Worst experience we ever had with a storage facility. (1) Raised price 4 times in 2 years. (2) Unit flooded due to their fault (AC unit leaked in unit flooding the whole floor). Many items lost; boxes, family photos, documents, LP records, family bibles, books, toys. Management did nothing to compensate, and would not even give me replacement boxes, to replace the wet boxes, when first asked. They said we had to buy them! The worst part was finding dead baby rats in our boxes. Disgusting and smelly! We placed our trust in this company to keep our items safe, and in a temperature-controlled environment. They failed miserably. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Very inconvenient to get in and out of storage building. Codes have to be typed in every time you go in & out of building. Why is the gate code not enough? This is not convenient when hands are full of stuff, plus they just changed the keypads so now a yellow bumper is right in front of key pad making it even more difficult now and more numbers to type in. The dumpster on site is not useable for the customers; only staff. They charge you to use it. I also signed up for 1 free month and 40% off second month and that never happened. They don’t have a single dolly on site either. Called CS and that was useless. Lastly, the bathroom on site is always locked. I am in the process of finding a new storage facility' bc SMART is the wrong word to use currently.

Edit: 4/4/24: Ms. Donette called me because I emptied my unit day before and asked me if I'd like to cancel close my account. I really appreciated her doing that. Because they are constantly making sure everyone's things are ok. Also when I had worries about my stuff being ruined due to the rain. She told me about the protection plan that I had but was confident In how she spoke to me that I should have no worries. And she was right! Will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you to this team. ?? Quaint office. I messed up my order and Matt was amazingly patient. If I ever need storage I know to come here in the future. Make sure you get the deals online!

Absolutely recommend Cube Smart for all your storage needs. Rene went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before I moved my belongings to the facility. My move was a little chaotic as I had many moving parts going all at once so it was a relief when this moving part went smoothly. Reserving the unit was simple and Rene made sure I understood the process for move in as well as moving out and made herself more than available for any questions before, during, and after. Moving out was just as simple. I was aware of my payment date and what needed to be accomplished for the unit to be terminated. Best experience I've had with a storage facility in 40 years. I would say thats all due to Rene and her amazing customer service and dedication to her customers. Highly recommend!

First of all they couldn't even figure out which units were available and which were not. Sent us to a unit with a lock on the door - they cut the lock off and it was full of stuff. Then showed us an oversized one that we didn't get. They finally assigned us a space. We came back at 9:00pm with a big load of stuff, and of course, no one was in the office. We couldn't even get into the building with our storage unit because both doorknobs were torn off. You can hardly get them on the phone - they use the universal "covid-19 rubber stamp" as an excuse for their lack of customer service. A day later, still both knobs are missing, and they are are trying to fix it with packing tape.

When i got my things out of the storage just about all of it was completely ruined due to rodents! Rat dropping and pee EVERYWHERE, and to make matters worse insurance wont cover it! made holes in my couches and other furniture! I would not recommend this place take your things some place else!

Easily accessible location off Texas street, and the store manager Candiss is a delight! The discount rates are great, and the terms of the rental are clearly spelled out. Paperwork was quick and Candiss was even kind enough to show me the space I was renting (despite the blazing Texas heat) and make sure I knew how the lock worked, just in case. Very good experience.

I've had not one, but TWO, storage units with them for nearly a year and a half. I always paid on time. When my mother passed away I lost my job and got behind on bills... It took me a month before I got back to working. The manager called me to tell me my storage unit was going to be cleaned out soon and that she would only take a full payment for the 2 months plus late fees or else she was cleaning it out. This is PATHETIC. I'm sorry but every other storage place, electric company, landlord is more forgiving than that! Give me a payment plan, give me a break on late fees, DO SOMETHING to help me keep literally ALL MY THINGS.. But this lady did not want to help me. And for that reason I will NEVER recommend Cubesmart to anyone. They are not caring like other storage places.

I had problems with the overhead door on my storage facility. I needed quick access. Renee Hosey quickly took control and called a door repairman to come fix the door. The door was not able to be repaired immediately so Renee found another storage of equal size that I could quickly move into. GOOD JOB RENEE!!!! A 5 STAR PLUS EXPERIENCE..

This Storage facility is awesome! I was greeted by Stormy and she was very friendly and helpful. She got me all setup and ensured that I knew where the storage unit was located and that I could secure it until my belongings were delivered. When my belongings arrived I was assisted by Kiki and she made the moving in of my belongings very easy and helped the driver of the truck to park correctly by the building. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who wants to deal with an awesome staff and a clean well maintained facility.

