Very easy to check prices, reserve a unit or in my case 2 units, check in and get my units. The whole process was very professional and user friendly. We rented here for a little over 2 years. If you are looking for a place that will keep your items safe and clean, this place is great for that. But I would only recommend short term rentals! During sign up we were told that rates would go up after about 6-months and if it was to much of a jump for us, we needed to call the office to negotiate pricing. We started at a little over 200, then it jumped for 260, then jumped to 350ish. You would think that if you are a long term paying customer, they would keep your rate locked in, or even do minimal changes. But no, they take advantage and charge you more, the longer you stay. I understand all pricing is dictated on the current markets, but there is no reason to charge someone more when they are a long-term customer that always pays on time. This location has friendly people, a clean facility and its the perfect place for storage needs. My only warning to those looking to rent is consider if you are going to be there long term, and if you are, look elsewhere. Hope this helps you!

I do not recommend this storage company by any means they overcharge you and when you bring it to their attention yet your closing at your unit they say they have no other choice but to keep that money because they have no way to refund you. they also do not give any days back if you’ve moved out before the end of your billing cycle, they keep that money, do not rent a storage unit from this company

Stay away. They are greedy crooks! Signed up just a few months ago. Our rent went from just about $100 to $150, and now another increase to $359. So in 4 months it went up twice and this last one is more than double. Management doesn’t care. Not to mention the doors rarely work, the carts are always missing. The AC in the climate control is usually out of service. There are other places around that are much better. Go there instead. Don’t give into the greed.

Was due out on Dec 27th. Called Dec 18th and asked to have one extra day to clean out unit. They said yes. The app and my number to gain access was turned off..and of course Noone was in the office..apparently they leave the property quite often ..they then called to collect their late fees etc.. so in the end..I was denied access to collect my things and clean. Stay away from this business. There are SO many reputable ones in the area.

This place will rob you dry. They doubled the price of my 5x5 unit in a year. It is now more expensive than the 5x10 I had in a Cubesmart in Carrollton. They never answer the phone, and they don’t answer emails either so good luck getting questions answered. If you’re paying extra for climate controlled, don’t, 50% of the time that section of units will not be climate controlled at all. In August my unit reached 90°. Go anywhere else and you’ll pay less money for a better service.

The EASIEST and FASTEST move-in experience ever! I secured the unit online and filled out the lease paperwork in the parking lot. I had purchased a lock and so I went inside the office to get the lock from Abi who explained it would be inside the unit. I, thinking no way could a storage facility make things so simple, repeated myself. Abi was so kind and patient as she explained that everything was ready and my lock would be there. Still concerned, we went to the unit, entered in the access code on the temp lock and sure enough, our lock was there in a paper bag with other useful information AND the unit was impeccably clean. We were delighted! When we saw Abi again, I apologized for asking so many questions and doubting her. We've had such awful experiences with storage units but this Cube Smart location is exemplary!!!

They increased my monthly rate by 20% overnight on my contract without notice.. There is a little place in the contract that allows them to do it. And.... they did it. They did it illegally in my case because there was no notice. I want to be crystal clear on that. They are still a company that enforces that part of the contract that most businesses know is bad optically to enforce. They can spit out contract all they want and I won't care anyway. It is a dishonest sales practice to say you are renting at one rate and to not even mention you will be raising rates mid contract. You want to rent a storage unit from here? If you rent from here you risk waking up with a higher fee than what you signed for. I have proof they are doing it and are doing it without notices going out.

Hello, I can only say the best things about the beautiful clean lighted, climate controlled cube storage units. The staff, especially Renee Hosen has helped welcoming me as well as Eddie, also in office. Renee is helpful, always willing to educate you or give you input about everything you ask about cube smart. She has walked me though several units and shared suggestions that haven't thought off. I can HIGHLY recommend it, I would DEFINITELY rent again and refer them to my friends. Renee is super friendly and goes out of her way to help. * I am editing my review I’m only giving them a 1 star because Eddie and John were so wonderful made my experience and changes painless. They answered all my questions. I don’t like the fact that I barely had my storage barely 5 months and the rate already increased, when I was told the rate was locked in. Will not recommend them or do business with them in the future. Also there customer service suck and there are no help just a waste of tax payers money. *

Renting a storage unit was an easy process. Made reservations online for the size unit I needed and from the time I arrived at the facility to finalize the rental process I was in and out within 20 minutes (including the time to go look at the unit). Great facility and wonderful staff!

