I had a great experience with this location. This facility was a good location for me. It was clean, affordable, and easy to access, and staff was always professional. I had two storage units in the climate contolled area and was here for about a year. It was perfect for my needs. I worked with Christina from the start to end, and each time I had a question, she was always very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and her excellent customer service was appreciated. **Update** As of this morning the district manager Ruben reached out and we were able to come to a resolution. Thanks for handling the situation in a professional manner. These situations do need better handling going down the ladder. We will continue to use your storage services and hope to have better expectations and experiences in the future. 8/20/24 Mike the "store manager" for CubeSmart in Kyle, TX is the worst manager I've ever had to deal with. Very unprofessional. Definitely not a good customer service representative yet some how the face of that location. I had a late payment on my unit. 1 day late might I add. And actually still within the grace period so if you want, technically not late. The fee was $102 and some change. He explained that the billing is every 30 days and that after the 6th day you get a late fee. Today is the last day of my grace period so my late fee shouldn't be until tomorrow. After asking for his manager he stated that there is nothing that could be done. That his manager would just agree. I don't mind if I have to pay a late fee from time to time but from a ten dollar late fee to a hundred is a bit excessive. And on top of that, this place is always broken. If it's not the front gate it's the back. Restroom I'm sure has asbestos. CubeSmart get help. Mind everyone this place has had class action lawsuits on them in the past.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. We have only rented this place for two months and our unit was broken into. The majority of our things were taken. The day we found out our stuff was stolen we noticed the different lock that was not ours on the door & it was unlocked & opened only to see everything valuable taken. My boyfriend went straight to management and they reacted very unprofessional and worried about the wrong things like how they had to go through the cameras like it was such an inconvenience & they tried to insinuate that we didn't close our unit correctly although we always double check by pulling the lock and the door handle at the bottom. They also told us that they check all the locks every morning and afternoon to make sure they are closed which is not true because then they would have seen the lock open. The Manager also tried to tell us that nobody has ever broken into a unit at this place although if you look below there were two more people with the same issue ALSO explaining how useless management was. I understand that they could only do so much but they definitely did not sympathize or make the situation better. Today I went by to pack up my unit since all my items were thrown everywhere and I was literally alone with my grandmother and I had to take a few stuff out to the hallway to be able pack up everything and an employee was harassing me by telling me to move my stuff out the way so people could walk through and I understood but I asked him to back away because I did not feel comfortable with him near my unit being able to see what I had stored in there. This man had no respect and continued to stay there and try to argue with me. I'm pretty sure customer service is part of his job duty and overall just have common courtesy to respect peoples boundaries. I shoved everything back in my unit and closed door to let him sweep once he was done I went back and took everything out and not even 5 minutes later he came back to tell me to move my stuff out that way that he didn't just tell me to move my things because he needed to sweep but because its's important to leave a walk way but didn't even give me an opportunity to adjust the things left in the hallway. MIND YOU nobody was trying to walk through I'm a decent enough person to move my stuff if people are actually trying to access their units but nobody was there. This man hovered over and stayed in the same area until me and my grandmother left. He was done sweeping and just keeping an eye on us like he was waiting to say something again. I believe that these employees have no respect/boundaries and just overall do not care for their job. There are no cameras inside the climate control buildings and I don't think they plan on adding any, For the longest they left the gate door open with no sense of urgency to get that fixed. I would not recommend renting here.

Great place to get your unit BROKEN INTO. Your belongings are not safe here and they do not have working cameras. Multiple reports of similar instances on their yelp reviews as well in the past 9 days.

Pay a premium rate and think your belongings are safe.. only to have your storage unit BROKEN INTO and your stuff STOLEN. Don’t worry there’s no working cameras to protect your belongings and the office will just tell you there’s nothing they can do about it. Even better they might try to tell you that maybe you just didn’t lock it when you left. We’ve used this unit two times literally and you’re telling me you think it was just left open? Then the thief turned around and relocked our unit with our same lock? This is an absolute joke of an attempt to get out of responsibility. I want to know who had access and how this could’ve happened conveniently while your one camera apparently isn’t working.

This has to be the worst storage company in Kyle Texas. The manager is completely incompetent and refuses to fix my problem or send me to someone that can. The rear gate is broken more than not, the front gate is always wide open, and the rates just increase without any notification. Do yourself a favor and find a better company to do business with.

Customer service is great process into getting a storage was also fast. I say less than 30 minutes for the tour and paperwork. Only thing that I didn’t quite understand was I signed up with CubeSmart October 2023, and just two months ago February and March rate went from $177 to $240 with no explanation. I had the storage unit for less than six months, which I never got notified on such as mail, phone, or email.