A nice, slightly hidden storage place. The manager Kiki is really personable and knowledgeable. She showed me around the place and gave me lots of tips. They have nice prices, and everything is seems very secure. My particular unit is inside a locked building, behind a locked fence. Not to mention my own locks I put on the unit itself. This place has everything you need.

Find this place and rent. Service is great and it's the best deal in town. I looked everywhere and I selected it because it saved us almost $100.00 a month for the same size unit we had elsewere. Movers got all my stuff in the storage unit, it started raining and of course the roof was leaking all over my stuff. I could move to a new unit myself, which would take 2-3 more hours or I could pay the movers to stay and move everything. I just paid them to put my stuff in the unit assigned, so Cubesmart needs to take action. Four days later, roof still hasn't even been repaired. Manager was nice and courteous, but no solution. AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COST.

Two days ago I reserved a unit online. Yesterday the on-site manager(Ky'Shana) called me first thing in the morning like a true professional. After arriving I entered the office to receive a warm welcome. After explaining everything the manager showed me the unit. She was extremely courteous and very professional. Once we returned to the office we commenced to sign the contract via computer. The process took just a few minutes but we soon discovered her network was down. Ky'Shana waisted no time locating a printed contract which I happily signed. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I had to move out today. At first it was ok, not too expensive, very friendly, but things got worse as time went on. First they allowed some homeless lady to live out of her building with her dog. Her dog chased my car around the facility to my building. I shooed him away but he quickly came back and peed on the couch I had in storage. When I scolded him and tried to make him leave he jumped over a box and broke a light fixture. Two weeks later when I was there a strange man was wandering around. When I left he followed me. I even took random turns to see if he was actually following and he stayed right behind me. I drove an extra 10 mins and called the cops. When the officer got behind him to follow me home he took off. Last but not least we had to battle wasps. The was a softball sized nest at the storage door next to mine and three baseball sized others on the door around us as well as one of my doors. I called repeatedly I've a weeks time with no answer and finally had to call the help desk. They relayed the message and the lady I spoke to said she would get them down. Yet two days later they were still there and a week later there were even more. For someone with a child deathly allergic to wasps, its terrifying to bring him with me. As a single mom, I have no other option. I called with every single one of these incidents and no one ever answered. Finally today I gave up. I'll find somewhere safe. If the offer you a building at the back of the lot, just say no!! And don't expect any help from their staff unless you drive up and talk in person.

Ariel went above and beyond for me and my family over the 4th of July Weekend. On Sunday, July 2nd we were driving a Uhaul truck to Dallas and needed to unload a portion of our stuff at CubeSmart. We hadn't yet signed the lease and we were going to arrive at CubeSmart after their office closed. Ariel offered to stay 30 minutes late to make sure we were able to get in our storage unit. This act of great service was invaluable to us as we made our move to the great State of Texas. Thank you Ariel !!!

I lost my billfold on the property the other day. The manager, Candiss Hinson, found it when she did a last minute property check before going home. She called me and waited until I could get there to pick it up, even though it was after business hours and she should have been off work. You don;t often find that kind of customer service these days. I hope her employers realize what a great person they have working for them.

The items I stored were safe, the facility was always clean, I didn't see any rodents...my storage units didn't show signs of the presents of rodents or spiders...safety precautions were adhered to...you cannot get in the gate by "floating" through using the car in front of you and then "try" to use your code to get through the gate to get out...you will need to contact the on-site office and get their "okay" before the gate will open to let you leave. Yes, I liked the facility and Sarah Walker, general manager. She runs the show...and does a very good job!

Sarah, with cubesmart was awesome. VERY helpful with a fairly complicated move-in situation that involved multiple vehicles and individuals arriving sporadically. This place is kept very clean and I can't say enough good about the staff. I have several storage units here and will be moving some of my business from other locations here as well.

I work for a company that has been renting multiple units at CubeSmart for many years, and for the most part we have not had many issues. Recently, after a heavy rain, a leak in the roof caused the plastic sheeting on the ceiling to rip, and damaged multiple irreplaceable items in our unit. Things like this happen everywhere, so we weren't too upset (that is what insurance is for, of course) but in the wake of the incident there was a lot of miscommunication between the CubeSmart employees and my company. The CubeSmart employees also did not call us when updates were made and we had to reach out to them to learn what the next steps were in moving to an undamaged unit. When we did secure a new unit, a week later, we had to move everything by ourselves on company time without help from any CubeSmart employee, which was frustrating. We still trust CubeSmart to store our items, but this has been a negative experience for our company, and we believe it could have been handled better. Aside from this incident, the units are very secure, clean, and the climate control is wonderful, but we do have many instances of spiders making homes of our stored items.
