These ladies are awesome. I needed assistance downsizing to a smaller unit but did not have any help. While I did not ask these ladies to help me they told me that their company has a policy to assist their older clients if they need it. I was shocked. What a wonderful thing because I was going to do it by myself as much as I could. These ladies just took care of everything and went Way Over above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough. They were so kind and so helpful. Thank you so much

I went with my granddaughter to her unit. Daina was out on the lot cleaning and stop to speak with us. She knew my granddaughter by name and was very nice. My Granddaughter has always spoke nice about the managers here and that the customer service is what makes her stay with them. The property looks nice and my granddaughter has had no issues here.

For me, CubeSmart on Judson rd offered the most convenient location in this area... but what makes this location the best is Tori! She is amazing and made the rental process such a breeze. And even though payments can be made in the app or online, Tori will surely put a smile on your face anytime you stop in the office.

This is our second time to use Cube Smart in Longview and it's because of their customer service. Other places are not as friendly or helpful. Tori is always so great to work with. They also have better rates than other storage facilities in the area. I'm very happy with them!

Daina makes sure to come and check on us tenants when she notices we have been out there for a while offering water or just making sure we are ok. The lot was very clean, along with my unit. It's a good place to store your stuff. Friendly staff. The points I don’t like is that there are no lights or electric in storage rooms, and the cost has gone up astronomically in the past couple of years. 2 units cost more than a car payment.