Great customer service. We initially picked the wrong size storage unit and were forced to upsize out of necessity. The storage space was clean and ready for us to move in and had only been vacated a few hours before. Everything was explained well to help us not incur any additional late fees and to save money on the back end of the checkout process.

We stored our items at Cubesmart storage on sunflower dr for several months until our new home was ready. There were some issues but store manager Eddie stayed on top with helping us resolving the matter. It was misfortune that there was a leak in our unit which damaged our very expensive antique furnitures. Make sure to get insurance on your unit! We were advised to do so, and only thing I regret is not getting the best coverage. I am extremely sad that my furnitures got ruined but I give 5 stars for the customer service I received.

I can't say enough about how awesome the office staff and especially manager are here. Super friendly, super helpful, and they went above and beyond in making everything as easy as possible for me in my multiple move-ins. Facilities are all clean and nice, and I was especially surprised by the extra steps they take to ensure security and just routinely driving around the property to make sure everything is in order.

Wow we’re we treated well! We needed a covered space for our movtorhome while visiting family. I was told that it would only cost the office fee of about $25 since Cubesmart offered the first month free. I in dictated I only needed 3 weeks but was told the first month would still be free. The staff at the office were very friendly and helpful. Could’t Be happier.

When I started using this storage facility it was called Sunflower Storage. It has since been purchased by CubeSmart. The prices went up a little bit, but CubeSmart provided web access to view information about and manage the storage unit accounts. The service provided by the staff was excellent before and after the change. The facility and its units did not change. The access changed to require use of the entry code to exit. The climate control is adequate but a little dated. The lock sets on the doors to the hallways get in need of repair and stay that way a little longer than I would like. I think the facility is adequate and reasonably priced. The staff have bent over backwards to be helpful. I had to store 5 units of "stuff" when I moved here, and they helped get the units as close together as could be arranged. They have also been very accommodating as I have released units and swapped units. When releasing a unit you are supposed to sweep it. As I was preparing to release a unit, I kept the staff apprised of my plan and timing, and the manager swept the unit for me before I could. They also will provide nice rolling carts on request for moving stuff in and out.

Background story first. This is the 4th storage unit I have rented this 2016 year. Each served their purposes on my journey to update my house, sell it and move into another space. Since the spaces were very close in quality, let me tell you what set this place apart. I really liked the office staff. They have a friendly, easy to get thru process. I was first shown the most reasonable cost unit. It was a climate controlled unit inside. I was so impressed by the electronic doors to enter the building. I can't tell you how hard some of the other facilities were to use because of heavy fire doors. I was so amazed. What? A storage unit that doesn't' fight me just to move my stuff in and out? Amazing. I have a personal preference for units I can drive up beside, so I opted put of the inside unit. The space is lit well enough I can move things when it is dark. I do wish they had lights inside. But, that inconvenience is offset by the wonderful amount of hours I have to utilize the facility. No place i have been this year has better hours except when I looked at U-Haul. but they have a crap system, and want to charge add on fees for those kind of hours. I think I have found a keeper. My daughter went online and filled out the information for me. Cubes mart in Little Elm called me to confirm that I still wanted the unit. When I arrived here it was waiting for me. I paid the first month rent and my things are now in storage. The customer service representative was friendly, and helpful and personable. I would recommend cube smart to others who need a storage unit.

Like one of the other responders mentioned, the cart was not available for use. It was locked up. It would of been easier on my body if I had been able to use the cart for the heavy boxes.

My experience with Sunset Storage in Little Elm Texas was an excellent one. The employees are great and professional and they do believe in sudden life changes. Not saying they will give free months of storage but they will work with you as much as they are allowed. Laura is the person I've always dealt with on a month to month basis. She's the kindest person with an awesome attitude, warm disposition and a friendly aura. The storage units and the grounds are very clean, surveillance is in place and the customer service is over the top superb! I would definitely go out of my to rent one of their units because I'd know what I'm getting. To wrap up this review, I know there's issues with rodents at other storage facilities, but this hasn't been an issue with me and my items in one of their rented units,
