. My unit was broken into and no one from Cubesmart contacted me. They just put a new lock on. Even after posting a negative review and contacting customer service. Not one person in the company has tried to resolve the matter. These people are immoral and should be ashamed of themselves.

The walk that we bought from the storage that CubeSmart brand lock seized up on us and we went to the office with a new lock and they said you cannot get the lock cut unless you buy another one of their locks which is the lock that jammed up on us so we don't want to buy another one and since we're not going to buy another one the guy in there refused to get the lock cuts by the insurance that we bought to get it cut in the first place now we're heading to Home Depot to get a lock cutter because they're refusing and the first lady said that she would gladly cut it for us do not come here and do not buy their locks

Staff was super friendly. Facility is very clean. However we had a climate controlled unit and the facility keeps their climate controlled units set to 80 degrees. We found a comparable unit at a cheaper price that keeps their facility set at 75. Would still recommend this location if the above doesn’t bother you.

This location is clean and nice, however you will not get the actual size as listed online/or their signage. I'm short a few feet compared to the listed sizing. I understand a few inches, but not feet. Front desk was helpful, and showed me the other units. They are closer to the listed dimensions, but those were the indoor units are much more costly.

The facility is always clean and the staff does a great job of checking on things. Once they called me to tell me that they had noticed that the lock was not securely in place on my unit because I had not closed the latch completely before I put on the lock. I was able to come over to correct the situation right away. It was reassuring to know that they patrol the area and are on the lookout for things that are amiss.

This was such an easy and quick experience! I’m glad I chose CubeSmart off 1463. I was moving out of my apartment and realized I needed a storage unit ASAP. Melissa helped me on the phone and I was set up with a unit that was ready to go within 15 minutes! When I showed up with movers to unload my furniture, we realized we needed a larger unit. I went to the office and Melissa hustled to show me a bigger one, transfer the lease, and got me the keys so my movers wouldn’t have to wait. It was so painless and loved how friendly and helpful she was!

We became renters when this storage facility first opened under the original owners. They provided a military discount and and an additional amount off for paying 12 months upfront in advance. Cubesmart bought them out and they did not honor the agreement and raised the price over $50 in less than 2.5 years. Became more economically advantages for us to add decking in our attic and move our things out of the rented storage unit.

I really like this facility. It's always clean and in great shape. To my amazement, it didn't even flood during Harvey. The best part though is the staff. The manager, Christina, is always so nice and helpful, unlike the staff in some other facilities i have used in the past. I would higly recommend them to anyone in search of a top-notch storage facility.

The district manager Robert is incredibly rude and shady. They advertised 10 x 5 units when in fact they measure out 8 x 4. Wasted hundreds of dollars on a U-Haul rental and when I brought it up Robert claimed that he has another unit that he measured himself. I got there in same deal it was 8 x 4. So obviously he lied to me about measuring it himself or he's completely incompetent. It wasn't until I threatened to get a lawyer involved for false advertising that he decided to upgrade me to a unit 7 1/2 x 10 for the same price for a year. 4 months went by charging me the full rate. Many multiple attempts were made during this to remind him that the rates needed to be adjusted and the overcharge refunded. Blew me off every single time but the last when they finally got the rate right they ignored my request for the overcharge refund. Now they've adjusted the rates of the units after 6 months and I'm back in the same hole I was in the begin with. Absolutely hate this place. Completely dishonest, rude, greedy, careless, and inconsiderate. Don't make the mistake of giving your business to these people. They're a detriment to our society and deserve/need to be eliminated.

If I could give a no star rating I would. Put my things in storage waiting for completion of my new home. Door breaks on unit and we can’t open to get things out. Well, there goes the money spent on the u-haul. I am understanding at first as I know these things can happen. I am assured it will be fixed fast and I will be called so I can put the lock back on to secure my belongings. Flash forward 3 more weeks and still not fixed and I am told ‘oh, sorry I can’t give you a date on when it will be fixed’. .....SERIOUSLY!!! Oh, they had no problem taking my rent money!!!