They don't have a good system for emergencies. It says we have access until 10 pm so I came at 8ish to get some stuff I needed from my storage. My gate, because it's so dry, rusty and old, won't close. I've put all my weight on it and tried different things to close it but it's stuck. I tried calling the manager several times and no response. I'm having to wait for a district manager, "who doesn't live nearby" to come and assist me. I'm so disappointed in them. I'm about to take all my stuff out tomorrow. What a disappointment in service and quality of storage. Oh, but they'll charge you full price and no prorating your rent at all!!! It's 10:02 pm and waiting...

Update 9/4/2022 I now pay 110 for the smallest unit. I am trying to get to Texas as fast as I can so I can move my stuff out of this storage prices are insane. I have been with the storage company for years. Ever since Cube smart took over the storage rent keeps going up. I am now paying almost $90 for one of the smallest units. I will be looking to rent elsewhere.

While storage units may be hard to find during these times, I was amazed how efficient, professional, honest, and easy it was to obtain a lease for a unit and move the items I needed into storage the same day. And, to top it they welcomed me with a new disc lock for my unit that was waiting inside the unit upon arrival with a welcome bag. Love, love, love this! ??

This place is great. Everything is kept super clean. Upon reservation staff contacts you to confirm and give you all the relevant info, which was really helpful. If you are in the area and need storage, I cannot recommend CubeSmart enough.

Easy to book online and pay for unit. Gives all info except full gate codes for entry. Just show up and unload into unit. Do wish you didnt have to purchase the $17.99 lock, some of us have had a unit before and already have a purchased lock that is exactly what is needed. Also little false advertising with half off first month, with all the fees that are added in it becomes actually more or same as paying full month price.

Corporate America at its worse. Advertise low rates and then tack on additional fees. They never heard of prorating. I want my bill due on the 1st each month so that I can pay at the same time as my other bills and not forget. They won't do that. I think they want you to forget so they can charge more fees. No grace period at all. I should have gone straight to U-haul. I once rented a unit from U-haul and the first month was free. Really Free. No admin fees. They didn't even take my credit card info until after the first month.

My husband, Jaime Reyna has been renting from this location for about for about six months and has had a nothing but praise for management and the general operations since he has been here, especially for the current manager Ms Karen Mills (he says Laurie was a sweetheart as well). Now we have a shared storage there and I have had the chance to do business with Karen and have found her to be friendly, helpful and proffesional. Thanks for a nice experience Karen and Cubesmart. This storage facility has great store managers. Steven and Christina are great. The location is great. The problem is with the extremely greedy Cubesmart corporation. They only care about their shareholders. If you rent here, do NOT go there at night time. Very, very poor lighting. ANY other facility in Kyle is much better. We have had paint flaking off our doors for several years. They have hired at least 3 bottom of the barrel painting companies in the last 7 years that I have been a tenant. This place is ghetto. They only care of profit at the expense of the customer. Very, VERY poorly run business. They constantly raise the rent. Your current rent is never enough. Tenants moving out are always telling me that they are leaving because of the rent is going up. Again, great 5 star store managers.

The storage units were kept clean and it was priced well. But what really sold me to use this location was the customer service. Melissa was very helpful and I felt like she knew was supposed to be there and not. Even when I would see her out and about in public she said hi. Let me feel like my valuables were taken care of. Moving Is always a stressful time, I experienced unfortunate experiences and terrible customer service throughout the entire move. I initially attempted to lease a storage with another company, which was a terrible mistake. The prices were extremely high, the rates changed every time I talked to a different associate, the customer service was extremely terrible and they double booked my storage. My experience at cubesmart was the COMPLETE opposite. Laurie was wonderful, had great customer service, made me feel comfortable, went above and beyond and even stayed after my shift to ensure I had all of my information and had no further questions. The climate controlled storage is well kept, easy to find, and there was also convenient moving equipment located in the unit as well. I also had a wonderful experience with the manager who was very calm, and understanding. The overall staff and this experience at cubesmart was wonderful, I will continue to lease here in the future and recommend this location to others

They charge you and extra fee to pay them online or over the phone, there was loose rat poison in my cube, and the customer service has been terrible both on the phone and in person. They're also way overpriced. I recommend going somewhere else.

My experience with Karen and Alyx was outstanding! They both know me by name and provide me with the best customer service. The process was easy and smooth with the ease of making payments online. We had some changes in our moving plans and had to rent an additional unit. Alex was able to provide us with a climate controlled unit and received 1/2 off first month rent. This was great since we only needed the storage for three days. They both were a positive part of our hectic moving experience!

My son and I decided to store his college items this year, he looked at all storages and found CubeSmart to be the cheapest. As we arrived to the office Karen and staff were very helpful and polite, best customer service I have received in awhile, Karen took us to make sure our storage was the right size we needed. All paperwork was done in a reasonable time and explained very thoroughly. I would recommend this storage facility to my family and friends. Thanks!!
