Terrible customer service, I had a lot of questions about my rate changing and switching spots, when I asked to speak to someone at corporate the "manager" said there is no one and he is the general manager. When I asked for his name and business card he would not give me his name or business card and accused me of being hostile. I was only asking questions and never used fowl language or raise my voice or anything of the sort. So for him to make that accusation was completely false and upsetting. I called corporate office to file a complaint about his dismissive behavior and acting so unprofessional about not giving his name. Just such a weird exchange. For my protection all I could do is take a photo of the so called Manager so I can send the complaint in writing to corporate about his unprofessionalism.

Fine units, clean and easily accessible facility. The only issue is that CubeSmart will consistently raise your storage rate every quarter. $291 for a 10x15 unit is not the price they advertise, and yet it is what you will eventually be charged. Caveat emptor.

The facility is ok for RV storage, there is a huge pothole that gets full of water every time it rains. They will kick you out if you take your RV out (which you should be able to do) and they don't see you for some days, even after paying a whole month in advance. They will claim that they called you, but not phone calls registered on my cell. Very shady way to do business. no refunds either, even if it is their fault.

For 6-8 months we had two units set up an hour away from where we lived. The first time I talked to Cubesmart during the Corona breakout, I was told I wouldn't be charged late fees. I did not have the funds to pay this because my family and I were out of work due to COV19. I assumed Cubesmart would be as helpful as other companies during the pandemic, but no. I want to make very clear, the issues I have are with the Company Policies, and one incident where I was hoping for some compassion from the new manager at my specific place. I also want it to be well known that the best possible person I talked to, that was always friendly despite giving bad news sometimes was Ray, at the Manor Tx location. He was a gem and always pretty helpful and just a genuine guy. So thank you to Ray, if it weren't for him, this deal with Cubesmart probably wouldn't have been very pleasurable at all, and we would have moved our stuff out much much sooner. Also, it was a very nice facility. I got a call, in the middle of May that our units were going up for auction in June or July, they weren't sure when but we needed to pay our past due before the auction fees of 220 dollars happened on top of the late fees. I was told by the manager (Jordan) that instead of putting their lock next to our locks, they cut our locks off to inventory all the past due storage units (before they were even set up to start auctioning after COVID.) We had less than seven days before the next payment due when they lock the doors. (This was told to me by new management, Jordan) Over the weekend we were moving everything out of storage, and saw that there was a dumpster on site, and were told by other people at the facility that it was okay to use the dumpster and that the warehouse people don't care. So we put four boxes by the dumpster, we left at around 630, with the intention to come back and get the last load for the day late, (we left a couple of shelves and a couple of boxes in front of our unit door, put aside neatly so we could come back and pick it up (it wouldn't fit back in the unit easily.) We unloaded our stuff at the new unit we got and a huge storm hit us an hour away from CUBESMART. We got stuck in a lightning storm when Jordan called me to tell me (at 830pm) that we had until the gates locked to remove the stuff from in front of the dump and also said that our stuff in front of the unit was blocking the driveway (not the case, we had to drive through there with a big flatbed and trailer so I knew we had stacked everything neatly in front of our door.) I told him I thought we could use the trash can- he cut me off, no ma'am, I will charge you for these if they are not removed by closing time, and those charges will add up fast. I told Jordan, we are at our new unit, stuck in a lightning storm, I can be there as soon as yall open, can I move it all then? He said no, If all of this is not removed by closing time you will be charged and it all adds up pretty quick, no help whatsoever, and was pretty rude. I just have an issue with the way the company worked during COVID, and I have an issue with the fact that the manager totally could have helped us out with the storm thing, and coming in the morning to get the rest of our stuff. I just know Cubesmart lost a few customers for life, I saw quite a few units that were about to go up for auction, and quite a few people moving all there stuff out.

Theron and the team there very friendly and patient. They not only kept me updated on when the space was going to be available but they checked on me periodically. When it came time to sign the lease, they were clear and explained every option. Suggestive offering me what I would need and never pushy. Definitely doing the yearly payment option.

Raised rate 10% after 6 months, when i asked about this i was told there will be another 10% rate increase in 6 more months then the rate will be increased annually. 20% increase the first year is not my understanding of competitive rates. Im looking elsewhere. Have raised rates again. Total scam.

I started my storage rental process with Jamie , the store manger a week or so back, His service was very helpful and friendly but professional. He transferred to Houston and I was worried that all my due diligence was for naught because a new manager was taking over and I would have to start all over and would get hassles. Quite the opposite, the new man, Tyrell is the best. He is very knowledgeable about the units, (I have to transfer spaces no fault if theirs) . He has been most gracious and understanding, offered flat bed dollies to help me move, stayed late one evening because I was stuck in traffic. He is always friendly and is obviously an asset to Cubesmart, a company that seems to be more customer friendly than the other two outfits I spoke with during my search for storage space.

Managers Kim & Jamie Pilkington have gone the extra mile to help my business get the right space at a great price. In the 2 years I've been there, Kim & Jamie make sure that everyone is safe and the facilities super clean. They take the time to say hello and together with Terrell's timely assistance, helped me move heavy items while recovering from a broken rib. This team is the best!

I've been at this location for quite sometime with an office and 4 other storage units on ocassions I need more storage units of differnt sizes I walk in let Kim know and with in minutes I have them the office is always full of smiles makes you feel like you're special. When someone ask me about storage units I always recommend them to CubeSmart.

Very nice people and storage facility. It was easy to get information on the CubeSmart website, reserve my storage room, and then to go in and pay. Very reasonable rates, and I didn't have to sign a long term contract. Just what I needed!

Great staff, very friendly and professional. I actually parked in the wrong spot the first day and they politely emailed and called and gave me time to come out and move my boat. Also Jamie was helpful at upgrading me and making the process extremely easy and fast. I will be going here for as long as I can great competitive rates for people that don't want to get the austin TAX-as treatment. Clean facilities, caring staff and competitive rates. I was able to book online it was fast they have great hours and make the entire process very straightforward. I will be using Cubesmart as a preferred vendor as I've had some bad storage experience in the past. The location is great it's accessible, they are on premises and have good hours.

First I just wanted to say that Kimberly and Jamie over at cube smart # 6876 in Manor Tx are AWESOME!!!! I am always pleased and have a great experience during our moving process. They are always so helpful and accommodating to all our needs.
