The staff members I've talked to were kind, patient and understanding. The CubeSmart method is pretty savvy in the storage unit world: It's especially easy to rent (the online process is quick and painless); easy to access your unit; and easy to pay the rent. I recently rented a good size climate controlled storage unit in the Lake Worth location. I couldn't be happier. The property is clean, secure and the manager was helpful and friendly. She had to show me how to open the door lock but I caught on quickly. She is outstanding. Highly recommend this storage.

Both ladies who rub this location are great. They respond fast to emails and are willing to answers a ton of questions. When I initially reserved online a couple years ago the price online and the price when I arrived at the facility was the same. I am Not a fan of price increases which no one is, but have only had one increase in 2 years and they send out notices about the increase plus it’s mentioned during sign up and in the sign up documents. However, I wish the climate controlled unit which costs more were actually climate controlled. No issues until the last several months and it’s so hot it makes me sick due to my health issues within a minute of being inside the unit. Inside a climate controlled unit shouldn’t be hotter than the outside temp in summertime.

Initial sign up was easy. I haven't had issues with payments being processed. The facility itself is kept clean, the gates are always working and I don't have to worry about my storage items. I know they are safe.

Unit was vandelized after a very strange call from employees. Inside climate unit broken into from the ceiling obvious dents in the wall, footprints left on the furniture & also broken in from the front door using THEIR lock!!!! Please NOTE other units in my building were also broken into as I spoke to fellow renters. Management did nothing to remedy situation or take responsibility. Feeling violated and frustrated over the entire situation. Everything in my unit was either destroyed or completely rummaged through, furniture even turned on its SIDE. Inside job for sure, DO NOT be fooled.

Wow! I just moved to the area and already reserved a storage unit here, I showed up at 4:45 to pick a key and sign the documents and I can’t believe the way I was treated. This lady first didn’t even greet me. She asked and I quote” why are you here” ? I told her, she said, well, I don’t care, you’ll have to come back tomorrow. I am about to close and I can’t work overtime. Now, I am in customer service as well myself and I can assure you, as long as we are open, we serve. This was not professional and I hope I hear from management. The lady there named Diane def needs a class or two in customer service skills. Very nasty lady.

I was given a totally different amount online and when I got to the storage place I was told it was an additional $33.00 more. I brought my own lock and was told I had to purchase one from them which I couldn't do so I was told I had to by the end of the week or I was going to charged for it anyway. The service is terrible and once I'm moved out of the storage unit if I ever need one again I will go back to.uhaul.