I have had a unit at Storit @ Woodcreek since they opened. I moved out of town in 2017 and was going to move my storage to the city in Texas I currently live. I went in and spoke to the manager and let them know I would be moving. I had recently donated many of my belongings to Goodwill so I no longer needed a large unit. I told them I would still be coming to town often to visit and said if I was interested I could get a small storage unit with them. I did not really want to haul the storage contents to my new place so I got the smaller storage. I saved almost $70 month with the smaller unit over what I had been paying. They had a unit that was available only 4 doors down from the one I previously had. I was able to move the entire contents in a couple hours so I did not have to pay for 2 storage units. I not only saved money over what I would have paid in my new location but didn’t have to hassle with a small truck or van and moving it. Every employee at Storit @Woodcreek has always been so helpful and I will keep my belongings here. There was no problem with water either during Harvey, another plus..

We are out of town and are using the facilities to keep our things. The manager called shortly after we moved to let me know that the unit was not secure, we had neglected to lock it properly even though the lock was on the door. They worked with us and allowed me to ask a former neighbor to go over to the storage unit and properly close the unit. Our neighbor said the manager was very kind and drove him over to our unit to get the job done. I am very appreciative of Stor It for going out of the way to keep our belongings safe.

This storage unit is horrible! I've spent so much money on that unit over the last 3 years and pay top dollar yet I found a dead mouse and dead bugs in my unit. They just blame it on construction. I've gone there several times and it's been really hot as well which tells me they turn off the AC or barely have it cooler than outside. The managers have nothing but excuses and do not have their customers best interest. Also charged us to use the truck which is supposedly free. $60 for 4 miles. would avoid this place!

Did some research and found out this was a Greenspot drop-off. Sherry the property manager was very courteous and helpful. A great way to get rid of electronics that you no longer need the environmentally friendly way and it's free. A lot of other electronic recycling drop-offs charge a fee.

It's rare I feel compelled to leave a review but this place is honestly just the best. Its a super safe and secure facility, so clean I could eat off the floor, the hallways always have a fresh pleasant smell as if someone sprays room freshener down them daily, and the staff are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Every time I was moving in a big truckload they would run and get me cold water. I'm moving out in 2 weeks and I am actually trying to find excuses of why I need to use the storage longer.

Do Not Store Your Belongings at this location. The manager of the store, David is a real jerk. It's like going to the Tx Drivers Lic office. He treats you like your one big pain in the you know what. I've complained but he remains the manager. I'm stuck until I can clear this storage out. But you don't have too. Warning. The credit card payment process never works so monthly it takes about 20 minutes to get a live person to pay your monthly dues. Horrific!

We absolutely loved it! This was the best storage experience we have encountered. After we nearly got ripped off by another unnamed but orange storage facility in the area, Leslie at StorIt! @ Seven Meadows came to our rescue. She explained everything UPFRONT (crucial for storage facilities as some try to hide all their extra fees and requirements)... She worked well to ensure my husband and the movers had access to the gate and storage facility immediately upon their arrival. We were cutting it close because my husband had to be to work and I was ready to stop the clock on the movers. I'm so very thankful I was able to find this storage facility AND they had a coupon to save me on my first month's rent. They really try to work with you... What differentiates each is the owner, their attitude toward clients and extra services. Of these, client treatment ranks highest for me and Tammi was the best. For extra services, I like the option to utilize their truck at a reasonable cost, something the others weren't willing to do.

The customer service at this location was excellent. When we first tried to enter the facility our code wasn't working and it was after hours. With a truck full of stuff we were not sure what to do, but then the office manager was present on site and was kind enough to let us in to unload our stuff. The facility was clean and prices were comparable to other storage facilities. Excellent choice for long or short term storage.

VERY clean and great security. I am very comfortable with my decision. Highly recommend if you want a clean, climate controlled, safe storage spot with great ownership.
