We've rented from other Cube smart locations before and always had a great experience. This location, however, is terrible. There is no manager onsite. We have not been able to return the locks they provided to get a refund. There are spiders in both of our units and they said it was our problem to deal with. We couldn't access our units for several days last week because the storm messed up the gate connection, but no one put a sign up or sent an email notifying us. We only figured it out after we drove all the way over there, and spent half an hour trying our code, and being on hold with the corporate people. Paying this much for storage and not being able to access it is unacceptable and we should get a partial refund. And lastly, due to heavy rain recently, one of our units leaked and all our expensive exercise equipment got wet and ruined. Three days later, no one has been by to fix the roof so we have to go get tarps to put over our stuff in case it rains again. The manager is totally unconcerned with this issue and the urgency in getting the roof fixed. We can't move units bc it would cost us hundreds of dollars of our own money for movers. Again. This is ridiculous and we can't wait to get out of here! Edited to add: I emailed customer service as suggested below and still have yet to receive a response.

They will jack up the price to double the amont of original rate. What you see in their website will double in a few months with no notice! They will sneak in $20-$30 a month. My items including a persian carpet was damaged by rodents in their storage and they simply refused to cover the damages. They had no problem charging you for the useless insurance they force you to buy. Attached are the photos of rodent attacks that were ignored by their insurance.

Reserving and paying for our unit was fast and easy online. The rate is great and everything we needed to access the unit was provided via email. We were able to quickly access our unit and unload our stuff without any hassles. I appreciate that we were able to reserve, pay and access storage without needing to go to an office during business hours and the ability to access our unit right away. The unit was clean and directions to access and lock up were very clear. We were impressed with this process and recommend CubeSmart Self Storage.

I have been renting a space at this facility for many years. It has been a wonderful experience as they have the best customer service of any storage facility I have ever used. They are responsive to my phone calls and also when I am on site and have any questions they always help me. Great place to store your stuff. Clean, spacious and secure. Never had to worry about my things stored there as I moved from Mesquite to Little Elm/Oak Point. Only thing I suggest changing is the key entry pad for getting into the facility. It's location now at the entrance to the road (423) is a bit dangerous, should be moved to the front of the office.

The storage unit we leased was very clean when we moved in. Even though we experienced some very hot and cold weather, the shed never seemed to get too hot or cold. It was not climate controlled. We got very good service from Zachary and Kricket, enjoyed visiting with them. The price of the lease was reasonable. After my mattress and bed frame were both ruined with mold, both the manager of the facility and insurance company called me to gather all information. after 2 weeks of the insurance doing an investigation, im happy to say i was reimbursed for the damages done to my property, and im now able to buy a new bed set :) I had an issue, and it was resolved in a fair outcome.

Wonderful people great customer service. Came across this place on my way to the U-Haul on university and Dallas North Tollway, decided to stop by and get a quote from them. Ms. Sherry and Ms. Eddie were both on top of their game with customer service and I was almost going to give them my business but due to my loyalty to U-Haul I decided to still go to U-Haul. On getting to U-Haul the manager Brian, instead of addressing the concerns that came up as a result of their false advertisement rudely chose to tell me I do not have to rent the their Units. you Damn right I don't have to..... so I left and came back to where my business was needed. These two ladies here in this location are great and would treat you as not only human but family. I am ever grateful to them.

Nice clean property. We got 2 spaces and both were clean and as advertised. There is not 24 hour access. I drove 200 miles and arrived 20 minutes after 10 so had to wait till morning. But I guess it help keeps place secure.

Updated Review: Well, it's been 6 years now since I've been a customer at this Cubesmart location in Little Elm and I'm still very pleased with the exceptional customer service and the cleanliness. Sometimes these storage facilities can get pretty dirty and critters can start coming into your unit but not at CubeSmart. Amy, the new manager, also went above and beyond to help reduce my yearly rate increase and she is the only one who was willing to work with me and help me out. Thanks Amy for focusing on your customer's needs! I appreciate it! July 2017 Sherry was great from start to finish! She got us a great price on the storage unit and 1st month was free. She was very friendly and helpful. The main office is really clean and so is the property! I highly recommend them. Make sure you ask for Sherry.

Tanner and Sherry are amazing. My first visit was with Tanner, and he and I talked about pricing and policies, use of the moving truck and insurance. I rented that day. The next day was the move where Tanner said I would meet Sherry. I had reserved the moving truck for the morning, and probably needed for only an hour. One of the best real bargains is the use of the truck. Sherry set me up with the truck and within ten minutes I was one my way. Sherry and Tanner are real professionals and know the business. I recommend them with an A+ and if I could give ten stars I would. You can't go wrong here

I came to Cube Smart in Little Elm as a last minute decision and they were just great! It was so last minute that I actually had the movers in the parking lot loaded with my furniture and I didn't have anywhere to put it yet! Thankfully it took Chelsea no time at all to get me into the right storage unit. The unit was great. Climate controlled, clean, and secure. Chelsea, the store manager was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this storage facility!

She was personable and extremely helpful in shuttling us through the sign-up and moving process. Although we were strangers she made us feel at home and at ease.
