Miss Karen was an absolute delight to deal with on my many occasions of being late! She made the price hikes tolerable, or at least a little anyway. As for the company, the price hikes are extreme and often, and that sux. Especially when ur really in a pickle and have nowhere else to make ur crap! But, they do state that they can and will raise em, so that's on me. But it still sucked! But I do love Miss Karen at the Philomena location! She is amazing!

I rented 2 storage units and I am currently on the waiting list for unit with the office space at this facility. The 2 ladies who manage the office are awesome. They are very nice and professional. They communicate with you in a nice and courtesy tone. I definitely recommend this place. And the only reason why I left was because I needed larger space than what could be offered at the moment. Definitely excited about getting a storage space with an office.

Liliana or whatever her name is a joke. I was a potential customer and wanted to see about a unit, but she was so busy on her phone to even notice anyone needed help. When she looked up she had a snotty attitude like I bothered her day because I wanted to see a unit. I’ve had a unit there before and Karen helped me then. She’s amazing. But this Liliana woman needs to have a class in customer service. Rudest person I’ve met at this store. I took my business elsewhere because of this woman. She can’t be bothered to do her job then why is she even there? Bring Karen back to this location

Yes, I needed help due to my mistake, however, all the money I paid every month combined with everyone else’s surely was enough to pay a staff member to be there during the business hours they agreed to be there during the hours that were posted when I signed my agreement. Friendly staff, well kept property. I rented a 5x10 online but when I arrived to unload my stuff from another 5 x 10 at a different place I discovered that the unit was really more like 4 x 9 with much lower ceiling and there was no way my stuff would fit. Had to go elsewhere, paid for one month in advance which was a total loss. The "system" would not allow them to upgrade me to a larger unit. Don't rent without in person inspection first. I was able to find a true10 x 10 with high ceilings for same price but further away.

The process to get a parking spot was pretty easy. Good price compare with what I have around my house. The place is clean easy access. The only downside is the back part where you park your rig, is just dirt and really uneven pad, at least in the spot I got. But besides that everything is just good enough to keep business with the.

We were closing down our business and needed to store a large piece of equipment outdoors and there were absolutely no storage spaces available in Austin. CubeSmart Self Storage was not only very affordable and had storage space for us the same day, the manager was super-friendly and very professional. We fortunately sold the equipment about three weeks after we stored it at CubeSmart and closing out our account was as easy as establishing it. We have been using this location for our needs for the past 7 months after high praise from our friends, who also use this location. The facility is extremely clean and secure; Jeff and Moana do an excellent job at keeping everything organized. Unlike other area storage facilities, I have not seen much in the way of shady characters with uncontrolled access, or attempted thefts. As Kyle grows, this CubeSmart location is the best and safest bet for your storage needs!
