The staff members I've talked to were kind, patient and understanding. The CubeSmart method is pretty savvy in the storage unit world: It's especially easy to rent (the online process is quick and painless); easy to access your unit; and easy to pay the rent. I recently rented a good size climate controlled storage unit in the Lake Worth location. I couldn't be happier. The property is clean, secure and the manager was helpful and friendly. She had to show me how to open the door lock but I caught on quickly. She is outstanding. Highly recommend this storage.

great place to store your items. Wish there was mirrors at the "intersection" to see if cars are coming in between the units. Also the keypad to exit is little too close to gate which can make it tough to get out with out backing up. Also low for people in a truck...

Both ladies who rub this location are great. They respond fast to emails and are willing to answers a ton of questions. When I initially reserved online a couple years ago the price online and the price when I arrived at the facility was the same. I am Not a fan of price increases which no one is, but have only had one increase in 2 years and they send out notices about the increase plus it’s mentioned during sign up and in the sign up documents. However, I wish the climate controlled unit which costs more were actually climate controlled. No issues until the last several months and it’s so hot it makes me sick due to my health issues within a minute of being inside the unit. Inside a climate controlled unit shouldn’t be hotter than the outside temp in summertime.

Initial sign up was easy. I haven't had issues with payments being processed. The facility itself is kept clean, the gates are always working and I don't have to worry about my storage items. I know they are safe.

Unit was vandelized after a very strange call from employees. Inside climate unit broken into from the ceiling obvious dents in the wall, footprints left on the furniture & also broken in from the front door using THEIR lock!!!! Please NOTE other units in my building were also broken into as I spoke to fellow renters. Management did nothing to remedy situation or take responsibility. Feeling violated and frustrated over the entire situation. Everything in my unit was either destroyed or completely rummaged through, furniture even turned on its SIDE. Inside job for sure, DO NOT be fooled.

Wow! I just moved to the area and already reserved a storage unit here, I showed up at 4:45 to pick a key and sign the documents and I can’t believe the way I was treated. This lady first didn’t even greet me. She asked and I quote” why are you here” ? I told her, she said, well, I don’t care, you’ll have to come back tomorrow. I am about to close and I can’t work overtime. Now, I am in customer service as well myself and I can assure you, as long as we are open, we serve. This was not professional and I hope I hear from management. The lady there named Diane def needs a class or two in customer service skills. Very nasty lady.

I was given a totally different amount online and when I got to the storage place I was told it was an additional $33.00 more. I brought my own lock and was told I had to purchase one from them which I couldn't do so I was told I had to by the end of the week or I was going to charged for it anyway. The service is terrible and once I'm moved out of the storage unit if I ever need one again I will go back to.uhaul.

Over priced and bad customer service. They force additional fees ontop of any quoted price... also they told me that they’d pro rate any payments for how long the storage was used. I didn’t need one for a full month. When I canceled they denied pro rating. Terrible customer service.

The place is wonderful. Two ladies in office are always great. Prices go up slightly at 7 months. Not sure how often though but it's well worth it. Clean storage safe and secure. I would definately reccomend for anyone looking for storage long term or short.

Made online reservation with discounted price.... expect to walk in and pay way more! They add thier own lock and own insurance without option of buying yourself. So the online price is falsely given... it said 5x10 10% discount but i walked in and it turned into 75.00 mnthly and insurance and 12 for lock making my monthly total 109.00. Smh ppl these days

I've done business with this location of Cubesmart for years. I have never stored my belongings at such a location like this. This location is immaculate and very well maintained. This is the most private, secure, safe storage facility I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The even have an attendant in case of a real emergency. I feel perfectly safe when I'm there.
